Chapter 137 - Blasphemy

Using a different approach with regards to fighting his opponent who is able to counter his plague by having high resistances and magic items showing that they came well prepared. It was rather difficult to land a fatal blow only using his weakness magic but able to graze him with Blood and Bone magic.

Ryuu evaded the whip that headed his way and sent a few blood javelin toward his enemy but it was easily dispelled by the whip. His opponent was Ervine, a veteran A class and a lot stronger than Heinz when he last met him.

At that time If he were to use his main body and went full assault then he might win but at the cause of wounding himself. Unlike normal wounds, being hit by holy attributes causes his healing to slow significantly.

Furthermore, the canon gauge of strength was vastly different to what he was experiencing. They were a lot stronger than the canon and had to be careful dealing with them.

"Do you need help, Ryuu?"

Soon from his shadow came Trese using her Shadow exchange skill bringing with her the rest of the girls. She was able to share her shadow soldier see and was shocked to see what happened.

Using the skill of shadow exchange takes time as it was still a relatively new skill and had cooldown. She informed what's going on and took the rest of the girls with her, even Miia.

Meanwhile, Ervine clicked his tongue in frustration upon seeing his chances of escaping was near impossible but hadn't given up. Ryuu found his determination and skill to be admirable, however, he had made blasphemous actions by arrogantly underestimating them.

He held out his hand and waved it to respond to Trese's question. Ryuu tests himself and hardly finds the opportunity to fight someone on equal footing.

"I can handle this, just watch and make sure that no one interferes."

"If that's what you want then fine. He seems to be a capable fighter."

Trese commented and closely observed her lover clashed with his enemy trying to land an attack. She saw their opponent use his whip while applying magic that created a devastating attack with Ryuu's own spell being deflected.

"Compared to Bugitas? Who's stronger?"

"That guy it seems. Unlike Bugitas, he maintained distance while being thoughtful of his attack and surroundings."

Shinobu answered Miia's question, making her slightly worried for Ryuu well being fighting someone who's a lot stronger than their previous opponent.

"Miia, Our Ryuu would be alright and I believe he can defeat that guy without a problem!"

Miia heard Mitsuri who calmed her nerves making the lamia relax nodding in response. She decided to cheer him on instead of fearing for his safety.

"Ryuu-sama, please don't lose to this guy!"

"That's the spirit! No one can defeat our man!?"

Nezuko shouted joining their new member in cheering for his victory that made Ryuu smirked while looking at Ervine's annoyed expression.

"How about that? My lovers are cheering for me which means I can't lose now!"

He brought out his chain blade before executing the [ Black plague ] form that evaded his attacks where the blade always landed into Ervine's neck but deflected with his weapon and countered his chain blade.

"Fifth Form - Raging God Wheel."

Ryuu then made a rotating motion before his weapon moved in all directions, shocking Ervine who bewildered on the skill that he showcased.

'The hell! What kind of person is able to cast numerous spells without stopping and is a skilled weapon user!! The plan had now been thrown out the window!! I just hope the others are able to eliminate them.'

Ervine's prayer was not heard as his allies had been easily slaughtered by Vandalieu and his allies. It was unfortunate that he wouldn't be able to know that he was the only survivor in their expedition.

"Sixth form - Raging Blizzard! Absolute zero!"

His eyes went wide when Ryuu tried doing a similar style of fighting by applying magic into his weapon causing Ervine to feel fear for the first time. He witnessed him using water magic to turn into ice and spun his weapon that could barely be evaded.

Ervine was grazed and saw his armor partially frozen by the spell felt slightly panic but the turn of events.

"Surprise? Well it took some time to show you how that martial art works."

Ryuu saw him as nothing more than a training dummy that made his opponent extremely infuriated after being looked down upon and treated as nothing more than a toy.

"Don't fuck with me!! I shall not underestimate us humans, Monster!!"

"I guess being called a monster by you isn't bad but I'm human you know."

He was confused since the last time he checked his race was human therefore he's a human. Ryuu shook his head then produced a flashed turret gun on his shoulder.

"Familiar Spirit Descent!"

He activated the Familiar Spirit Descent Skill, summoning a familiar spirit upon himself.

"Fire."

As he tried to summon a familiar spirit, a pillar of light descended from the sky, and then Ryuu's Gun Technique, firing a bone that plague that eroded the soul from the flesh turret that destroyed the familiar spirit.

"Jackpot! Too bad it's bland compare to a real god"

"Y-you struck a familiar spirit?! Do you not fear the gods?!"

Ervine shouted, his discomposure surfacing for the first time since the beginning of the battle.

"Of course I do but that doesn't matter. "

Said Ryuu as he resumed his onslaught of magical attack. Ervine was dumbfounded by his blunt response before focusing on doing.

"Familiar Spirit Descent!"

"It seems this guy's brain cell had already died."

Justine jokingly said while watching the battle. A pillar of light extended from the sky once more. And once more, it was destroyed by Ryuu using the same attack. Ervine let go of his Orichalcum whip.

"Thanks for your noble sacrifice, familiar spirit!"

And then he took out the handle of another whip that had been hidden behind his back. It seemed that Ervine had used his god's familiar spirit as a sacrificial pawn to create an opening in Vandalieu's attacks.

"Ah, this is troubling,"

Ryuu noticed the danger and started his attacks once more, but he wasn't quick enough.

"Demon King equipment: Antennae, activate!"

Ervine shouted and with an ominous sound, a long, black whip extended from the handle of Ervine's weapon.

"Shining Flame Whip! Whirlwind Whip!"

Ervine cast an enchantment on the whip to increase his attack power, then activated a martial skill to attack Ryuu. The shining, black whip that was emanating a scorching heat easily cut through his flesh without much effort.

"Ryuu!!"

Kie and the other shouted upon seeing him getting wounded much to Ervine's enjoyment.

"I'm fine, it's just a flesh wound."

"How is that a flesh wound!!? Your arms were severed!!"

Nezuko shouted, seeing his right arm on the ground with blood everywhere. Ryuu wryly smiled before forcing his body to regenerate producing another right arms that patted her head.

"No need to worry, do you think I would die if I was killed?"

"Stop fucking qouting fate! Take this seriously!"

Justine scolded him and almost had a heart attack from seeing get wounded considering it was the first time that had happened. Ervine's who saw him regenerate clicked his tongue.

"I used my Demon King equipment and only just managed to scratch you. As expected of a monster. Kukuh, but next I'm going to make that person-shaped face of yours twist in pain."

"Ara~ Ara~, perhaps I should be the one fighting him?"

Kanae narrowed her eyes looking at their opponent who took a step back but stood his ground. What Ervine used was Demon king fragments that were weaponized by the amid empire that lessened its ability to consume the minds of the user at the cost of only using a small power from the original.

"Then come you filthy whore!!"

These were the last words as Ryuu expressed grim emanating a terrifying aura around him, causing his lover for the first time to see him become this pissed. Everything became hell for Ervine as he was under the grasp of Ryuu.

"I guess I had enough playing with you. I do hope you enjoy your stay in my world."

At that moment despite the risk force his way into Ervine infesting his body with all manners of the deceased that directly affect the soul weakening him while Ryuu was the same.

For someone shrouded in holy attributes was like a poison to Ryuu's body didn't care and wanted to damn the person into his [ Plague Inner world ] to suffer for eternity.

Ervine eyes dimmed realizing that death would have been a mercy or even have his soul destroyed but now his now tortured soul trapped within the confined of the nurgles to be used as test subject.

"Speak such blasphemy shall lead you to damnation."
