AVA'S POV

"Don't get too comfortable with this" Xavier said as he was about leaving the class

Gosh! Why's he so cold towards me…

"Seems like the universe wants us to be together" Liam said with a smirk and walk away

"Liam is so dreamy, isn't he?" Tessy asked as she laid her head on my shoulder

"Dreamy? He's a flirt"

"A very handsome one"

"Gosh.. don't tell me you have a crush on him" I said

"A huge one" she squeaked

"You're so lucky you got paired with Liam" she added

"And why don't I feel it?"

"C'mon girl, Liam should be your crush too. He's just too handsome"

"What about Xavier? He's More handsome than… what's he called again? Liam"

"Yes. But Xavier is too cold towards everyone. Some even say he's gay" she said and i gasped

"He's not.. I don't think he is" I said

"Well, we'll see. Too bad I got paired with Oliver, the nerd and.."

"Ruth" we said in unison and laughed

My phone beeped and it was a message from savior;

"I'm outside. I expect you to meet me in five minutes"

I stared around and that was when I noticed that it was just me and Tessy who were still in the class.

"I have to go now Tessy" I said to her

"Are you meeting up with someone?" She asked

"Sure"

"Mind if I join you?" She asked

"I don't think he'd want that"

"It's a 'he'. Is he your boyfriend?" She asked smiling

"Of course not. He's just a friend." I said itching my head

"Then just introduce me to him and I'll leave"

"Okay sure"

"Savior!" I yelled and he turned around

"Savior? Is that his name? And why is he putting on a mask?" She asked all at once

Now I know how savior feels whenever I ask too many questions.

I dragged her and we walked to him.

"Hi Ava. Mind introducing me to your friend?" He said

"Savior, this is my friend, Tessy" I said

"Wow. You've made a friend already. I was replaced quickly" he said

"Of course not. But you don't school here" I said

"Don't mind me Ava, I was just kidding" he said laughing and I joined him

"Cough cough" Tessy said

"Oh and Tessy, this is savior. My mysterious friend" I said

"Is your name really savior?" She asked him

"Not really. Ava gave me the name and I think it's cool"

"Then what's your name?" She asked

"Savior. If you ain't cool with it, then don't bother" he said

"I had better take my leave. Bye Ava" she said and walked away

"It's a good thing you now have a friend. You both have one thing in common"

"Asking questions" we both said and laughed

He opened his car for me to get in…

"So why are you here?" I asked him

"Don't you want me here? Or you don't want your crush to see you and I together"

"Who's my crush?"

"Liam. If you don't want me here I can leave"

"You're so jealous "

"Why should I be? We're just friends" he said

"Sure"

"I brought pizza " he said bringing the box of pizza from the back seat

"So tell me. Do you like it here?"

"Well it's cool. Music class was fun. I got paired with Liam and Xavier"

"Hmm"

"It's just for an assignment. There's nothing to worry about "

"I'm not worried about anything. Just concerned. I don't trust Liam"

"But you trust Xavier?"

"Nope.. didn't say that, but he's not a flirt like Liam"

"I guess you're right. Most people think Xavier is gay"

"What!" He yelled laughing real hard

"How's that even possible?" He asked

"See. That's exactly what I asked Tessy"

"But we can't be so sure. He can be gay" he said

"So what else?"

"Well.. there's this lady.. Ruth"

"I'm guessing we don't like her"

"We? And how did you know?"

"The expression on your face says it all. And I said 'we' cause I won't like anyone you don't like"

"Seriously?" I asked smiling

"Sure. You hate Xavier, I'll hate him too, hate Blake, I'll hate him too. And most especially Liam "

"You don't have to"

"Of course I do" he said placing his hand on mine…

"I want you to be happy and comfortable here. And if anyone bullies you be sure to let me know"

"Savior? Can I ask you something?" I said

"Sure"

"Why don't you want me to see your face? Why's your identity a secret?" I asked

"When the time is right. I'll take off my mask okay? And I'll tell you everything "

"Promise?"

"Sure. Now I have to go" he said using his hands to mess up my hair

"See you soon Ava" he said as I got down from the car

"Bye savior. Take care." I said and he drove off.

After looking around the school and making sure I was able to locate important places, I finally decided to go to my room.

*She's the girl.. the one who stays in the room

I heard people say as I walked to my room. I walked to the room and I saw…

Xavier and Liam at my door

"What are you two doing here?" I asked, hands akimbo

"You know.. you should be happy" Xavier said

"Well, what do you know. It seems you're the one following me. That makes you the one crushing on me"

"(Scoffs) you wish. This was all Liam's idea" he said

"And how did you both know my room?" I asked

"Well you're pretty popular Ava" Liam said smiling

" Okay? But what do you both want?" I asked

Liam walked closer to me… making me step backwards till I got pinned to the wall

"We're here for you " he said and I could feel his breathe on my face

Xavier dragged him away from me..

"This is not why we are here Liam" he said to him and Liam pushed him away.

Liam stared at me and walked away

"Sorry bout that" Xavier said

"Did you just apologize? And for someone else's mistake?" I asked, eyes wide opened

"Don't get used to it missy"

"We'll be going to my house tomorrow before our 3pm class" he added

"But why?" I asked

"To play " he said with a straight face

"To play?" I asked

"You're such a dummy. To practice for our music assignment" he said and walked away

Was I really a dummy?
