The Daily Life Of Boa Hancock

Amazon Lily, Calm Belt. It was a normal day on the island, women of all kinds were mingling, laughing, working, and just enjoying their everyday lives. It was the same for the Empress of the island, Boa Hancock. She was in her room kneeling in front of a picture with her hands clasped and her eyes closed.

"Please give me the strength to go through another day."

She muttered softly before getting up. She then picked up a piece of meat that was on a platter next to her bed. She lifted the meat in front of the picture while going on one knee.

"With this holy meat I offer to thee, I pray for you to be victorious in all of your endeavours."

She held the meat up for a few seconds before eating it.

"Amen."

"What the hell are you doing?"

A voice came from behind her. She turned around and saw Elder Nyon looking at her with disgust. Her eyes then landed on the large picture of Luffy on the wall.

"I can't believe it. You've actually levelled up from love to worship."

She shook her head.

"The future looks darker than the night if this is our leader."

"Silence, woman."

Hancock stood up.

"There's nothing wrong with worshipping the entity known as Monkey D Luffy. He's the truth, the righteous one, the great-"

"Alright, calm down there. You're turning into a fanatic."

She passed that stage a long time ago.

"What did you even come here for? You're interrupting my morning worship of my lord and saviour."

Elder Nyon's eyes twitched as she looked at Hancock.

(There's no hope for this woman. We should just dump her on Luffy and elect a new queen.)

She started to plot mutiny in secret. She stuck her hand in her clothes and took something out.

"I thought you would like to know what your lord and saviour is up these days."

It was a newspaper. On the front page was a picture of Fujitora kneeling in front of the citizens of Dressrosa. However, that wasn't what caught Hancock's eye. It was the picture of Luffy and Law at the bottom.

"Apparently, Luffy-"

Before she could finish speaking, the newspaper was snatched from her hands.

"Luffy~! It's Luffy~!"

Hancock started spinning around while looking at the picture.

"Huh? Trafalgar Law? Why is he with my man?"

"That was what I was trying to tell you. He and Luffy-"

"He's ruining a perfectly good picture."

Hancock tore Law's picture out of the newspaper without hesitation.

"My newspaper!"

Elder Nyon pounced at her but Hancock kept her away by stepping on her.

"I bought that with my own money, you little brat!"

"Quiet down. There's no price too great for my beloved."

"Then buy one yourself!"

Hancock kicked Elder Nyon away while staring at Luffy's picture with heart eyes. This was how Hancock started her morning. Nothing special, just your typical morning.

"Strawhat Luffy with the help of former Warlord, Trafalgar Law defeated former Warlord Donquixote Doflamingo, who was enslaving the people of Dressrosa. This, along with his violent actions on Fishman Island, has earned him a bounty of 500 million Berries!"

Hancock read the news about Luffy with much glee inside her throne room.

"This is a big issue!"

Elder Nyon shouted. Hancock nodded with a serious expression. She lifted Luffy's new bounty poster to her face.

"This picture doesn't capture Luffy's beauty properly. His smile is 100x warmer in person."

She stood up.

"I'm going to call Marine HQ to complain."

"Stop, you idiot!"

Elder Nyon held on to her but was flung across the room.

"Ow, ow, ow....Could it kill you to be nicer to the elderly?"

"My bad. Your touch just felt so repulsive."

"...."

"....."

Elder got up and took the paper from Hancock.

"Listen, Idiot Princess. The government lost two warlords simultaneously. This is the second time they've lost multiple warlords."

"Don't know, don't care. All I care about is Luffy. Speaking of, I need to check on the florist about the flowers for our wedding."

"There won't be a wedding if things go on like this, Idiot!"

"What?! No wedding?!"

Hancock fell to the ground as if she hit by a great shock.

"Why?!"

"Because you might not be a Warlord for much longer!"

She showed Hancock a picture of Doflamingo lying on the ground.

"With Doflamingo's defeat and his crimes coming to light, the world and the government will begin to doubt the system. There were already rumours of them planning to replace the Warlords, if it wasn't true before then it's possible they will seriously consider it now!"

"Huh? That's what you're panicking about?"

Hancock stood up and sighed.

"I thought my wedding was in danger but you were just overreacting."

"Overreacting? I'm being serio-"

Hancock cut Elder Nyon off by raising a finger.

"Don't worry. Once Luffy becomes Pirate King, the government won't be able to touch us. Do you know why?"

A girl put a step in front of Hancock, which she stepped on. A giant sign with the word "Wifey" was placed behind her.

"Because I will be his wife!"

Some of the Kuja girls popped confetti in the air as Hancock struck a pose.

"..."

Elder Nyon looked at her for a bit before turning away.

"This is stupid. If we get destroyed then so be it. I'm too old for this shit."

Like that, she left the room.

"What's wrong with her?"

Hancock frowned.

"I thought we were having a serious conversation."

She sighed.

"Enishida."

"Yes, Snake Princess."

Enishida, one of Hancock's attendants, kneeled before her.

"Enlarge this poster of Luffy and hang it over the palace."

"How large do you want it?"

"Big enough for me to see it anywhere on the island."

"Yes, Snake Princess! It will be done at once!"

Enishida stood up and went to carry out Hancock's orders with other servants. Hancock was left alone with her sisters.

"Sister, don't you think we should listen to what Granny was saying?"

Mariegold asked with a concerned look.

"I agree. Granny has the most experience dealing with the World Government as an Empress and as a pirate. Her advice would do us good."

Sandersonia was the same.

"The old woman worries too much."

Hancock wore a grin as she looked at Luffy's wanted picture.

"He really is dreamy."

"Sister!"

"Alright, alright! I will listen to her at dinner! Are you happy now?!"

The younger sisters nodded.

"Good. Now, leave me as I gawk at my future husband."

Hancock started shooing them in a playful manner. They nodded and slowly left the room leaving Hancock alone.

"Oh, Luffy~!"

She started rubbing her face on the bounty poster. She moved it from her face and looked at it with heart eyes. She then looked at the rest of the Bounty posters.

"So these are the women on his crew..."

She held up Nami and Robin's posters.

"They're not bad, but Luffy only has eyes for me."

She put them down and picked up Chopper's bounty poster.

"Cute."

That was the first thing that came to mind.

"Luffy said he's a great doctor, so I should show him a bit of respect. Especially, if he's going cure Caria in the future."

She put it down and picked up Brook and Franky's.

"...."

She silently put them back down.

"Luffy sure has some exotic taste."

She picked up Sanji, Zoro, and Usopp's.

"Why does this one with the long nose look like he's dying? Why does this guy look like he peeps into girl's baths? The swordsman looks fierce."

She put them all down.

"They better take good care of my Luffy."

She picked up the final bounty, Law's Bounty.

"Curse you, Trafalgar Law! You get to spend time with Luffy while I have to hide our relationship!"

She sighed.

"Well, he did save Luffy's life in Marineford, so I'll let it slide this once, but nobody else!"

She stood from her throne and all the bounties except Luffy's fell to the ground. She walked while holding his bounty in her hand. She took another look at it and displayed a beautiful smile.

"I can't wait to meet you again, Luffy."
