Alita's hatred for vampires spiked when her entire family was murdered by vampires. Her only mission is to eliminate them from the face of the earth. Her hate simmered down and her revenge mission was put on hold when she met Axel —the man who saved her the same night her family was killed. She gradually opened up her heart to him and with his help, she discovered she was no ordinary human. She finally let go of her hate and decided to enjoy the love Axel was showering on her unreservedly. However, the bubble burst and all hell let loose the day she was killed by the king of vampires. A part of her that she never knew existed –the deadliest weapon against the vampires– woke up. Will love be enough to stop her? Will the vampire race survive?

The strange conversation confused Alita and she raised her head slightly to look at Axel. It seemed he was familiar with the stranger, but what kind of greeting was that?

"Oh, I would love to see you try." Shazar said amidst his laughter. This response piqued Alita's curiosity and now she wanted to see the face of this stranger. There was something in the way he talks that made him sound confident and powerful. Also, she noticed that he was stirring something in Axel as his aura suddenly became dark, deadly, and dangerous. If not that he was holding onto her, she may have been forced to step away from him.

"And who do you have with you there? Can I meet her?" Shazar asked and Alita widened her eyes. Okay... No. She doesn't want to see him anymore. Not right now at least. Axel returned his head to the front and lowered it so he could look at her face. There was no smile on his face nor amusement of any sort. Instead, something deadly flashed in his eyes.
