Taki's Stand Against Grim Part 2

My body grew about two feet taller than my original height, now being around 6 feet tall, and my fur turned white. I could feel my strength growing while my fur on my tail and my hair grew extremely long. The strength I was feeling was from some electricity that was pulsing through my body, which became powerful enough to surge around my body.

Thanks to my size growth, the pillars that had pierced me broke, and they were sticking out of me, still not causing any pain thanks to the adrenaline. But some of my blood was still leaking out from my body.

The guy that was holding me let go, as if he didn't expect what I had done.

He stepped back a couple feet, and then, repositioned himself to a fighting position.

"I did not expect such a thing. I've seen a mink on a crew years ago, but I didn't know they could transform during the day."

I closed my eyes for a second. "You also know of my race?"

Then opening my eyes, I gazed at him ferociously, and I felt my consciousness shift. I was calm, but also ready to attack at a moment's notice.

With pillars sticking out of my arm and side, I immediately attacked, while feeling like a passenger of my own body.

Taki immediately attacked Grim, the man who had attacked her. Using her Sulong form to its fullest potential, Taki rushed Grim, electricity wrapped around her hands, and then punching towards Grim.

"Oh? So you decide to do something wasteful instead? I was hoping for more entertainment." Grim patronized Taki.

With a quick thought, a moon that fit into Taki's palm manifested, as it then was surrounded by electricity, then slamming against Grim, who held up an arm.

The impact was more than before, and caused an explosion on impact against Grim. Some dust blew around him, and it looked like Taki had taken him out. Until, the dust dissipated.

Grim was standing, his body moved to stand perfectly normal, with a hand out as if he had casually caught a rogue flying basketball. But what he was holding was Taki's hand and the moon it was grasping. They ended up staring at each other for a couple seconds when Grim broke the silence.

"I really was hoping for more than that, but I guess I shouldn't have expected much from a child."

And with that statement, Taki then growled at him, and using her other arm, the pierced one, she clawed towards Grim at a high speed, almost like it was close to being invisible. It almost worked, but Grim started a beam in his hand, using lightning from the Tesla Coils on his back, but also the electric current coming off of Taki, Turing her energy into a battery of sorts for himself.

Using this, he caused Taki to back up while she was still slashing at Grim over and over. The only issue was that his skin didn't have a scratch on it, while he was readying another beam of absolute destruction.

Taki's ears twitched before jumping out of the way, as if her instinct was to run away. She could tell it was dangerous to be point blank to one of the beams that Grim could produce, as the force behind the attacks was prominent against her own strongest attacks.

And then, the smaller beam of light flew to where Taki was, then moving and following the direction that Taki had ran, which just avoided the ships all docked at the island. Running and dodging the beam, Taki just barely missed all of the positionings of the beam that was following her, with more and more electricity surrounding her body, readying something.

Grim was controlling the beam, aiming it to the best of his own ability to follow a target, also known as Taki. After following behind Taki with his attack, he slowly dissolved his own attack, then decided to do something else.

"Since I can't just have you escape my grasp, as I need you to be a lure, why don't you just give up? Although, I wouldn't mind you struggling a little, otherwise I would never grow stronger to achieve my goal!"

With that proclamation, Grim created several beams of electricity, mixed in with a couple beams of dirt and air, all aimed at Taki.

All Taki could see while having jumped into the air to avoid the beam. She was free falling while Grim ranted, and then looked down to notice the hundreds of spiked beams the ground had become, forming a pit made of spikes.

Her eyes widened even while still falling, and she was ready to attack Grim, which required her to jump while midair. Grim had her pinned, as some beams were formed using wind, which surrounded her in a sphere of attacks, with Grim looking like nothing had happened, and Taki having been beaten and battered.

While Taki was busy figuring out what to do with only a couple seconds of actual time left before she felt like she was going to be dying, Grim had taken this chance to attack.

Rather than use the beams that he had surrounding her, he decided to use his full strength while attacking, ending up in front of her, arms cocked back. Taki's eyes widened even further, so much that her jaw dropped a little when realizing what was happening.

She was about to get sent flying by this attack, and it would most likely kill her.

Having to come up with a plan on the spot while risking the chance of death, Taki was willing to take a bet. While still in the air, she made some smaller moons right under her feet and moved them to lauch herself out of the attacks. These moons were able to launch her out of the way, just barely enough to make Grim miss while also not hitting the beams of air or ground.

Grim still had a calm, broken smile on his face, as if it was something he expected to happen while fighting against her. But the energy and momentum he put into the punch continued, and stopped where Taki would have been, if not for her quick movement. The air bent to his punch when it happened, and it was as if the air itself quaked at his physical power. Taki didn't think too much on this and immediately used her new flying ability to turn her body and launch herself at Grim, body pulsing with electricity.

With a high amount of speed, Taki flew towards Grim, her own fist cocked back, and within range of her punch, she slammed her fist into his side, electricity now pulsing through his body.

Some excess electricity also pulsed around us, as his body jolted with every pulse, and it flowed around us for a few moments before the beams all around the both of them dissipated back into solid ground as well as air.

Once Taki stopped pushing energy through Grim, she pulled her hand away and both dropped to the ground, Taki still in a defensive position, watching Grim, who just fell straight down, feet to the ground, arms fallen to his sides, facing away from Taki, and his head hanging a little. Some smoke was emitting off of Grim, and his body jolted slightly with the pulse of excess electricity before it stopped soon after.

But the battle was not over.

"*Sigh* I thought you could do better than that, but it seems I was mistaken."

He immediately turned his head to Taki, looking her directly in the eyes, and continuing. "I guess I'll have to end this before you go feral in that transformation."

Taki had been calm this entire time, as thanks to her training, she had become able to do this for a minute or two. But ONLY a minute or two.

But Grim would not give her a chance to do anything else, as an energy emitted out of him, blowing past Taki, immediately knocking her out, and making all the moons she has made, alongside her Sulong Form, disappear, the moons into nothingness, and Taki back into her original form.

"You were a little fun at the beginning, and playing a little was good too, but I need you to lure Buggy."

Grim smirked and turned his whole body towards Taki, then walking towards her.

I felt a wave of energy pass by me, which caused my body to shiver a little. I was still going at full speed, and readied my hand over Surya to draw at any moment.

'Conquerers! I've felt this before with Tandkyo, but does Grim have that ability? Why would he have that!? Again, who is he?'

I decided to focus my eyes on the area around me, as I was closing in on the area of the fight.

'I hope I'm not late to stopping the fight.'

As soon as I arrived, I saw destruction of everything, the ground was torn up, the ship along with a few others were in disrepair or nearly destroyed, and Grim was walking towards an unconscious Taki, who was on the ground, blood coming out of a hole in her arm and side.

All I could think was 'I need this guy dead.'
