Chapter 76: Let Me Show You My Newest Technique

Kizaru was sent flying, crashing into the wall and raising a cloud of dust and smoke. As an admiral of the Navy, he wasn't easily defeated. Emerging from the smoke, he looked slightly displeased. Earlier, when Marco had kicked him away, Kizaru had done so on purpose to take a break. But now, being suppressed in front of the enemy made him unhappy.

"Who exactly are you?" Kizaru asked Green Bull again, still not recognizing him.

"You'll find out soon enough," Green Bull calmly replied.

"In that case, let me test your abilities!" Kizaru said coldly. As he spoke, a yellow flash shot from his fingertips, a laser beam roaring towards Green Bull.

The speed of the laser was impressive, causing Lin Yan to remark, "Kizaru is serious now. Does he even have a serious mode?" Zephyr, standing beside him, responded, "Green Bull has angered him."

The battle was on. Kizaru, as an admiral, struck first.

"Laser Beam!" "Yata no Kagami!" "Yasakani no Magatama!"

Various abilities were displayed by Kizaru, just as Lin Yan observed. Borsalino had indeed entered his serious mode.

"Ultimate Move: Serious Mode Activation!"

In his serious mode, Kizaru's skills were incredibly accurate. Even against Green Bull, the abilities of the Glint-Glint Fruit seemed to have eyes, sweeping towards Green Bull with no blind spots. "Is this your Devil Fruit ability?" Kizaru asked, watching Green Bull.

Green Bull didn't answer. He raised one hand, and a vine shot up from the ground, transforming into a giant hand that reached for Kizaru. Kizaru clasped his hands together, a yellow flash spreading in his palms. Slowly pulling his hands apart, the Ama-no-Murakumo sword appeared in his grasp. He swung the sword, slashing at the vine.

"Slash!"

The sharpness of the Ama-no-Murakumo sword left a deep gash in the vine. Green Bull showed no emotion, raising his arms slowly. The power of his Devil Fruit activated again, and twenty more vines burst from the ground, transforming into giant hands reaching for Kizaru. It looked like a scene of demons dancing wildly, the thick vines like warships crashing towards Kizaru.

"Oh, this is troublesome," Kizaru muttered, though his attacks didn't falter. The Ama-no-Murakumo sword extended to over forty meters, becoming a true forty-meter-long blade. Wielding this massive sword, Kizaru slashed, cutting through the giant vine hands again. Not to be outdone, Kizaru pointed a laser beam at Green Bull, who tilted his head to dodge it.

After exchanging abilities, the two entered a primitive state. Kizaru controlled the Ama-no-Murakumo sword, while Green Bull transformed vines into a long blade, covering it with Armament Haki. The two drew on their years of swordsmanship training, clashing together.

Admittedly, Green Bull's swordsmanship was not as refined as Issho's, but Kizaru's wasn't much better. However, Green Bull's overall strength made up for his lack of sword skills. For a while, neither could gain the upper hand.

Even though they were evenly matched, this didn't reflect in the eyes of others. Like Akainu, Kizaru was an admiral of the Navy. When he was initially repelled, the Navy soldiers thought he was just taking it easy or not taking things seriously. Now, seeing them both fighting seriously, Kizaru still couldn't dominate. As they continued to fight to a draw, the soldiers' shock grew.

Earlier, Issho's battle with Akainu had already stunned them, with the visual impact of two massive meteors. Now, Green Bull had joined the fray. Were they all at admiral level? How could there be so many peak-level fighters? The Navy soldiers began to worry, seeing Akainu and Kizaru both entangled with no progress.

"Then... let me show you my newest move," Green Bull said with a mysterious smile.
