Sanders walked up to Charlos, smiling.
However, that smile looked cold and terrifying to Charlos.
Witnessing Sanders slaughter five CP0 members, the slaves around them reacted similarly.
Some slaves instinctively backed away, the chains rattling with their movements.
"What do you think you're doing, you lowly commoner?" Charlos shouted. "I am a Celestial Dragon!"
Though clearly afraid of Sanders, Charlos still habitually adopted his usual superior attitude.
Sanders' smile widened, becoming even more cheerful.
Cracking his knuckles loudly, he approached Charlos.
"You lowly slaves, attack him!"
Charlos tugged on the chains and ordered his slaves.
Some of the slaves looked at Sanders with numb expressions, while others seemed to expect something different, even hopeful.
But none of them moved.
Everything Sanders had done clearly showed that he would not let Charlos, the Celestial Dragon, off easily.
"You damned scum! How dare you defy my orders!" Charlos roared in fury, "You should all be chopped up and fed to the dogs!"
Seeing his "dogs" disobeying him, Charlos became furious.
But Sanders had no interest in listening to the enraged pig before him.
He suddenly moved, grabbing Charlos by the neck and slapping him hard.
The glass helmet on Charlos's head shattered, and several of his teeth flew out.
Dazed, Charlos did not immediately pass out.
Sanders had controlled his strength well.
How could he allow this filthy creature to die so easily?
He tossed Charlos to the ground.
Pain like he had never experienced before surged through Charlos's body, making him open his mouth to curse.
But before he could speak, Sanders stomped on his hand, turning it into a bloody mess.
"Ahhhh!" Charlos screamed in agony.
"You lowlife! How dare you do this to me! Your entire family will be chopped up and fed to dogs!"
"Ahhhh!" he screamed again as Sanders crushed his other hand.
Some slaves watched with numb expressions, while others showed a twisted sense of satisfaction. But most were filled with fear.
Sanders, uninterested in talking further, crushed Charlos's legs next.
"Honestly, I'd love to slice you apart piece by piece," Sanders said softly. "But the thought of your filthy blood disgusts me."
He turned to face the slaves.
"Any of you want to take a shot at him? I'll leave his head intact."
He thought they must hate the Celestial Dragon enough to want to tear him apart.
But to his surprise, no one stepped forward for revenge.
A few looked like they wanted to, but in the end, they held back, too afraid to act.
"How boring. You don't even have the guts for revenge?" Sanders muttered.
At that moment, a young male slave suddenly spoke up.
"You shouldn't have killed him."
"If you do, we're all going to die!"
"No, we're already doomed. You've offended a Celestial Dragon, and as his slaves, the World Government won't let us go."
"You've killed us all!" the man shouted emotionally.
Sanders frowned.
"Then why didn't you protect him when he ordered you to?"
He looked at the man with disgust.
Some people were just too subservient.
"I... I..." the man stammered before raising his voice, "We're all going to die! The Marine Admirals will come, and they'll kill all of us because of you!"
"We would have been fine if not for you!"
"Why should I care if you live or die?" Sanders interrupted coldly.
"I'm a pirate!"
Electricity crackled at his fingertips, and a bolt of lightning pierced the man's head, killing him instantly.
The rest of the slaves gasped in terror.
They had forgotten that the person before them was a ruthless criminal who dared to attack a Celestial Dragon.
Sanders, now in a sour mood, lost interest in torturing the Celestial Dragon.
He dismembered Charlos's limbs and stomped on his neck, crushing it.
Then he grabbed Charlos's head, found a rope on the deck, and hung the head from the top of the mast.
After finishing this, Sanders turned to the slaves.
"Find the key to your collars. There should be a lifeboat on this yacht."
"Take enough supplies and some money, then find an island to survive on."
Hearing this, many of the slaves' faces lit up with hope.
One brave slave took a few hesitant steps toward the cabin. Seeing that Sanders didn't stop them, the others quickly followed suit.
Soon, more slaves appeared on the deck—over fifty in total.
Some of the female slaves had put on clothes, while others stood there, still in shock, without any sense of what to do.
Looking at these people, Sanders knew most of them wouldn't survive.
"Take some supplies and money onto the lifeboat, but don't take too much!" Sanders warned.
Too much wealth could lead to fights and possibly even murder among them. Sanders wasn't interested in testing human nature.
"And if any of you don't want to live but lack the courage to end it, just look at me. I'll make sure it's painless."
Hearing this, most of the slaves immediately lowered their heads, avoiding his gaze.
But a few—men and women—looked at him with blank, despairing eyes.
Without hesitation, Sanders released a few more bolts of lightning.
Those slaves died instantly, their faces showing relief and release.
For them, living had become more painful than death, though not everyone had the courage to commit suicide.
"Alright, you can get moving now," Sanders said.
"Hurry up. The Marines could arrive any minute. Don't reveal that you were slaves of the Celestial Dragons."
With that, Sanders began dealing with the unconscious black-suited bodyguards who had been knocked out by his Conqueror's Haki.
One by one, he kicked them into the sea.
These people were nothing but dogs for the Celestial Dragons, unworthy of any sympathy.
Some woke up after being submerged in the water, only to be struck by another bolt of lightning from Sanders.
By the time he finished, the slaves had already launched the lifeboat into the sea.
The lifeboat wasn't big, but it was enough for them to escape.
Some of the slaves began loading supplies onto the boat.
Sanders checked and saw that no one had taken any treasure or money.
As for whether they had hidden any in their clothes, he didn't care.
Whether they survived or not depended on their luck.
A group of slaves approached Sanders.
At the front was the man who had been used as a mount by the Celestial Dragon.
"What is it?" Sanders asked.
"We just wanted to thank you on behalf of everyone," the man replied.
"Forget it. You're not even sure if you'll survive. Just go, and tell anyone you meet that you're survivors of a shipwreck."
Sanders waved them off, urging them to leave.
None of the slaves asked to follow Sanders.
Clearly, they knew the Marines and the World Government would be hunting him down next.
The slaves sailed away to the east.
Sanders then began his own plundering.
He loaded the Celestial Dragon's treasure from the yacht onto his ship and selected a few useful items.
To the east of the yacht, a man in a blue shirt, white vest, and curly hair was rapidly approaching on a bicycle.
