WHERE DEATH WERE FOUND

After a month of investigation, Which that cause us have been running back and forth from each territory to other, it was really a pain in the butt. At least we got some clues that lead to a certain place and abandon the mine at the end of territory eight. We went to Vex territory and found suspicious activities on one of his recent idea on making his territory more into a safe place for his people to save.

His place is full of mountains and an abandoned mine which was used as the ancient lab for humans to gather resources. but after many millennia the mine was abandoned and it doesn't have what those humans were searching for. It was really not a suitable place to live so he decide to build a new structure where they can live inside the mine and on the wall house to strengthen the wall structure of the cave.

Lilith, who has been my partner for this month had been consistently going out and has not get enough sleep. Well actually, for both of us we didn't get sleep; with people that keep being sent to kill us. They sure have the guts to take this chance on trying to get us, which means we were near to death each time the both of us when went out to investigate.

Lilith who wearing her black altered suit that was simple also was easy to be able to move around in this humid and hot weather was casually swinging her butt from side to side. Her katana hanging next to her hip was swaying with her body. Her mood can be up and down in a sec, she was like a sea that changed depending on the weather. Meanwhile, I'm wearing a mini dress that was white, which she regrets right now. It can be seen since it can see her skin when she was sweating.

"Riz, why don't you think Vex die?" Lilith who is walking next to me was eating cherry flavor a popsicle that she bought from the store before we went into this abandoned mine. She seems to enjoy her popsicle which was flavored with a cherry chocolate coating. It was an unexpected choice of food for a person who seem serious about work to be eating such cute food like a kid. She felt she should have been too prejudiced about what she likes.

"Whoever kills him it must have to do with this place." she just keep held at a high angle of the torch, since that place was really dark and had a smell of that rotten corpse. The mine has been abandoned to the last war that we have here. Now it was drowned in water that was about high as the knee. The sludge from walking inside dirty water makes me hate it. The both of them walked for almost an hour and it got darker, they already went far that the entrance of this mine can't be seen and the light from outside can't enter at all.

Lilith who seems don't care at all about this bit seems to be still eating and having a blast. That might be because her eyesight was better in dark rather when outside, she seem to be unaffected by this darkness at all.

Meanwhile, inside Lilith's head, she was thinking of.....

The more we spend our time walking further inside the mine the more she looks at this place and thinks it as a wild animal nest, 'Wait? Nest?.' "Lilith, stop walking." She stop her movement after Riz said those and look around, while she finish her popsicle. She look around and see nothing that was suspicious that make her wonder about Riz's sudden action.

" What is it Riz, Wait why is this strange smell getting stronger?" she look around the mine as she also flashes her torchlight. She then flashes it toward me, who seems to be actually playing by doing a shadow puppet with the light she flashes toward me. She seems about to scold Riz but she is suddenly shocked and unable to move. That causes Riz to wonder what going on. Her guts said flight out from there don't fight.

"Riz! We should get out of here!" she said as her face turn pale.

"Hmm...? What do you mean?" a sound of grunting came all around us the louder and a pungent smell of rotten corpses filled the air, it turned out to be a trap of corpses that came back alive. "Oh, man! This is not good" she ran toward Lilith while turning into her tiger form.

"Jump on me Lilith" While those corpses chased her, Lilith, on the other hand, defended herself from those corpses that already surrounded her. "Roger that!" she jumps onto Riz's back and swings her katana to slash the nearby corpse that tries to attack them. "Damn it! They getting many Riz " as she keeps on slashing them. Riz use her claw and bite one of the corpse's heads with her fang to make a new path, each time both of them strike the corpse a new body appeared and start to attack them.

*Roar* Riz let out a loud roar saying she hates this.

"Yeah, this corpse needs to know they're PLACED! ERGHHH…!" she hops down and gives her katana a hard swing, she uses her sword skill and slices each of the corpses that try to near them. Her sword sliced them into a pieced chunk of meat making the other get angry and try to attack her while she try to get into her fighting pace, which lead her to use her spirit form that knock out her surrounding and hit the head as it sliced them into half. She then swing her katana up high into the sky and it became a dueling blade katana as she catch them back to slice the corpse even more. Riz pounced those undead and bite them until the skull is crushed between her teeth. That going to leave bad breath to her mouth for sure. "Thanks for covering me! They really not getting any decreased Riz! What now!?" she swung it like there was no tomorrow.

Riz changed back to her human form while she slashed it with her claw. "Lilith can you still fight them back?!" she kicks one of the corpses and stomps its head as it wiggles like a worm, it almost bites her arm off. "This is not an ordinary corpse! Lilith, whatever caused this undead to come back alive it has to do with the drug for sure!" she kick the corpse and crush them in her grip.

"Yeah, I'm still can fight this bastard! But if they keep coming like this non-stop, I'm not so sure that my stamina can keep them from eating us now!..." Lilith still slicing and dicing them. The corpse that came back alive had a similar trail to those who gain from taking the drug. Those walking dead seem to be the people that were homeless and not wanted by society, no wonder there are no missing people list there were so many here. But why the corpse they found didn't come to life and this one able to move?!

"Lilith! Try to run as fast as you can while I try to distracted them! Call for back up!" Riz let out a loud roar that seem to get the attention of all the corpse that was surrounding them. That was the only way Riz can think up for now, to ensure both of their safety, it was better to make this hasty move. "Roger that!" she move forward and do the blow with her katana to make the path toward the exit. Lilith sprinted as fast as she can toward the exit using her sword skill, just as she was about to get near the end of the tunnel.

'Yes, I made it now need to call for help' Lilith was happy that see can finally ask for backup. Just as she arrive at the mouth of the mine.

A shirking noise that came from the deepest of the mine can be heard from behind her. That time Lilith turn her head to see what was going on. She decide to run back to help Riz but as she was about to do that the mine was shaking from the loud shrieking noise that was made. Riz sounds echo "GO GET HELP! LEAVE ME ALONE!" Riz shouted so Lilith can hear her instruction. While she was standing and facing something that she never think at all. What she saw was a big flower that has blood-soaked with a monster that was full of the vine and bone attached to it. Lilith manage to get out of the mine, but due to the sudden pop-out of the new enemy, she felt like she can't just leave Riz there alone fighting. Still Riz state firmly to get help..... What should she do.....

Riz with her determined eye stated, she don't need any help from her and said, "Leave me! Just get the backup here quickly!". She slashed those undead without a minute to spare, she then take out an orb that was her weapon and turn it into a spear. Her that cover with the purple liquid that those been stabbed by her, Riz holds the spear and keeps her fighting pose ready.

Lilith decide to put the flare which made to call for backup and tell the location of their were right now.

Then the mine was shaking, a sudden rumble can be heard that caused the mine tunnel entrance to collapse. It must cause by the monster's loud shaking that makes the rock move and shifted from its place!

Lilith can only see in front of her that the path that was the only way out from there had been blocked just right in front of her eye and she couldn't do anything to prevent it. "RIZ!!" Lilith only ran toward the blocked path trying to dig the rumble. She can only see the tunnel that had been blocked by the stone that collapse, which makes the both of them separated.

Meanwhile, somewhere that was nearby….

*KON* a pair of ear perked up as it heard the sound of a certain name that had been called by Lilith was seem to be familiar.

"Hey! AUTHOR WHEN WILL YOU WANT TO LET ME AND EIGHT INTO THE SCENE!" seven was pissed off by author cause he want a little bit of action and kill people, his eye show that he was full with bloodlust.

"SHUT UP!! don't you see Riz in danger now…Jeez talk about reconsideration about what was going on....Sorry author, if it take even longer I can't let him in the cage no more….can you maybe let him in the next chapter." Eight who been held seven from hitting the author was actually annoyed by his twin brother. Eight put Seven into a cage made cell and which is now rampaging inside there, while he try to get out from there.

"Y…yeah maybe..." The author look to the side and seem like they might be will or not be on the next chapter.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY MAYBE!!!"

"SHUT UP SEVEN!"
