Mikoto found it out!

"Hmm? What are you stunned about?" Tsunade asked with a curious look on her face. Kazutora looked at her curious expression, but he didn't answer her.

She raised her brows at his strange behaviour but Tsunade didn't ask further as she didn't want him to deny the massage later.

"Don't forget that you need to go to the Hospital too," Tsunade reminded Kazutora, and an ugly expression appeared on his face.

Seeing his ugly expression, Tsunade smirked, and she took the crystal ball from him.

"Now, go! I will be sure to keep an eye on you and if they overdo, I will send a clone to stop them."

Kazutora rolled his eyes at her words as he knew that she wanted to keep an eye to enjoy the drama and she didn't plan on sending a clone or stopping them in any way.

Taking his clone, Kazutora left the room and with a thoughtful look on his face, he created a Shadow clone. The Shadow clone deadpanned at him but just as he was about to leave, he felt someone watching them.

From the corner of his eyes, Kazutora saw Tsunade peeking from the door, and he snorted at her. He threw the scroll at the clone, who smirked at him, and Kazutora left the house under Tsunade and his clone's laughter.

Leaving the house, Kazutora looked in the direction of the Hospital with a thoughtful look on his face.

He could more or less guess what Tsunade was thinking about sending him to the hospital, and even though it was a good place to make connections, Kazutora felt a bit annoyed by the 'fan club' at the hospital.

If only he knew that Tsunade's main motive was to let him learn the ability to handle several women, Kazutora wouldn't know whether to be happy at the fact that he could have a harem, or sad that the harem would be so annoying to deal with.

A few minutes later, he reached the hospital and used Transformation Technique to change his appearance to his teens, or he should say that he stopped using Wood Release to hide his appearance.

"Aaa! Kazutora-Kun is here," "He is back!" "Yes, he is!"

Hearing the words, Kazutora looked in the direction and saw three nurses giggling and waving at him.

He nodded at them while keeping a smile on his face and Kazutora walked to Shizune's office to get his schedule.

"Kazutora-Kun, here!"

Reaching the second floor, Kazutora heard his name being called again, and he looked in the direction.

He saw Shizune coming out of the room while wearing a coat and gloves in her hand, and she said, "Go inside and write the report after observation. Rize will speak and you will match the results."

Saying this, Shizune went to another room, and Kazutora nodded at her and went into the room. He looked at purple-haired woman in the room wearing a coat and even though he had seen her many times, he still felt Rize as a doctor, not as a Binge eater.

"Sister Rize, I will start writing," Kazutora said as he picked up the pen and pad, and Rize came to her senses. She looked at Kazutora for a moment and nodding at him, she put her finger on the middle of the glass and started to speak.

Three hours later, Kazutora came out of the hospital with a hollow look on his face and he looked at the sky with a blank look in his eyes. On his cheeks were two lipstick marks and Kazutora held two bags in his hand.

These bags were given by two girls and in them were sweets and homemade food or he should say Hospital food.

"Kazutora?"

Kazutora heard his name being called again, and with an annoyed look on his face, he turned around. He saw Mikoto standing with Sasuke in her hand, and she had a stunned look on her face.

"You do look like Kazutora, but you aren't using Transformation Technique. Who are you?" Mikoto muttered with Three Tomoe Sharingan in her eyes, and the atmosphere around her changed.

"I am his brother," Kazutora said, and he tried to run away while using Body Flicker Technique, but then Mikoto appeared in front of him.

"Stop or I will ask the Police to arrest you. You are Kazutora, right?" Mikoto said with her eyes narrowed and she was sure that the one standing in front of her was Kazutora.

But that seemed strange to her, and then she remembered that when she watched his fight with Itachi, Kazutora had chakra flowing around his body in a specific flow.

'Was he using the Transformation technique at that time?' Mikoto thought in her mind, and she saw a troubled look appearing on his face.

"Let's go and talk at my house," Kazutora said while sighing and he hoped that Mikoto would remain silent and didn't say anything to anyone.

Mikoto looked at Kazutora and then Sasuke in her hand.

"Is Tsunade-Sama at home?" She asked and when Kazutora nodded at her, she decided to go and have Sasuke checked there. With this, she will also know what is going on, and Kazutora smiled at her nod.

"Let's go then," Kazutora said, and he used a transformation technique to change his appearance back to six years, and Mikoto looked at him with Sharingan in her eyes.

She couldn't see what technique he was using, but she could see chakra getting used by him.

Mikoto followed Kazutora and soon they reached his house. He knocked on the door once and when he entered the house, he sensed Tsunade sitting in the main room.

Remembering the feeling of someone watching him, Kazutora understood that Tsunade knew about this matter, and he was thankful that Tsunade kept an eye on him.

Within the time taken to reach their house, Tsunade must have thought of something and that's what Kazutora hoped.

"Tsunade-Sama, we meet again," Mikoto said while sitting on the sofa with Sasuke in her hand, and Tsunade nodded at her.

"Yeah, it's earlier than I expected. Did something happen??" Tsunade said with a smile on her face and she looked at Sasuke in her hand. Then, she remembered about other children and Tsunade decided to pay attention to Naruto's environment later.

"Nothing much, I met Kazutora when I was going to the hospital for Sasuke's routine check. There, I saw something strange and Kazutora said that we can talk here about this matter."

"Hmm? Did something happen, Tora-chan?" Tsunade asked with a smile, but not so smiling face and she was cursing him in her heart for taking off his transformation.

She understood why he did this in Hospital as having his teen appearance is convenient and he could work efficiently but he should have used transformation back again.

If Kazutora knew what she was thinking, he would definitely curse her back and say that it was all their fault that made him forget about this matter, and he definitely wasn't expecting to meet someone who would use Sharingan or Byakugan to see him.

"Tsuna-Nee, she found it strange that I had grown up, but I wasn't using the transformation technique at that time."

"Hmm? Did she? Sigh! I have said that you need to be careful about this matter but, Hah!" Tsunade said while shaking her head with a look of regret on her face, and Kazutora felt confused, but he didn't show this.

"Well, I forgot about this because I was focused on thinking about the task I received and the reports I have to write."

Kazutora said while cooperating with her, and Mikoto looked at them with a confused look on her face.

"He is working at a hospital?" She exclaimed with some questioning in her voice and Tsunade raised her brows at her tone. An idea appeared in her mind, and she blinked at Kazutora in a way that Mikoto wouldn't notice her.

Kazutora caught her blink and he understood that she had made a plan, and he has to cooperate with her.

"Yeah, he is. Do you think it is easy to have Senju as a surname? The reason why even I don't use Senju's surname isn't just for show. I can't tell you much but because of the surname, Tora-Chan has more responsibilities on him than the benefits he receives."

Tsunade said while sighing with a sad look on her face and if Kazutora didn't know that she was acting, even he would have believed her.

At her words, Mikoto became silent, and she thought of Itachi, who has a lot of expectations from Fugaku as his son and heir of the Clan.

"But, isn't this early?" Mikoto asked and Tsunade looked at her for a moment and said, "What is better, doing missions as Ninja or working at the Hospital?"

Mikoto became silent as she understood what Tsunade meant but it didn't mean that she didn't feel bad and pity for Kazutora who has to carry such burdens at a young age.

She didn't expect that behind the cheerful and happy kid would be a hardworking, and silent kid who has to fulfil the responsibilities because of his surname.

"What about his appearance? If you can't tell, then there is no need to." Mikoto said and she changed her mind about knowing the secret. At her words, Tsunade sighed and said, "It's not that much of a secret but you need to keep a secret about his appearance and everything I say. Even Fugaku can't know about this."

Mikoto opened her mouth to deny the words, but she was curious about this matter, so she chose to promise to hide the matter but listen to it.

"He took a medicine that speeds up the growth of the body. The medicine was to be developed at wartime, and you should know the reason."

"But, the area where the ingredients grow was destroyed and he accidentally took the last remaining medicine when I took him to visit the Senju Estate."

"Since he is a kid, the medicine didn't have any side effects, but he has grown up more compared to his age. Now, you should understand that kids can choose to be willful and not graduate but if it is known that his body had matured, they wouldn't accept this."

"After all, mentality can be trained, and the times ahead aren't going as peaceful as they were a few months ago."

Tsunade said while sighing and Mikoto looked at Kazutora who looked down. She could feel his body trembling, and she felt that it was because he was sad and regretting what happened before.

But if only she knew that he was trying to suppress his laughter at the excuse Tsunade made, and he wondered what Tsunade was trying to do by saying these words.

Tsunade's eyes flickered as she looked at the pity, sadness and even regret in Mikoto's eyes and some ideas appeared in her mind.

"Mikoto, don't forget what you promised," Tsunade said with a serious look on her face and Mikoto felt some pressure from her. She nodded at Tsunade as she knew that Tsunade was serious about this matter.

If she chose to leak the secret, and Tsunade found it, then Mikoto felt that something bad would happen to her.

"Mm, no need to worry about this matter. I find Tora-kun adorable and I don't want him to become a Ninja early just like Itachi. Well, Itachi has changed a lot since Fugaku took him away and I won't like it if Tora-Kun became the same as him."

Tsunade raised her brows at Mikoto's words and Kazutora's face turned red. A chuckle escaped Tsunade's escape and she said while pinching his cheek, "He indeed is adorable. The girls at the hospital like him a lot and with this it wouldn't be a problem for him to revitalize the Senju clan."

"Haha, they must do! Hm? Eh?" Mikoto said with a laugh as she heard this, but Tsunade's later words stunned her.

"Revitalize Senju Clan?" She asked with a stunned look on her face and Tsunade inwardly smirked at her. Kazutora looked at Tsunade and seeing the slight smile on Tsunade's face, he had a bad feeling about this matter.
