AVA'S POV

"My name is Ava. Ava Brown" I said to her. She was very beautiful. She had a blonde long hair that dangled around her shoulders. She had brown eyes which were deep and kind of big. Her tiny body which were perfectly built. She was really beautiful.

"Tessy Andrew" she said

"Can you help me out? I'm kind of new here you see..."

"Well, I'm also new. But there are some places I've seen." She said

"Okay. Do you know where this room is?" I said handing a paper to her

"Is this your room?" She asked, a little bit shocked

"Yes. Why?"..

"Cause everyone has been waiting to see the lady who owns the room. It's kind of the biggest room in the dorm"

"Ooh I see.."

"Can you take me there?" I asked

"Oh of course. It's two rooms away from mine"

We finally got to my room. And to be honest, she was really friendly.

I inserted the key and opened the room.

Sweet jeez... It was beautiful. Everything in the room was neatly arranged and sparkling clean. I didn't have to do anything, well expect from unboxing my things.

How do I thank savior for this...

The bed was really big and nice. I sat on it... And omg it was so soft.

"Well I better get going" Tessy said

"So soon?" I asked

"Yes.. I should let you rest and at least unpack"

"Thank you" I said to her

"You're welcome"

"And Tessy" I called out

"Yes?"

"Feel free to come see me anytime. You're kind of the only friendly person I know" I said

"Sure" she said with a smile and left. She's always smiling.

I paced around the room. It was really nice and there were a lot of books in the bookshelf.

📞 "Hello savior" I said as I picked up my phone immediately it rang

📞 "Hey Ava"

📞 "Thank you so much. The room is really nice"

📞 "I'm glad you like it"

📞 "Sure. And there are so many books here"

📞 "Yes.. I made sure I bought all the textbooks you'll be needing. So you won't have to stress yourself"

📞"Really?" I said smiling even if he can't see me

📞 "Yea. And did they mention you have to attend your classes from tomorrow? I pasted your time table in your room" he said

📞 "Ooh, now I see it. Seems I have music class tomorrow"

📞 "Not only that. There's more. You need to sign up for a sport"

📞" I don't do sports"

📞" You'll have to learn. I have to go now Ava" he said

📞 "Okay. Thanks again savior"

📞 "You can thank me by staying away from Liam"

📞 "Wait a minute, are you still mad? I don't have anything to do with him okay?"

📞 "I'm not mad Ava, why would I be? I just want you to be careful "

📞 " You're jealous then"

📞 " Jealous (scoffs), of who? Liam? He wishes"

📞 "I bet you are. Maybe cause he's more handsome than you " I said

📞 "How can you tell? You haven't seen me yet, besides I can assure you I'm way more handsome than him"

📞 "Then prove it. Take off your mask"

📞" Bye Ava " he said and hung up.

Why's he like this. He always avoids every conversation that involves him. What's he hiding?

Well, I should unpack and get some rest. Seems like I have a long day tomorrow. Life in STAR Academy won't be easy.

"Hey Liam" a lady said as she walked into the office where Liam, Xavier, Oliver and Blake were.

"Ruth?" Liam called out as he stared at the lady

"Surprise" she yelled

"Can you keep it down?" Blake asked

"Hush! I ain't talking to you" she said as she walked to Liam

"Do you know who I am?" Blake asked

"I don't give a damn sweetheart" she said

"What are you doing here Ruth?" Liam asked

"Well, daddy told me that you're here now. And I missed you so much babe" she said

"You broke up with me for God's sake Ruth"

"And I regret it. That's why I'm here now. To patch things up"

"I don't know...." Liam tried saying but couldn't complete his statement as Mrs Andrea walked into the office

"Hello gents and Ruth Jackson"

"Hey Mrs Andrea" Ruth blurted out as she sat down

"Please hurry up, I don't have time for this" Xavier said bringing out his phone from his pocket

"Xavier! I demand respect from you" Mrs Andrea said

"Only those who deserves respect gets it" Blake said

"Not cool dude" Oliver said to Blake

"Nerd alert" Ruth and Liam said in unison

"Silence!" Mrs Andrea said

"I know you five are the wealthiest in this school and your parents contributed greatly here, especially you Xavier. But as long as you all are students of this school, I demand you act like one" she said

"Xavier learn how to communicate with people, you don't have to act cold towards them" she added

"I don't need you lecturing me about my life" Xavier said, now staring at his phone.

"Blake, we all know that you're are a prince, but here no one is your subject or slave. So treat them with respect"

"(Scoffs) as long as they respect me first"

"Liam, for crying out loud. This is not a sex school. Stop flirting around with all the ladies around here"

"You don't tell me how to live my life" Liam said

"Oliver, well, I don't have any problem with you. But your mom asked me to make sure you make friends and also be able to stand up for yourself"

"I don't need it ma'am" he said

"Nerd" Blake said

"And you Ruth, we all know you're pretty" Mrs Andrea said as Ruth flung her hair back and smiled sheepishly

"I don't see the beauty" Xavier said

"Then you must be blind" Ruth said

"You had better mind the way you speak to me. I'm not your playboy ex here" Xavier said

"Enough!" Mrs Andrea yelled

"Now what I'm trying to say is that, Ruth please, learn to be kind to others, and stop bullying them cause you feel you're more pretty"

"I don't feel, I know."

"It's always the ugly ones" Xavier said

"Xavier!" Mrs Andrea yelled

"Now, your parents pleaded with me, that they want you all here so that you can change. So I expect the best from the five of you" she added

"Yes mom" Ruth said and they all laughed, well except from Mrs Andrea

AVA's POV

The alarm clock rang waking me up from my sleep. It was just 6:30am.

I picked my phone and stared at it, there was a message. It was from savior;

"Good luck. You'll need it"

I smiled and walked into the bathroom to get ready. I had music class by 8am, but I wanted to be there early.

I walked out of my room and I could see a lot of people staring at me. It was just 7:15am but I was pretty sure that was not the reason they were staring.

I walked out of the dorm and I was pretty confused. The school was so big and I don't even know where the music class is located. If only Xavier had shown me around.

"Well... Well, if it isn't the scholarship girl" someone said tapping me

"Sorry, do I know you?" I asked

"Of course not, how can a lowlife like you know someone as pretty as me?" She asked as the other lady who was with her laughed

Truth be told. She was pretty, well not as Tessy but she was. The only reason one could say she is prettier than me or Tessy, is because she seems rich. From her dress to her shoes to her bags to her make-up, it screams expensive.

"I'm Ruth, and this is my best friend Becky" she said with a mischievous smile on her face

"I'm Ava, but I have to go"

"Why are you so much in a hurry" she said dragging me back and holding my hands tight

"Please let me go" I pleaded

"Let her go Ruth" someone said in a calm but serious voice.

"Fine nerd" she said and pushed me to the ground, walking away with her bestie

"Let me help you up" he said as he assisted me

It was Oliver. The guy who interviewed me.

"Thank you" I said to him

"What did you do to her?" He asked handing over a handkerchief to me

"Thanks. I did nothing to her" I said cleaning my body

"You should be careful" he said trying to walk away

"Can you direct me to the music class please?"

"We don't have that class till 8am, why are you so much in a hurry?" He asked

"I just like being early"

"And they call me a nerd." He said and I scoffed

He gave me directions to the music class and when I asked if he could take me there, he shyly said;

"I don't think I can" and left

Why would a guy be that shy ?

It wasn't so difficult locating the class, well, mostly because I heard the sound of the piano. Someone was playing.

I walked to the door of the class and peeped inside, and it was... The demi-god, Xavier.

He was so focused on what he was playing.

I slowly opened the door and leaned on the wall, watching him play. He was so good at it, and his eyes were shut. The song was so soothing. When he was done playing I clapped so hard that it startled him

"What the hell are you doing here!" He asked standing up

"Well, I came for my class"

."This is 7:40am. The class doesn't start until 8am"

"Well don't you think I know that?" I asked him

"Just stop following me" he said

"You think I'm here because of you? You wish"

"Well, act all tough if you want but I know you are crushing. That's why you were drooling and watching me play"

This statement made me laugh real hard.

"Excuse you. This is a public class. If you don't want people to watch you then play in your room".

"Aren't you a tough one? Tell you what, stop showing up everywhere I go and I'll stop assuming you have a crush on me"

"Deal" I said

"Good"

Then, students started walking into the class and I had to look for a seat. Tessy came in and joined me..

After everyone was settled down. The teacher walked in. It was a lady.

"Hi everyone, I'm Miss Lucy and I'm your music teacher"

After what seemed like forever, the class finally came to an end. Miss Lucy asked us to wait, saying she wanted to pair us into groups, cause she had something she would like us to practice.

She stared at a book and started calling names. She announced that we would be grouped into threes

She started;

"Tessy, Oliver and Ruth"

"Blake, Becky and Peter"

She called until she got to the final group

"Xavier, Ava and Liam"
