Chapter 15 "Night with my boss"

He didn't want to argue with her, he decided to go and wash up, "I'll use the bathroom first " he said heading to the bathroom, he didn't want to keep her out of breath any longer she seemed like she would burst anytime. Tessa sighed , she was glad that she was given a space to comprehend the whole situation alone, she moved her suitcase to the closet , she came back after arranging her clothes and sat on a chair, and pulled out her phone to call her family, she wanted a facetime so she dialled Sarah she picked up at first ring as if she was waiting for her to call "Hey girlfriend, are you Okay? are you there yet? have you eaten? where are you staying?" she showered her with with a rain of questions, Tessa laughed out loud "Woah! Woah! slow down a bit, one question at a time" Sarah took a deep breathe "I'm just worried, Milly and I waited for your call until she slept " Tessa chuckled at her Girlfriend's whining "Oh you two missed me already, it's been only a day, just wait until I am back... I've lot of stories" Sarah hissed "Ohoo!! I am concerned about you here and not Paris!" she said out loudly, Tessa closed her eyes from her barking "Hey my eardrums would burst! okay I am totally fine, our dear Sarah calm down and rest assured " Sarah exhaled big time "Okay if you say so.. now how is Paris our dear Tessa " she said with a giggle, she was ready to mock and tease her now that she knew she was fine and sound, "Tsk tsk tsk, you acted like you didn't want to hear about it now who is this asking about Paris " she said and rolled her eyes Sarah just laughed curtly, she then cleared her throat and loudly "Behold! lady and gentlemen.... borrow me your ears" Sarah couldn't hold in a laugh at her drama queen, Jordan finished to shower and was wrapping a towel around his waist when he heard laughters, he knew it was her , this was one of the reasons he hated to share things in his life , he doesn't like noises he prefers a quiet surroundings, he walked out and leaned by the door using a piece of cloth to dry his hair, Tessa didn't notice his presence since she was facing the front busy with a facetime (video call) and Jordan was at the back standing quietly, he held in laughter to how Tessa was chanting and exaggerating about Paris, she was literally dramatic, she even used actions describing to the person she was talking with "Wow Tessa, you must be so lucky , a private jet, a limousine and now in a five star hotel? wow! holy wow!!" said Sarah clapping her hands all amused for her friend, she suddenly paused "Wait! how are you and your grumpy boss going?" Jordan stopped midway and focused his attention to them, Tessa took a deep breathe "What can I say, it's all tangled up! he is freaking me out since he didn't come clean with me yet about all the past accidents, I kept wondering when the bomb would burst and annihilate me " she pouted, Jordan twitched his eyebrows "Girls are always girls, there is always a corner for gossip in them" he mumbled.....♡

"Hey continue to play along with him, if he thinks he is a player then we are the developers of the game" said Sarah giving her friend some energy to carry on and not to give up midway. Tessa rested her face on her elbow "Really! I mean why does he have to be so freaky and cute at same time I am so confused! sometimes i feel like grabbing his collars and tell him right at his face , you anal freak i am not scared of you!" she paused after seeing Sarah's facial expression , her eyeballs widen and her jaws dropped staring at her back , "Ey what is wrong with you, have you seen a ghost or something " she gasped and her eyes widen too once she recalled that she wasn't alone in the room and that she blurted about him loudly forgetting he could hear her. Suddenly her veins dried up, her hands started to tremble, she slowly turned back and was startled to see her boss standing behind her , his arms crossed around his bare chest, with only a towel around his waist, he didn't say a word and was only glaring at her "Mama!!" she screamed , Sarah shook her head in disbelief "Wow Tessa! wow! a business trip is more like a honeymoon to me!" she teased her , Tessa denied by waving her hand "No Sarah! it's absolutely not what you are thinking , there is a misunderstanding " sweat formed on her forehead "Say what! a misunderstanding? then what is your boss doing in your room late at night looking. Like. That!?" she sang it all in one breath, Tears formed on her eyes from the shock "It's not like that, I'll explain later" she hang up gritting her teeth with her head hanging low, she was going to cry not because Sarah caught her red handed, but because she was cursing herself inwardly for spouting nonsense so carelessly, it was only a week since she got employed and now she messed up the whole thing...♡

She knew that she will get fired by talking shit about her boss , she couldn't even lift up her head and just kept it low with tears flowing down her cheeks, Jordan bend down a bit and pulled her chin , making her face him, he wasn't surprised to see her crying, she must be scared of him again, he grazed his thumb on her cheeks wiping her tears, then his eyes went straight to hers, he saw how frightened she was , and the problem is she was a type of girl that speaks her mind and emotions, he was amused by her behaviour of not making riddles when she talks or keeping things to herself, she let's it out carelessly instead, in short she was a free bird. "I think we need to clear things up! but go and wash up first " said Jordan all calmed , his face automatically soften after seeing her crying, "Huh! I mean okay" she said standing up, she almost fell down, even her knees were numb , but he was quick to hold her "Careful " he said, she stood up properly and stormed to the bathroom, Jordan shook his head, he liked that she was frankly honest , she couldn't keep any disappointments to her heart, it somehow made him fond of her "Where did this innocent bunny came from?" he mumbled with his lips curved to one side, he walked t o the closet and found it funny to see his and Tessa's closes hanging side to side , as if they were couples, he liked it somehow "You out of all the people is fond of this? you are unbelievable" said Jordan running his fingers on his hairs chuckling.....♡

Tessa leaned by the walls in the bathroom, water streaming down her curved body, she was annoyed by her own chatter mouth , it is somehow digg her own grave tonight, "I wonder what were are going to talk about, when I already finished all the words there" she slapped her mouth for being blubber. She came out wearing same outfits she entered with since she didn't take clothes to change on with her, mostly importantly she didn't want cause any unwanted actions by walking before her boss with a towel around her chest , she walked straight to the closet and changed into her pyjamas before coming out and sit on the dining table with her boss. "Let's eat" said Jordan reaching out his hand to pick up some salads, he ordered for a food when she was stucked in the toilets. Tessa nodded and served herself something to eat, an awkward silence appeared as they eats, she didn't raise her head up since she sat down to avoid him, "You are going to have neck ache in that manner" said Jordan focused on his plate, she swallowed lifting up her head but still not looking at him , "So do you wanna talk now?" he said in a soft tone. Tessa almost chocked up , she coughed very hard, he stood up and pour her a glass of water , she drank it all at once, "Slow down, I won't eat you" he walked back to his seat "Sorry sir" she said wiping her lips , Jordan picked his fork and continued to eat "First of all ... I hate it that you are so scared of me as if I am a gladiator, second of all.... about the last incidents, they are all in the past, I don't care and I won't get to you with it , I am too busy for that, Third of all... I want you to be comfortable around me just like Pharell, but...." he lifted his head facing her "Don't gossip about me unless you are an anti fan " he stopped and stuffed his mouth with a piece of meat, he was person that liked to make things short and clear and although he swore to make her pay for slapping him in the past, but once he got closer to her his heart melted and he held no grudges against her anymore. He thought of telling her so she won't have unnecessary thoughts about him. Tessa's heart beat haywire for a minute, she couldn't process his words properly, she spaced out completely...♡

"Miss Tessa! hey!" he knocked the table with a fork to bring back her senses "Yes!!" she blinked a few times before standing up and gave a formal bow she ever gave in her life "Thank you sir! and sorry sir for misunderstanding you, I promise not to disappoint you anymore " Jordan was taken by her sudden actions but in his heart she was simply adorable at the moment, blinking her eyes, he didn't say a word and just nodded. They finished their dinner as well as their differences and went to sleep .Tessa stubbornly laid on a couch that was near the king size bed where Jordan laid, the night was very long for both of them considering to already have history of being intimately close, they finally closed thier eyes. Shortly afterwards Jordan got up as if he was taming her and carried her to the bed and covered her with sheets, he pulled away the strands of hairs from her face "You are stubbornly cute little bunny" he muttered looking at her heart shaped lips, he suddenly felt some strange surge in his veins, he quickly moved away from her and stared down at her "You!! you are so confusing!!" he inhaled and then exhaled and rushed to cover himself with a bed sheet on a couch before he could think of anything wicked and wild wich would possibly make him cross his boundaries again , he didn't want that to happen now that they just came clean...♡
