Ch 166 : Training once again

As of now, Sanada was with the trio team seven. There was some misunderstanding with Sakura before, but as of now, Sanada decided to put it on the back of his head.

The priority goes first, and his current priority is to enhance the strength of the team seven trios.

Even though the trio had gotten a lot stronger than their original counterpart, they still hadn't reached their maximum potential, and right now was the time to unlock their cheat.

For the first one, Sanada decided to go with the easier one. Among the three, he went for Sasuke, who had waited for him under the shadow of a tree.

" Sasuke, I think we need to talk for a bit."

" Heh, it seems it finally is the right time, huh? To be honest, I thought you had forgotten.."

After Danzo's incident, Sasuke had a lot of questions on his mind. However, out of his respect for Sanada, he decided to wait for Sanada to tell him by himself. Anyway, he had placed his trust in Sanada, and he believed that Sanada wouldn't disappoint him.

Uchiha was just like this. They were arrogant and spoiled. But once you have earned their respect, they would be someone who you would want to ally yourself with.

Naruto and Sakura quietly followed behind as Sanada brought Sasuke to a calm and tranquil place where they would be ready for their talk.

" So... I will start now. It might be a bit hard for you to receive. However, please bear with it for a bit."

Sanada waited for Sasuke to prepare himself for a bit. And only when Sasuke gave the play sign that he start to talk.

" Hmm.. where should I begin..."

" It is a story about the child who sacrificed himself for adults' problem."

Then, basically, Sanada retold what Sasuke had said to Hashirama. But of course, with a few little additions here and there to make the story go in the direction where he wanted to.

The current Sasuke should have no problem receiving the story, especially after seeing that Danzo was apprehended for his crime. However, Sanada still wants to take some precautions. Who knows what this edgy emo might do if he was not under control.

" And that's basically the whole story. I know it's not my place to tell you all of this. Still, I just want you to know that your brother had to bear a lot of burdens, and it was not something that you could imagine. In fact, his days were limited, and he only waited for you to come at him."

When Sanada finished telling his story, Naruto and Sakura had long shed their tears. These two guys, they were too weak for tear-jerking stories like this.

But the person in question himself, Sasuke didn't seem to have a big reaction. Rather, he just stayed quiet as if it wasn't his concern.

However, Sanada knew that this was only the calm before the storm.

Not long after, Sanada began to feel a change in the surrounding aura. The previously calm and tranquil aura felt to be under intense pressure as Sasuke's eyes changed into his Sharingan, before his Sharingan slowly merged and changed into the six-star pattern, perfectly like in the anime.

The Mangekyou Sharingan had been awoken. However, at this moment, Sanada could see there was something wrong with Sasuke.

' This little guy... is his pride too great that he didn't want to display his moment of weakness under the eyes of others?'

Sanada was not a clueless one under times like this. Without any further do, he quickly brought Naruto and Sakura away, leaving Sasuke, who would immediately burst into tears as the other left.

At times like this, he needed a moment to be alone to sort all things up, and that was what Sanada gonna give to him.

Back to Sanada and the others. Now that Sasuke has gotten his power-up, it's time for Sanada to move to the next one.

This time, it is a little bit tricky. Sanada instructed Naruto to sit down and began to question him.

" Naruto, did Tsunade gave you my instruction before I left?"

" ???? "

It took a few moments before naruto seemed to understand what Saanada had meant.

" Ahh... is it about trying to get along with the Kyuubi?"

" Hehehe... I have tried, but until now, I don't think that it has been progressing well."

Naruto's mood instantly turned low when he said this. However, Sanada was actually not surprised.

Rather, everything was just like his prediction. From the beginning, he knew that it would fail. After all, it was not an easy thing to get along with Kyuubi. The original Naruto would need to go through such a length before he would eventually be acknowledged, and some simple words obviously wouldn't work.

What Sanada intended to do was to slowly change naruto's opinion about Kyuubi.. and it seemed he had been pretty successful here.

" But that big fox... He is actually not that all bad, you know? Rather, he had told me that the incident fifteen years ago was not his fault... Well, it is still his fault, but not all his fault. There is a hidden mastermind behind this."

Naruto kept chattering, but here, Sanada heard something that made his eyes widen.

" Wait, how would you be able to know that?"

" Ah.. it is the Kyuubi that told me. He said he was bored anyway, so he didn't mind telling me one or two bedtime stories."
