First Bounty

It had been a week since a Vice Admiral died in West Blue. The news had finally reached the HQ. And the three monsters from the old generation of marines weren't happy about it.

Sengoku: "GOD DAMMIT. Another powerful kid became a pirate. DAMN THAT ROGER AND AGE OF PIRATES"

Garp: "Bwahahahaha. Don't worry. Once my grandkids are old enough they will be the strongest marines, and catch all the pirates. Bwahahahaha." Sengoku punches Garp on top of his head. But he continues laughing.

Sengoku: "This is more serious than just a strong kid becoming a pirate Garp. Normally kids start their journey with little to no preparations, this one is different."

Tsuru: "Yes I heard about this kid, they call him 'Blue Haired' DIO." shakes her head "He was apparently the strongest bounty hunter in west blue. Captured over 1 Billion Belly worth of bounties in the last year alone."

Sengoku: "That's not even the worst part." accidentally he smashes the table "Apparently the girl that was traveling with him is Nico Robin, The Devil Child"

Garp stopped laughing "That 8 year old who we placed 79 Million bounty on for surviving Ohara Incident" he looks down with an ashamed look on his face, he never liked that part of the job.

Both Sengoku and Tsuru knows cover ups and other dark parts of the marine work makes Garp hate himself sometimes.

It was same for them, but not to the same extend. Regardless all 3 of them still believes in the system, and that what they are doing as Marines makes the world a better place. But sometimes it just wasn't worth it.

Tsuru: "I think we should just give him a large Bounty and increase Nico Robin's Bounty slightly."

Sengoku nods "You are right, unfortunately there is not much more we can do against them even if we wanted to. The world is too large for us to drop everything and chase a single upstart pirate crew."

Even if they were to increase the duos bounties more, it wouldn't have much of an effect, the number of bounty hunters that can beat a Vice Admiral outside of New World can be counted by one's fingers.

'Not only that but we have to deal with the new Kuja Empress, she has an ego as large as those pigs-Celestial Dragons, becoming a Shichibukai. And I still need to search for the remaining positions for Shichibukai seats. *Sigh* I should have sticked with being a Vice Admiral' Sengoku thought.

Garp: "Alright then, it's ..." he nods and falls a sleep mid sentence.

Tsuru sighs and Sengoku punches him in the face.

-Sabaody Archipelago-

An elderly man and a slender woman were sitting in a bar. When newspaper arrived the female starts skimming the paper, until seeing the picture of a certain blue haired boy

Shakky: "Take a look. Rayleigh" she passes the newspaper to him.

Rayleigh: "Huahhahaha. Your adventure has officially begun now kid." his laughter could be heard from the entire area 13.

-Foosha Village-

Random Pirate: "Captain, captain look at this" passing the scarred man todays paper.

Luffy: "Ohh what is it? Is that a bounty? Sugoi." said a boy while looking at the paper.

Shanks: "You finally started your journey heh, DIO. Dahahahaha. Yosh Everyone, Let's celebrate." holding his mug up.

Everyone responds "YEAHH" while holding up their mugs.

Luffy holds up his milk.

-Grand Line-

2 teens were on top of a medium sized ship's deck. Male one was working out without his shirt and the female was watching him.

A News Coo flies to them and the girl with black hair buys the newspaper from it. Paying it the 500 belly fee. She skims over the news and was surprised by what she had seen.

Robin: "DIO! Stop training and come here this instant, or no more hanky-panky." shouting slightly

DIO appears next to Robin faster than her eyes could follow. "What is it, Robin-Chan?"

Robin looks at his abs and thought for a moment 'nice' before remembering "Here take a look at this" passes him the newspaper

He looks at the paper and saw a handsome picture of his. One where his eyes shone brightly. 'How did they manage to take my picture when I was using time-skip' he thought.

Then he realise it was his first bounty. An impressive bounty of 104 Million Belly. And Robin's bounty had increased to 80 Million Belly with an updated picture.

DIO: "Wow. Robin-Chan since I finally have my first bounty, our adventure has officially begun. I'm thinking a crew of 10 would be perfect. All of them should at least be Vice Admiral Level by the time we reach New World. What do you think?"

Robin stands on top of her toes and kisses him "I think it's a great idea." she says.

DIO: "Enough to get me a better present than a kiss" hoping for something more...

Robin winks and sways her hips, she goes inside the ship. And calls for him in a more sultry tone, "Come Here DIO-Kun."

She shrugs her clothes off, leaving her bare form. Seeing this, DIO does what any hormonal teenager would do in his situation, he leaves everything he was about to do and runs towards her at full speed...

As the day was coming to an end, all anyone could hear at this part of the sea was a young woman's moans.
