Chapter 141 - Gods stances

Upon his arrival, Ryuu looked at Miia who was In a awe, having a similar reaction to Shinobu and the others upon seeing the mysterious and strange things.

"Well, Ryuu, I'm heading home since it's been a while since I've seen mom."

"I am as well, I'll come by later."

Justine and Trese decided to head back home while Shinobu and the others took Miia to show her around. Ryuu took them around the city once to have their date while he reconnected to his clone in this world.

He still remained connected to Vandalieu's world being one of their gods that maintains the world. His Yaldabaoth god form doesn't have any necessary to represent a part of their world but he places one that focuses on mindless monsters in dungeons and flesh of life.

His divine form also governs a small part of strong emotion which allows to help people's morality. He may have disgusting power from Mutation and Depravity but it mostly applies to the sinful.

Regardless, he used his power to bring a blessing to Ion who was given a task to spread his name. Ryuu gave permission for Ion to be the grand bishop of his church to control them from getting out of hand.

He then senses something ever since arrive turned to the sky, understanding that the ones who were spying on him were the Gods of this world.

Ryuu stared intently before grinning, seeing that the people flinched in fear and stopped their observation. He pondered if other gods besides his country's Pantheon exist. This god doesn't know what's coming for them.

Few were hostile, some neutral while others decided to observe how things were going to go.

She looked up seeing the skyscraper, impressed that a world without widespread use of magic was able to build unbelievable structures.

Remarked by Nezuko who gave a small nod since even now it was impressive. If it weren't for Ryuu who explained it then she would believe it's the home of the gods.

They headed to a few places to eat and explore while Ryuu took the time to looked at the chat group.

Ryuu ponders the idea of devouring the gods within the Fairy tail verse and DxD verse. He vaguely guesses that the power of those gods are a lot stronger than Lambda. He wanted to taste and cook them into some flavor meals.

He turned to look at Shinobu, who decided to join the conversation since she had free time. Shinobu doesn't use it much anymore considering her mission has already finished. Though, she still wants to maintain the ability to travel to other worlds.

Soon everyone else went offline while Ryuu focused on having the date with Miia and the girls. He bought Miia a beautiful dress and snake bracelet before receiving a kiss as a reward.

She leaned on his shoulder and kept calling him with honorifics despite being told not to. Miia was persistent in calling him the way she does.

Mitsuri cried out getting his attention while the people looked at them weirdly but he already made them forget what they saw with his [ Hypnosis ].

He wryly smiled but let them be as they returned home And Ryuu quickly spread his spread his flesh and disease to produce a barrier turning his whole property into a living entity putting a small santient that would alert him of any magical presences.

Trese returned to her home finding it the way she left it and entered inside finding her Godfather, Hank bewildered by his appearance that had long hair and different air around her.

"Bossing!? What happened to you!? Why has your hair suddenly grown this long!?"

She didn't say anything and quickly hugged her father figure who was taken aback by her action but returned the gesture by doing the same thing. He doesn't know what's going on but felt that she had been on a long journey like before.

After a while, Hank prepared some coffee and took a seat to learn what happened to Trese who gave an honest story about going to a fictional world. His expression turns a wide array of disbelief.

She showed her power by summoning a shadow shoulder awaiting her command much to her godfather's shock.

"Y-You really foughts gods!? And your boyfriend is god!!? What the hell!?"

'I guess that's a normal reaction but I wish Ryuu the best of luck on his part.'

He was too speechless, unable to find the right word to describe how the story affected him. Her Goddaughter was now a literal god slaying machine.

It made him oddly proud that she had become far stronger than her predecessor and would be able to keep the balance more easily. Soon, Trese headed to her room when Emissary came to visit her.

"What do you need, Emissary? Perhaps to ask questions about where I have been and how I've changed?"

"Unfortunately that is not the reason why I am here. I'm merely passing a message to you."

"And what would that be?"

"The goddess of Death, Ibu, has a sense of a living god far stronger than the chief god within our faction. As of right now, she intends to show that it could be related to you and wishes to be no part of the other gods' plot."

'We've only returned for a few hours yet they are already taking a stance.'

"She had vaguely guessed that it had to be connected to your lover and wished to be on good terms with him."

"As long as you don't intend to get in his way then it would be fine."

The Emissary bowed since she already felt that one move could be the end of her life despite being spirit. Trese saw her disappear and receive a phone regarding a case. She decided to join in and swiftly change the accord.
