The huge city sized Domain ship positioned itself in the Exosphere around 450 kilometers from the surface. This D ship was one of the first to be covered by Zymergy, the most resilient and tensile material ever developed to date. Containing a top secret formula manufactured to alter its properties against all present known enemy ship attacks, the extreme forces of hyper-space speed, and deadly radiation. The radiation belts surrounding Earth was no exception.
The Transfer rooms aboard the D ship quickly beamed all the equipment and supplies necessary to set up the camps and the prep machinery for the mining.
