War

Whitebeard said "Who are you brat? Why did you suddenly appear on my ship?" Viper chuckled and said "So I guess you are. As for your questions my name is Viper, Straw hat's Scientist. Kuma blew me away and sent me here." Viper started pacing and said "Why did he send me here?" he froze and looked around at the sea and said "Where are you going right now?"

Whitebeard said "Who are you to ask me?" Viper lunged at Whitebeard and grabbed his collar and said "Listen to me old man! Where are you going right now?!" Whitebeard grabbed Viper and threw him across the deck and said "We're going to war!" Viper got up and said "Are you going to Marineford?" Whitebeard said "How do you know that?" Viper fell to the ground and said "So it was true..."

Whitebeard said "What was true! Answer me brat! What do you know!" Viper said "I had a dream the marines were going to execute Ace." Whitebeard said "It's already in the newspapers." as he threw a newspaper at him. Viper caught it and read the headline and threw it on the ground.

He walked up to Whitebeard and said "You can't go! Are you stupid?! Can't you see this is a trap! Specifically to target you! If you go you're going to die!" the rest of the crew growled at Viper and threatened him. A man with pineapple shaped hair said "Watch it-yoi!"

Whitebeard laughed and said "You think I care about that?!" Viper jumped in the air again and grabbed his collar and said "You fucking old man! You're gonna walk into a trap knowing you're gonna die! Are you an idiot?!" he shook Whitebeard's collar trying to shake some sense into him.

Whitebeard said "Are you telling me to abandon one of my sons?!" Viper screamed in his face and said "Idiot! Ace is just bait! They will probably just throw him back in Impel Down if you don't show up! If you don't go he's safe! Why can't you see that! Do you think the marines care about a single pirate!"

Whitebeard grit his teeth and punched Viper off him and said "You think I don't know that?! I'm not going to cower in fear of the marines when they capture one of my sons!" he stood up and cracks spread from his fist "You think you can stop me?!" the crew glared at Viper.

Viper stood up and coughed out a mouthful of blood and said "You're an idiot. You have a family and you're willing to walk into a 90% death situation just for your pride! Maybe I can't stop you, but I can try!" he full transformed and shot towards Whitebeard.

Whitebeard punched Viper in the stomach, causing Viper to cough up more blood. Viper grit his teeth and slammed his tail into Whitebeard's side. Whitebeard just stood there and took the hit, not even making a sound. Viper shot his mouth forward trying to bite him, he just punched the top of Viper's head, smashing him in the ground and reverting. Viper drew his sword and swung it at Whitebeard, swaying side to side.

Whitebeard watched him and said "Why are you fighting so hard? This doesn't involve you." Viper swung his sword and missed again as he said "Ace is my Captain's brother. If you don't go and the marines don't execute Ace then he will just have to go break Ace out of Impel down." and he swung his sword again and smashed it into the floor, as he continued "And you have a family, you have sons and they all love you, I have nothing except my crew." he grit his teeth and swung his sword and hit Whitebeard's leg, causing a light scratch.

Viper said "I don't even know who my parents are, I have no siblings! You have everything I want and you're abandoning it all!" the crew opened their mouths slightly, and Viper hit Whitebeard's leg again and said "What about your sons! What about your family?! What do they do after your gone?!" he jumped and slashed at Whitebeard, who caught his sword in his hands. Viper was hanging in mid-air, not letting go of his sword, and said "What about your crew? Who will lead them? My dream is just to have a family. I can't watch as someone throws it away.." as he let go of his sword and smashed into the ground, unconscious. Whitebeard stared at Viper for a moment before he dropped Sotohebi next to him and said "Marco, heal him."

The man with the pineapple shaped hair grabbed Viper and his sword and dragged him away, with a slight smile on his face. Whitebeard sat back down and said "Continue to Marineford. A few marines can't kill me!" the crew got over their shock and cheered as they went back to their business.

A while later

Viper woke up again, he walked out of the room and asked a random person "Where are we going?" The person smiled slightly and said "Marineford." Viper grit his teeth and walked back to where Whitebeard was, muttering "Damn old man, I show him.." the person shook his head and chuckled.

Viper stood in from of Whitebeard and said "You damn old man! You still won't listen!?" as he lunged at Whitebeard and swung at him with Sotohebi. The crew watched as Whitebeard punched Viper, sending him flying into a wall. Viper got up and charged at him again getting punched back every time but he never gave up until he was knocked unconscious. Whitebeard called Marco again, and Marco dragged Viper off.

Every time Viper woke up he would ask where they were going before fighting Whitebeard again, all day.

A few days later

Vista was sitting on the deck and watching Viper fight Whitebeard again, he was sitting next to Marco and said "He certainly has a lot of spirit doesn't he?" Marco seemed rather annoyed and said "Yeah, and I have to be his personal doctor. I'm starting to get annoyed-yoi" despite saying that there was a smile on his face. Vista chuckled and said "He's also getting better, last time he managed to hit pops 3 times and got up 16 times before passing out." Marco said "Yeah, and getting more injuries each time.." as he rubbed his temples.

Viper passed out again and Marco walked over and dragged him back to the infirmary. After a while Viper was up again and didn't even ask any one where they were going before charging at Whitebeard. Marco sighed and watched as he got beat before dragging him back over and over.

Another couple days pass

Whitebeard's ship was extremely close to Marineford. Viper was standing in front of Whitebeard with his sword drawn and Whitebeard said "Is it that time already?" Viper said "I have to beat you this time!" as he charged at Whitebeard and started fighting again.

The crew came and watched, Vista said "Jozu wanna bet how many times he gets back up this time?" Jozu said "Last time it was 34 times. I'd say 36 this time." Marco said "He seems different today, I think he might break 40!" Vista said "I'll put my money on 38" as they all watched as Viper got beat back again and again, over and over.

Jozu said "How many times is that now?" a shark looking fishman named Namur said "It's been 33 times so fa- 34." Vista said "Come on kid! Just a few more!" the crew all looked at him and he ignored them and kept cheering for Viper. Marco facepalmed and said "I can feel it he's gonna break 40 today." a man with a lance named Jizu said "We'll be at Marineford in a few hours, this is the last one before the war..." the crew was quiet and looked towards Viper.

Viper screamed "Is that all you got? You old bastard!" he full transformed and flew into the air before shooting down, reverting to his human form and slashing down at Whitebeard.

Whitebeard caught the sword and threw a fist filled with cracks at Viper, who hybrid transformed and flipped over his fist and slammed his tail on Whitebeard's head. The crew gasped, Viper was a bit shocked himself and Whitebeard said "Are you scratching an itch brat?" Viper seethed and reverted, shooting towards Whitebeards head and throwing a punch. Whitebeard dropped Sotohebi and punched towards Viper, their fists met and Viper grit his teeth and screamed, then punched using his other arm. He and Whitebeard started fist fighting, one of the crew members caught Sotohebi and brought it to Vista, who looked at it and was shocked.

Viper was colliding his fists with Whitebeard's and getting pushed back constantly before jumping back and colliding again. Whitebeard threw a tremor fist, causing Viper to full transform and dodge it before shooting forward with his head trying to bite Whitebeard, who punched his fist at Viper again. Viper reverted and dodged another punch before jumping up and punching him in the face, but Whitebeard caught his fist and said "Why do you keep aiming for my face brat?!" Viper said "You don't have any scars on your face, I'm gonna make you listen to me even if I have to scar your face! You old bastard!"

Whitebeard smirked and threw him across the ship smashing into the mast, Viper fell to the ground and coughed up blood as he transformed at flew at him again, resuming his beating.

The crew watched them fight and Marco said "What is it Vista? You've been staring at that sword for a while-yoi" Vista said "This sword was originally another named sword called Yubashiri. A Ryo Wazamono sword, there's only 50 of those. I don't know what happened but this kid gave Yubashiri a new life! I can feel it struggling to escape my hands, as if I'm not supposed to hold it." a brown haired man with ruffles on his shirt named Haruta said "Can I try?" Vista passed it to him and Haruta grabbed it before giving it right back and saying "The sword is angry that I touched it." Vista chuckled and took it back saying "Don't worry about it, I'm sure the sword wants to fight with it's owner." the sword buzzed and Vist smiled widely and yelled "Oi Brat! Catch!" and he threw Sotohebi through the air at Viper.

Viper turned his head and saw Sotohebi flying towards him, he caught it and used the force to slash at Whitbeard. The sword buzzed aggressively and Viper grinned as he jumped at Whitebeard again using his barbarian style. Vista watched his style and said "He fights like he's desperate, but at the same time not. It's a strange sword style and for some reason it just flows, I need to ask him what it's called later."

Viper finally fell unconscious and Marco dragged him back and said "How many times was that?" Namur said "42 times" Marco smiled and said "I win-yoi" before disappearing into the infirmary, leaving the rest grumbling that they lost.

A while later

Viper was standing at the head of the ship, staring at Marineford. He got a bad feeling from this place, he didn't like it. It made him angry. He dismissed the feeling and mumbled to himself "I won't let that old bastard die.." unknown to him a figure hear what he said and walked away with a smile on his face. The ship suddenly dived into the water and disappeared as Whitebeard's allies sailed towards Marineford.

Viper was standing in front of Whitebeard and his crew and said "I fighting too. You can't stop me." Whitebeard said "A brat like you will die on the battle field." Viper sneered and said "If that stops Ace and you from dying, then I don't care. As long as Luffy doesn't lose his brother and you sons don't lose you. Idiot." and walked off, shocking the crew. Whitebeard himself laughed and said "A greenhorn like you wants to save MY life?!" Viper stopped and said "I'd rather not lose a father myself." before disappearing to somewhere else, leaving Whitebeard shocked, before he smiled and laughed happily "That damn brat.." the rest of the crew smiled too.

Viper was sitting by himself waiting for the fight to start "Might have to use monster point.. let's hope it doesn't come to that.." he was holding Sotohebi and the sword buzzed, Viper smiled and said "You're excited too? I hope we get some good opponents." the sword buzzed agreeing with him.

Marco walked over and dragged him back to Whitebeard, Viper said "What are you doing pineapple head?" Marco felt a vein appear on his forehead and said "Pops wants to see you, and for the last time my name is Marco!-yoi" Viper grumbled "What does that old bastard want with me? I already told him I was fighting." Marco said "You know this is extremely dangerous right?" Viper waved him off and said "Yeah so? Am I supposed to be scared? I won't survive in the new world if i'm scared of some marines" Marco snapped "It's not some marines! It's ALL the marines!" Viper said "All of them, some of them, is there a difference? All they do is run around yelling justice all the time" he chuckled and Marco rolled his eyes "You're crazy-yoi" Viper just chuckled.

Viper was sitting in front of Whitebeard, while the rest of the crew surrounded them. Viper was staring at a small bowl with sake in it and said "What is this?" Whitebeard said "I'm sure you know what it is brat." Viper looked at him in the eye and said "I'm not one of your crew, I belong to someone else's crew. I can't." Whitebeard said "For how smart you are, you sure do say some stupid things." Viper looked at him in confusion and Whitebeard said "You don't have to be part of my crew to be a son of mine. I'm taking you as a son either way, so you drink it or you don't. It's not may problem." as he lifted his bowl and put it to his lips slowly, watching Viper with squinted eyes.

Viper panicked and picked up the bowl and drank from it at the same time as Whitebeard. The crew cheered and Whitebeard laughed after they finished, Viper's eyes widened and he snapped "You old bastard you tricked me! What do you mean by-" he put his finger under his nose and imitated Whitebeard "-'I'm taking you as a son either way, so you drink it or you don't.'?!" he seethed as the crew started laughing at his impression.

Whitebeard grabbed him and threw him saying "Don't imitate your father, you damn brat!" Viper came back and said "And you gave me such a small cup.. damn cheapskate..." Whitebeard threw a giant gourd at him, he caught it and drank straight from the bottle, he wiped his mouth and said "Much better old man!" as he threw the gourd back. Whitebeard laughed and the rest of the crew threw Viper into the air, Viper said "Let me go you bastards!" he sighed and said "Why are there no women here.."

A few dozen minutes later

The ship started to float up, heading for Marineford. Viper was standing at the head of the ship next to Marco and the rest of Whitebeard's crew, while Whitebeard himself was standing in front of them.

The ship exposed itself in the middle of the bay, surprising the marines. Whitebeard said from the head of the ship "Long time no see Sengoku! A son of mine told me that this was a trap for me, honestly i'm flattered." Sengoku grimaced and said "Which one?" as he scanned the group and focused on Viper and said "Since when did the Rainbow-haired brat become a son?" Whitebeard laughed and said "Just now. He doesn't have to be on the crew to be a son!" Viper snapped "Did you just call me rainbow-hair?! You damn old fart!" as he shook a fist at him, causing Whitebeard's crew to laugh.

Whitebeard grinned and said "Let's get this show on the road eh?" He swung his fist and cracked the air, creating cracks and shocking the marines.

Ace yelled "Leave! It's my fault I got captured in the first place!" Whitebeard said "It's my fault I didn't stop you." as huge waves rose and headed towards Marineford. Aokiji disappeared from his seat and reappeared in front of the waves and froze them all solid before charging at Whitebeard, who threw a punch and shattered Aokiji. Aokiji reformed and froze the bay, locking all the ships in place as the marines fired at them, pirates flooded onto the ice and ran towards the marines.

Mihawk slashed at Whitebeard and got blocked by Jozu, who turned into diamond. Kizaru tried to attack Whitebeard but was blocked by Marco, as he said "You can't just attack Whitebeard before us can you?" Kizaru said "These pirates sure are scary" and they started fighting.

Jozu grabbed a giant block of ice and threw it towards the plaza, but Akainu shattered it by shooting magma at it, the magma broke the ice and destroyed one of Whitebeard's ships, sending pirates flying off of it. Whitebeard sneered "You should light some birthday candles with that, you magma brat!" Akainu replied "I was lighting your funeral candles."

A giant with horns ran towards the marines and destroyed a marine ship giving the pirates a path to the plaza as Whitebeard said "Oars Jr. what are you doing?" Oars Jr said "Please let me save Ace!" Whitebeard sighed and nodded and Oars Jr rushed forward, as chaos was taking place on the ground. Kuma stepped forward and sent a shockwave towards Oars Jr, injuring him badly. Moria took the chance and made a shadow spear piercing him in the stomach, causing Oars Jr to collapse.

Whitebeard just sent a giant flying with one arm, shocking the marines again, while some of the division commanders start joining the fight. Viper watched all the chaos and started to get agitated, he was waiting for Whitebeard to let him loose, he complained "Damnit old man! Let me loose, I want to fight!" he heard some marines saying to kill the evil pirates in the name of justice.

Whitebeard boomed "Pirates are evil!!? The Marines are righteous!!? These terms have always changed throughout the course of history...!!! Kids who have never seen peace and kids who have never seen war have different values!!! Those who stand at the top determine what's wrong and what's right! This very place is neutral ground!!! Justice will prevail, you say!? But of course it will!!! Whoever wins this war becomes justice!!!"

Whitebeard turned and said "Go through the path Oars Jr gave us!" before he turned to Viper and said "Go wild." as he grinned. Viper started laughing and jumped off the boat full transforming and flying through the battlefield slamming his tail and sending wind blasts towards the groups of marines.

Viper laughed and reverted to human form in a group of marines and said "Lovely day isn't it?" before he grabbed Sotohebi and charged through the group fighting in his barbarian sword style. Viper went through group after group, his movements getting more and more fluid. He jumped on a marine and landed on his chest, before slashing him and jumping off towards another one. He continued until he met a vice-admiral and fought against him, he transformed and slammed his tail against him sending him flying into another group of marines. Whitebeard watched him and smiled.

Viper came across an extremely beautiful lady and said "Who are you?" the woman turned to him and said "I'm the most beautiful woman in the world of course!" Viper slashed an oncoming marine and said "I meant your name." he kicked another marine and slashed behind him stopping another. The woman said "Boa Hancock" Viper grinned and lifted his sword saying "Viper, Nice to meet you." as he slashed at her, she dodged and tried to turn him to stone. Viper just stood there and said "What are you doing?" he frowned, she was surprised and said "You don't think i'm beautiful?" Viper slashed another marine and said "You are beautiful, but I don't see how that's important right now. I just want to fight, besides I like someone else and she's much more beautiful than you." he charged at her again and slashed at her, causing her to dodge as she said "Impossible! I'm the most beautiful person in the world!" Viper frowned and said "Whatever, beauty is subjective. At the end of the day everyone becomes a skeleton in the ground, will your beauty matter then?" he slashed a marine and walked away to find another opponent, leaving Hancock stunned.

Viper found a new opponent, the man with the pink feathery coat. Viper slashed at him and the man blocked him with his foot, which turned black. Viper said "Who are you? Why did your foot turn black? And are you like that woman over there?"

The man blinked and laughed as he said "You can call me Doflamingo, and I used Haki you don't know what that is?" Viper shook his head and Doflamingo said "Everyone in the new world uses it. Youo can't beat me if you don't even know what it is. Also what do you mean that woman over there?" Viper sighed and slashed a marine before saying "She was going on and on about how beautiful she was and wouldn't fight me, she's really annoying." he rubbed his forehead and walked away saying "Why is it so hard to find someone to fight..." Doflamingo watched him go and laughed as he shook his head.

Viper was running around attacking marines and taking them out, trying to find an opponent he could practice on. He looked at Mihawk, who looked back at him, and felt his sword buzz he ran over and said "Hello, nice to see you again." Mihawk said "You as well. I see you finally grew your wings?" Viper nodded and said "I did." he bowed and said "I do not want to become the greatest swordsman in the world like Zoro, but I want to fight you with MY sword." he held up Sotohebi and said "I created him and named his Sotohebi. He was originally Yubashiri, but I gave him new life. Please spar with me." Mihawk looked at the sword and said "You want your sword to be acknowledged?" Viper stood up and nodded and Mihawk said "Very well."

Viper got into his stance and charged at Mihawk before jumping in the air and slashing down, Mihawk sheathed Yoru and drew his necklace blade and blocked Sotohebi. Viper broke away and charged back at Mihawk swinging he sword at Mihawk's side, Mihawk blocked it with Kogatana and slashed up, sending Sotohebi in the air. Viper went to hybrid form flying in the air grabbing Sotohebi before flying down at Mihawk and slashing at his head.

Mihawk stabbed forward and stopped Viper before saying "Your style is barbaric." Viper flipped in the air reverting to his human form before landing on the ground and saying "It's supposed to be, what do you think?" and shot forward again swinging diagonally and getting blocked again, he lifted Sotohebi and swung downwards before he turned hybrid form and diverted the slash upwards by bending his body.

Mihawk was surprised and blocked the upwards slash, Viper coiled and shot forward and slashed at Mihawk's legs. Mihawk blocked it again and Viper jumped back. Viper watched Mihawk and took a deep breath, digging his feet into the ground and squating before he shot up like a bullet and flipped in the air slamming Sotohebi down on Mihawk.

"Double-headed Fangs!"

Viper and Mihawk's swords crossed and made a little shockwave, blowing the marines near them away. Viper was pushing as hard as he can, while Mihawk was standing very nonchalantly. Mihawk pushed Viper away and said "You are nowhere near Roronoa Zoro, your style is extremely aggressive and relies on brute strength." Viper sighed and Mihawk continued "But it works and flows. Your sword and style only suit you, as it has extra lethality with your fruit so it is a viable style. I believe that last attack is your only move correct?" Viper nodded and Mihawk said "It was very good as it blends with your style and powers. I can tell your sword is happy to be held by you." Viper was happy and Sotohebi buzzed as well, he was about to say something, when there was a huge crashing sound heard. Everyone on the battlefield paused and turned to look.

A marine ship was split in half and luckily landed in the only part of the bay that was un-frozen. Prisoners jumped off the boat and landed on the ice. Luffy jumped on the ice and screamed "ACCCEE!!! I'M HERE TO RESCUE YOOOOU!!" most of the marines were shocked and the rest had different reactions. Viper laughed and said "Luffy!" before he turned to Mihawk and bowed "Thank you for acknowledging my sword, I realize I am not a swordsman but I will try not to shame my own sword." and ran off. Mihawk watched him go and smirked a bit, then looked at Kogatana before putting it back around his neck.

Viper full transformed and barreled through Marines on his way to Luffy, and Luffy disappeared from where he was and reappeared next to Whitebeard, blocking Crocodile's hook and said "Ace respects this guy so I can't let you touch him." Viper sent a wind blast to a group of marines and sent them all flying as he made his way to Luffy.

Luffy told Whitebeard that he heard they were going to execute Ace early and Whitebeard nodded before saying "Are you going to try and save Ace yourself? Brats like you will die on this battlefield." Luffy said "I'm going to save Ace no matter what! And something else, I'm going to be the Pirate King not you!" Everyone was shocked and just stared at Luffy dumbly, Whitebeard laughed and said "Just stay out of my way brat." Luffy grins and Viper appeared and said "Luffy! Let's go!"

Luffy jumped on Viper's head and Viper flew into the air, before getting stopped by KIzaru, who shot a lightbeam at them. Marco blocked it and Viper flew past them heading for Ace. Sengoku snapped "Damnit Garp it's always your family!" Garp said "That rainbow-haired brat isn't my family." Viper snapped "You damn old man! Do you want me to beat you up again?!" Garp just ignored him.

Viper was flying in the air towards the execution platform as marines fired cannonballs, some tried to Moonwalk up to him, and the Pacifistas fired lasers. Viper was doing his best to dodge but got hit with several cannonballs, sword slashes, and lasers. Luffy said "Are you okay? You're bleeding a lot!" Viper said "You need to get to Ace. Your my captain, I will bring you there." he bit down on a rumble ball and shifted to sharp point and flapped his wings shooting towards Ace like a bullet.

Viper was almost there when a magma pillar flew through the air, Viper went to defense point extremely fast and the pillar of magma hit his right wing, burning it. Viper hissed in pain and grit his teeth before turning to sharp point again and continuing towards Ace.

All of a sudden a giant jumped into the air and sent Viper flying with a punch. Luffy fell off Viper and landed on the ground next to Hancock, Viper said "Continue Luffy! Don't worry about me!" Luffy nodded and kept running with Hancock now protecting him. Viper flew back and landed in the middle of the battlefield, he looked up and saw a giant looking at him. He flew into the air and shifted to Dragon point before punching the giant, the giant caught his fist and threw his own punch. Viper caught his punch and cocked his head back before ramming it forward and turning to defense point just before making contact with the giant's head, sending the giant shooting towards the ground.

Viper turned to look at the battlefield before he was a man with a huge sword stab Whitebeard, his eyes widened as he shouted "OLD MAN!!!" and he shot forward and reverted to his human form shooting towards the man that stabbed Whitebeard. He landed on top of him and started beating the shit out of him and saying "I'LL KILL YOU!" over and over again. He took out his sword and slashed at the man before several commanders held him back, but Viper was in a frenzy and was struggling to break free, he swung his head back hitting someone and breaking free.

Viper charged towards the man again and started swinging wildly smashing whatever he came in contact with. The commanders shouted for Marco saying that Viper's really going to kill him. Marco flew and grabbed Viper, locking him in place. Viper was glaring at the man with seething rage, Whitebeard looked down at his wound and said "Squard, what kind of child hurts their father?" Squard said "You made a deal with the marines! If all the other captains were killed you, Ace and the crew would be able to get away! Look the Pacifistas are only targeting other captains!" Viper seethed "Are you a fucking idiot?! And who told you this? A marine? AND YOU BELIEVED HIM?! The old man came all this way for one of his crew. and you believe that he would sacrifice all the others so he could make it out alive?!!!!" Viper struggled in Marco's arms and said "I'm gonna kill you! You fucking rat!" Marco sighed and said "Pops.. Can I let him go?"

Whitebeard looked at Viper, who was glaring at Squard and struggling to break free, and said "No." he walked over to Squard and hugged him and said "I know you hate Roger, but it's not right to hate someone because of their parents' sins. Who was it that told you this?" Squard said "Akainu." Viper snapped "YOU FUCKING RED DOG BASTARD! I'M GOING TO RIP YOU APART!!" Akainu chuckled and Viper seethed, still struggling in Marco's arms.

Whitebeard stood up and shattered the Ice behind them and said "You can leave if you want! I will never force you to die for me, but if you want to join me in the fight be prepared to die!" as he jumped off the ship and joined in the battle. Marco was still holing Viper back and two pirates with cat gloves, named the Decalvan brothers walked up to Squard, one of them said "It must've been hard to be tricked like that." Squard started crying and Marco said "Is crying going to do anything?" he looked at Viper and said "Do you want me to let you go?" Viper stared at Squard and said "Bring me somewhere else before I end his worthless life." he sneered and said "Someone who attacks his own father.. You're pathetic." and Marco flew away with Viper in his hands.

Marco was flying away and healing Viper at the same time he said "You took a pretty hard shot from Akainu, are you alright?" Viper looked at his burned hand and said "It's still there. That red puppy is all bark no bite." Marco chuckled and landed on the ground and let Viper go saying "Do NOT go and fight Akainu. You're not strong enough yet." Viper clenched his fists and said "Fine." as he shot off to vent his anger, Marco watched him go and sighed before flying off himself.

Viper was charging through marines, tearing down anyone who decided to step into his path. Whitebeard was fighting against John Giant and sent a tremor punch to his chest, sending the giant flying and causing Marineford to shake. Akainu shot magma fists into the air melting the ice and taking out Whitebeard's ship, as walls shot up around the bay blocking the pirates from advancing towards the plaza. One of the walls didn't open as Oars' body was blocking it, while his blood jammed up the system.

A water pillar shot into the air and landed right in front of the execution platform. The water receded, revealing Luffy holding part of a mast, he threw it at the three admirals. Aokiji froze it and threw it back, Luffy stomped against the pillar sending ice chunks towards the three admirals as he ran past them. Meanwhile Oars was awake and Whitebeard said "Stay there Oars, wait for the trump card." Oars nodded and Jozu went to prepare.

Luffy made it past the admirals, but Kizaru caught up to him and kicked him into a building. Sengoku was watching the battle and said "Execute him." the two executioners raised their swords and slashed down, only to be cut by sand blades, causing them to collapse unconscious. Sengoku said "Crocodile, I thought having you here was better for us, why would you help your enemy?" Crocodile said "I don't want to see you satisfied." his head popped of and turned into sand before reforming as Doflamingo said "I'm jealous you turned me down for Whitebeard." as he attacked, Crocodile clashed with him, sending the nearby marines flying.

Viper was running through Marines trying to get to Luffy, who came across two vice-admirals. Viper transformed and flew towards the two and smashed his tail into them saying "Go Luffy!" Luffy nodded and kept running, Viper noticed Kizaru and sent a wind blast towards the vice-admirals before shooting towards Luffy, pushing him out of the way of Kizaru's light beam. Kizaru's light beam pierced Viper's right wing, causing Viper to scream in pain. Luffy stopped and Viper sent a wind blast at him, sending him flying in the direction of the platform. Luffy watched as Viper sighed in relief that Kizaru didn't chase him and clenched his fists, before continuing to run towards the platform.

Kizaru shot another lightbeam towards Viper, who rolled out of way. Marco showed up and kicked Kizaru away before grabbing Viper and flying off saying "Are you trying to die?!" Viper chuckled and said "I can't let down my captain. Heal me." Marco sighed and used his powers to heal him again as he said "I can't heal you forever, if you keep going like this you're going to die." Viper smiled and said "If I can save my captain the i'll gladly die." Marco shook his head and they both saw Akainu punching a hole in Whitebeard's chest as they screamed "POPS/OLD MAN!!" Marco flew towards Akainu. Viper sent a windblast at Akainu, slightly solidifying the magma as Marco smashed into Akainu, forcing him to jump away.

Viper was in his full transformation with his body circled around Whitebeard as he hissed at Akainu. Marco was perched on Viper's head and glaring at Akainu. Sengoku ordered the Marines to take Whitebeard's head and Marines started charging towards the trio. Viper screeched and sent out a wind blast from his mouth, sending a giant group of marines flying across the battlefield. Marco fought off most of the vice-admirals, Viper whipped his tail towards some of them, distacting them enough for Marco to finish them off.

Whitebeard said "I don't need your help." Viper swung his tail into a group of marines before saying "I don't recall asking you for permission old man." Marco said "Me neither-yoi" as the duo chuckled. Whitebeard sighed and said "You damn brats never listen..." Viper shot out another wind blast and said "Get used to it, i'm in my rebellious years." Marco burst out laughing and Whitebeard chuckled.

Sengoku ordered the new executioners to execute Ace once again. They raised their swords and Luffy shouted "STOP!!!" and an invisible wave spread out from him knocking most of the pirates and marines, as well as the executioners unconscious. The remaining people were shocked, Viper said "What was that?!" Marco said "Conqueror's Haki."

Whitebeard said "All of you! Help that brat get to Ace! Protect him!" Viper and Marco shot foward and flew towards Luffy as the rest of the commanders followed them and blocked off the marines, Marco blocked Kizaru, and Luffy kept running, suddenly Mihawk appeared and slashed towards Luffy, only to be blocked by Mr.1.

Luffy kept running while Hancock blocked the Pacifistas from shooting at him, Sentomaru said "Why are you stopping the Pacifistas?" Hancock simply replied "Love is always a hurricane" Sentomaru just blinked, extremely confused.

Viper flew behind Luffy and said "Jump!" Lufy jumped and Viper caught him on his head before flapping his wings and heading into the sky towards the execution platform. Garp flew into the sky. blocking the duo's way. Viper turned into dragon point and threw Luffy past Garp towards the platform before throwing a punch at Garp, who grabbed Viper's fist and threw him towards the ground before going after him. Viper got up and lunged at Garp again swinging his tail while throwing a punch at Garp.

Garp caught his tail and his fist and threw him across the battlefield. Viper flew back and tackled Garp to the ground before looking up and saying "He made it!" and smiling. Garp looked up and secretly let out a breath of relief before he smiled and said "Not too bad brat, you got up quicker than last time." Viper said "I fought the old man all day for a week straight before I came here. I've been thrown quite a lot in the past week" he chuckled at the thought.

Garp suddenly said "Thank you." it was barely audible, Viper tilted his head and said "For what?" Garp said "Protecting my grandson." Viper laughed and said "He's my captain even if I have to die to save him I would do it. Don't worry about it." as he got off Garp and flew towards the platform, leaving Garp staring at his figure and grinning "That damn brat's got good crew mates."

Viper reached the platform in time to get inside a wax dome. Sengoku turned into a giant golden figure and punched down at Luffy, who blew up like a balloon. The platform collapsed and the group fell to the ground. Suddenly a pillar of fire erupted midair and landed on the ground, revealing Luffy, Ace, Viper, and Mr.3, who was hiding, Ace said "You never did listen. Always meddling in my business." Luffy said "I'm glad your okay!" Viper just smiled and took out Sotohebi and said "Hate to ruin the moment but we are currently surrounded by marines while the fleet admiral is glaring at us from above." Ace and Luffy grinned and said "Just like old times?" Viper added "Guess i'm third wheeling." as the trio charged at marines.

They made quick work of them and started running towards Whitebeard. Suddenly a giant ship came charging through the plaza, with Squard on top saying "I'll cover your escape!" only for Whitebeard to stop the ship with one arm and said "No. Everyone listen up! I'm giving you my final order's as Captain! Escape safely to the New world!" before he raised a fist and slammed it into the ground causing Marineford to shake.

Viper and Ace stopped and shouted "Old man/pops!" and looked at each other Viper lifted his burned right wrist and revealed the cross with whitebeard's mustache tattoo, Ace turned around and showed his back Viper mumbled "Show off.." and Luffy said "Let's go!" Ace and Viper hesitated and Whitebeard said "What are you waiting for you brats?!" Ace bowed and said "Thank you." while Viper just stood there and clenched his fists. Whitebeard said "Was I a good father?" Ace said "Of course!" and Whitebeard looked at Viper and sighed as he said "It wasn't for long, but you're still my son. I hope you achieve your dream one day Viper." Viper teared up and choked out a "Thanks Pops." before he wiped his eyes and ran away with Luffy and Ace. Whitebeard watched them go and laughed happily.

Viper, Luffy, and Ace were running when suddenly a huge magma fist smashed near the escaping pirates. Akainu said "Cowards. Whitebeard is nothing but a failure.." Ace stopped, but Viper grit his teeth and kept going. Ace said "Take that back bastard!" and attacked Akainu, Luffy shouted at Ace and ran after him. Viper followed him and Luffy suddenly fell to his knees, Akainu stepped around Ace and walked towards Luffy. Viper stepped in front of Luffy and said "If you want to kill him, you'll have to go through me." Winds started to pick up and spin around Viper's hands turning into little tornadoes covering them.

Akainu sneered "You're willing to give your life for a worthless captain? I thought you were smart." Viper spat "The only worthless one here is you, and all the marines. You use deceit to achieve your own goals! Spouting all that justice nonsense, what a joke. You're all just glorified dogs for those slave driving nobles." Akainu felt a tick mark on his forehead and Viper laughed in his face and said "Bark like the dog you are! HAHAH Did I make you angry? The big bad red doggy is mad?" Akainu was seething and punched Viper, who met his punch with his own.

Both their right fists met, as Akainu's solidified a little and Viper felt his skin burn. Viper screamed and pushed harder, Akainu sneered and pumped more magma into his own as cracks spread from the ground. Viper was forcing his fist forward, and Akainu frowned he pushed with all his might and decimated Viper's entire right arm melting it, and kicked him out of the way. Viper flew and rolled on the ground with only a left arm left. Akainu had blasted him arm into ashes burning the Whitebeard tattoo he had just got.

Everyone was shocked and Viper grabbed the ground with his left hand pulling himself forward trying to reach Luffy as he screamed "STOP! RED DOG BASTARD I'M NOT FINISHED WITH YOU YET! DON'T TOUCH HIM!" Akainu sneered and said "I'll finish you off later." as he cocked his fist back and threw a punch towards Luffy, Viper's eyes widened as he screeched "STOOOOOP!!!!" and he saw the most horrifying thing, Ace jumped in between Akainu and Luffy.

Ace was standing facing Luffy with Akainu's fist through his chest. Luffy held Ace in his arms and said "Ace! Come on! Doctor! Get a doctor over here!" Akainu tried to attack again but Jinbe blocked him and grabbed the duo before running to a doctor. Viper was glaring at Akainu and spat venomously "You worthless red lap dog! I swear I will kill you! One day I will rip you limb for limb and watch as you scream in pain! I won't kill you until you beg me for it! I'll make you bark like a dog and broadcast it to the world! Mark my words! I will be the end of you even if it's the last thing I do!" Akainu looked at Viper and got a chill down his spine before he sneered and said "I'd like to see you try" Viper was glaring at Akainu and grinding his teeth, as he watched Akainu get blown up by cannonballs and bullets.

Marco flew over and grabbed Viper before flying back to the crew. Viper landed on the ground and was still glaring at Akainu. Marco said "Why didn't you listen to me! I said not to fight him-yoi" Viper said "I wasn't going to let my captain die, if.. if I was stronger I could've saved Ace too!" Marco sighed and patted his shoulder saying "Don't worry too much, it's not your fault." Viper clenched his remaining fist and bit his lip.

Whitebeard seethed and was about to attack when he heard a laugh "ZEHAHAHAHA" everyone turned to look at him, Viper said "That's the guy from Jaya." Marco said "You met him before?" Viper nodded and said "Yeah, he said that this was the era of dreams and he came to collect our crews bounties but failed." Marco said "His name is Teach. He killed one of our crew mates for a devilfruit. Ace chased after him and Teach sent him to the marines to become a Warlord." Viper's mouth opened wide and said "Really?! For a devil fruit?!" Marco nodded.

Viper looked at him and said "What's with him though? Why does HE feel like THEY?" Marco said "I don't know how but he has a special body." Viper nodded and said "Very strange indeed."

Teach came down and said "I'm here to kill you Whitebeard!" Whitebeard seethed and smashed his fist towards Teach and his crew, sending them flying. Viper held his arm and winced as he tried to keep himself awake, Marco said "Are you okay?!" Viper said "Yeah, I just need.. to... rest.." and collapsed, Marco caught him and healed his arm, stopping the bleeding as he said "Check his blood type and get him a transfusion now!" a doctor rushed over and tested Viper's blood and said "He's the same a pops, F! We need pops' blood!" Marco cursed and Whitebeard said "Throw me a bag!" Marco threw him a bag and Whitebeard filled it with the blood flowing out of his chest, where his heart was and threw the bag back saying "Get it in him!" as Teach and his crew shot at him when he was distracted.

Whitebeard cracked the air and sent Teach and his crew flying, before he stood there. The doctors pumped Viper with Whitebeard's blood at that very moment, and Viper jerked violently and started shaking. The doctors were confused and worried. Teach looked towards Whitebeard and said "He's dead!" Whitebeard stood tall and his cape flew off his body and blew away brushing past Viper before flying away. Viper's body stopped shaking and he's breathing regulated. The doctors sighed in relief before crying over the loss of Whitebeard, along with the rest of the crew.
