Saving Kiara

Oliver calmly sat there and took out his phone to message Ava and said in a light tone, "Go and take care of it."

Arvin looked at him in disbelief and pointed a finger at himself then asked: "Me? Why would I go and take care of her problem? Who is she to me?"

"Well, I can't go because I have a girlfriend, but you don't, so go," Oliver said as he started to type a message to Ava.

"Oliver, do you understand women at all? Kiara was causing the scene for you to help her, not me. "

"Not my problem. She has nothing to do with me. Among all the women in the world, I just need to care about Ava."

Arvin shook his head, put down his glass, and reluctantly went to Kiara to save her. The man was about to slap Kiara when Arvin came to her side and grabbed the man's wrist. He slowly increased the pressure until he heard the sound of cracking bones.

The man's head was already in pain and now his wrist was broken, he was in a lot of pain. He looked at Arvin in panic and couldn't utter a single word.

Kiara was slightly shocked. She looked at Arvin, and her eyes were a little lost. Why did Arvin come to save her instead of Oliver? She played the tricks to grab Oliver's attention but he just simply ignored her. How cruel!

The man was still standing there in pain sweating continuously, he had no strength to fight back.

Arvin looked at him and said coldly, "Get out."

The man quickly ran away from there in fear.

"Arvin, thank you for saving me." Kiara calmed down and said in her soft tone.

"It's OK, girl. Don't come to a nightclub alone in the future. Now go home." Arvin smiled politely. After the whole afternoon, this was the first time he was smiling.

Kiara looked in Oliver's direction and saw he was texting on his phone, she bit her red lips and said lightly, "Arvin, did Oliver asked you to come and save me?"

Arvin knew what she wanted to hear but he didn't want to give her any hope so he said in a slightly cold tone, "No, it was me who decided to come after all we know each other for years."

Kiara was very disappointed. But she wanted to know why he was here so she asked in a hopeful tone, "Why is he here? He doesn't like crowded places. Did he have a fight with Ava or something?"

"No, actually they are very much in love with each other. So Kiara you should stay away from him and I suggest, whatever is going on in your little head put a stop to that and don't cause trouble for Oliver and Ava." Saying that he walked out of there. The more he will stand there the more question she will ask.

Kiara stared at Oliver for a few more seconds, then slowly started to walk toward the door. She was feeling very sad. Seeing Oliver here she really wanted to go to him and talk but she also took Arvin's warning seriously. Since Oliver didn't come to her rescue which only meant he hasn't forgiven her yet so she should probably stay away from him for now.

Arvin saw Kiara left the club he sighed in relief the said to Oliver, "I have taken care of your problem, now pour me a glass of wine"

Oliver looked at him indifferently and said in a cold tone, "You are such an obedient puppy. She was not my problem and I didn't force you to go there."

"Oliver, you scam. Be careful of your mouth or I'll call Kiara back and invite her to drink with you." Arvin glared at Oliver fiercely.

Oliver's mouth was sometimes so vicious that Arvin wondered how Ava even tolerates him. He now regretted suggesting Ava, to seduce Oliver by wearing something sexy. He should have said that Oliver likes to eat ginger cake. At the thought of Oliver looking at Ava helplessly while she makes a ginger cake for him as a birthday present, Arvin started to laugh unconsciously.

"What are you laughing at?" Oliver raised one of his eyebrows and asked.

"Nothing." Arvin closed his mouth and picked up his glass.

Oliver stared at him and said slowly, "Look at yourself in the mirror, you were definitely thinking something dirty."

"What are you talking about? I was thinking nothing." Arvin said innocently.

Oliver wanted to throw a mirror at Arvin for him to see. "you are up to no good,"

"Oliver, you..." Arvin cried out angrily.

"Enough, let's get out of here." Oliver got up from his seat ready to leave.

Although Arvin wasn't done drinking but he didn't want to drink alone so he stood up too.

When they got back to the villa, it was more than 11 o'clock at night. Oliver took a shower and silently came to the bed. The moonlight came in from the window and sprinkled on Ava making her innocent face look beautiful. A smile showed up on his handsome face unconsciously. He noticed Ava was still holding her phone in her sleep. Before he left the club they were chatting, she must have fallen asleep while chatting with him. He doesn't know why these days Ava was always so tired.

Oliver took the phone from her hand and put it on the bedside table then got inside the quilt and took the woman in his arm. However, the moment he touched her hands and feet his face got sinister. Her hands and feet were all cold. He quickly put the hand inside his shirt to make them warm.

Ava felt the warmth, she opened her eyes and vaguely saw Oliver, she said in her sleepy voice, "Oliver, you're back."

"Yes, I am here, go back to sleep," Oliver said softly. Although he was a little turned on by the contact, but seeing her so tired he decided not to disturb her tonight. He just held her tightly in his arm and fell asleep.
