The birds were chirping as the sun rays provided warmth to the motherland as they land on the sand and sand dunes and sand constructs.

After roaming in the streets of the village hidden in the dunes for a few minutes Sanemi saw something interesting.

'A shop for sale in the main street? Is this what they call protagonist luck?' Sanemi thought as approached the shop.

"Hello there I am quite interested in buying the shop," Sanemi said as he approached a short man with a round belly and mustache that twirled at the end.

"Hey, their young lad I haven't seen you here before are you a new merchant here?" The man asks Sanemi with a smile.

"Yes. I have come here from the village hidden in the sand because my father wanted me to learn how to manage the business before he gives me his company" Sanemi replied with a smile.

"Oh a big lad I see 2,000,000 Ryo for the shop also don't forget to employ some shinobi to protect yourself and the shop," The man said as motioned to Sanemi to follow him inside.

"This is quite a nice shop it does have me wondering why are you selling it?" Sanemi asked the man as the man gets some papers from the drawer.

"Well it seems I am not cut for a businessman anyways did you bring the money?" the man asked.

"Yes right here," Sanemi said he opened a scroll and took out 2,000,000 Ryo.

"Hm? you are a shinobi?" The man asked he took the money and gave Sanemi the papers.

"No, it's just some academy-level sealing techniques my father taught me for transport materials. " Sanemi said as accepted the paper.

"Well, I hope that it works better for you than it did with me," The man said and left the place with the case full of Ryo.

"Well step one is complete now to buy someone to work on the shop to make furniture and some construction and it should be good to go next I need to find a piece of land. " Sanemi mumbled and closed the shop and left to roam in search of someone selling a land.

Soon night fell and Sanemi had to return to the inn where he met Konan as she also returned.

"So how did it go?" Sanemi asked Konan.

"It seems that the Jinchuriki pf the one-tail is in the village hidden in the sand as it is said that it was hit by a sand monster recently" Konan stated.

"What about you how is our cover is going?" Konan asked.

"Well I did buy a shop but we still have to renovate it and also buy a land," Sanemi said.

"I think I heard someone called Shusui is selling a part of his land towards the south-eastern end of the village you can look there" Konan informed him.

"I see I will check it out. well goodnight" Sanemi said with a smile.

"Hmm" Konan just hummed and nodded her head and entered her room.

Sanemi also enter his room and closed the door behind him.

"Sounds reasonable," Sanemi said and then followed the man to do the paper.

After 3 hours of discussion and paperwork Sanmi and Kenya, the one who wanted to sell the land parted ways both on a happy turn of events. Sanemi then with Konan went from shop to shop and called workers to renovate the shop and build a house. This place will not only serve as their temporary base but also as a base of Akatsuki in the land of wind.
