Two Stone Types

~We do not turn to rocks when we sleep!? ~

She pointed at the ground slightly behind him for him to look. When he caught sight of the larger stone fragments of his body he fell onto his but and backed away slightly.

~Impossible!~

Just then multiple similar beings of different height rushed to his side and took a defensive stance.

~Sir! You were gone when we woke, so we rushed to find your scent and couldn't find it anywhere! So it took a long time but we're here! ~

~Is 'That' the one who's been sleeping for a few days without moving? ~

~Is she a Goddess or Angel? ~

~So that's what light looks like! ~

Getting over the initial shock did he get back on his feet while solemnly asking,

~Was there rocks at your feet when you woke?~

All the newcomers tilted their heads.

~Isn't there always rocks when we wake up?~

~Not when we're in the trees!~ One said as a Matter of fact.

~Why do you ask? Has it been food? Like those Rock Berries? ~

Razimaru chimed in while pointing behind them ~THAT! It Is Not Food! ~

Multiple faces full of shock petrified the new combers as they had looked behind them at the almost full stone segments of their leader laying on the ground.

~If it weren't for my capturer making a stay still I wouldn't have known about it! ~ He said with a hint of shaking in his voice as he tried to be the calmest one of the group.

"Shadurel! Use [Radar] and find someplace safe like a cave!"

Razimaru said out loud which made all of the beings whip their heads so fast at the unknown sound.

A small Dragon lifted its head from her shoulder as it flapped its wings in a circle around Razimaru before heading in a random direction and roaring once to indicate it found something.

Without waiting for their shock to be overdid, the only light in the dark forest began to move, leaving them in darkness once again, before they began to follow but not before some had picked up the complete scale pieces of stone before running after her.

Walking for some distance with no confrontation did they reach the bottom of a thick large tree with a hole pretty high up where Shadurel had landed before blowing a small flare to indicate the entrance.

Backing up, Razimaru [Sprint] left a faint ghost trail of light behind her as she hopped up, like taking multiple stairs at a time, without breaking stride until she got higher than the entrance and glided softly to land.

The Leader was not the only one in Awe as he watched the Female Light move so fluidly. Drenched back in darkness, they could see the light glowing out of the entrance. With an unknown feeling of needing to show off did the Leader start up with his own technique that left no sound.

Curiously, did Razimaru go to peek down at them to see if they needed help, unexpectedly as she got close to the entrance did the Leader appear out of nowhere directly in front of her.

Startling both of them she started to fall backwards, unconsciously he reached out quickly and caught her by her lower back, before fully standing with her feet off the ground and her hands on his bare skin.

Noticing her short height and light weight as he stood up did something stir from deep within him. Taking a few steps forward into the large space did he take quick note of the space.

There were a few holes in the ceiling and flooring to indicate that there were more spaces than just this one open spot.

Getting to the middle with her still in his gentle hold did the others pop in the entrance with the scales in hand. Placing them off to the side out of the landing possible zones, he gave them a command and they bolted out as quick as they had come.

"Could you let me down?" Razimaru asked out loud, forgetting that this being didn't understand a single word.

Tilting his head while looking down at the glowing figure in his hands she remembered he didn't understand.

Pushing gently from him to indicate to let go, he had to think about what she was trying to do before his face became pink as he let her go.

Two tigers appeared with the small dragon and had multiple cloth bags worth of fruit with them as they saw the two really close together became curious and stared at him like he did something bad.

Finding an excuse, she moved to her tigers and petted them.

"Good job!" She said out loud ignoring his confusion as she petted their heads and they sat wagging their tails in triumph.

Shadurel flew atop her head and took a look around.

Within the transfer as one bond, did he ask his master.

~May I go explore the hidden rooms of this tree? There seems to be a beacon of sorts above us and I don't think we want his type to find it! "

Taking a peak at him, which he noticed, did she agree and Shadurel flew past him and headed above. Taking the bags of food she put most into her inventory, feeling a bit awkward did she toss behind her one of the edible fruits.

Not hearing a thud she deduced that he caught it. Bringing up her inventory screen on her arm to check if it separated them automatically and what she got already.

[Telepathy Connection Detected! Do you wish to speak with them?]

"Yea." Razimaru said as she was scrolling and checking if the stars transferred over as well or not and made a [Survival] [Edible] [Armor] [Ingredients] and [Weapons] tab.

~How did you know this is edible? ~

Making a gesture to her sleeping tigers, ~They wouldn't bring me something poisonous unless I specified to do so. ~

~Where was this found? ~ He asked sincerely.

Looking up in their directions they gave a short reply.

~Whacked a Tree for it!~

~It fell into a bush!~

~They said it fell from the sky when they hit a tree and landed in a bush. ~ Pausing she looked in his direction to see him investigating the fruit like it was a rarity.

~Impossible! We checked all possible places for a food source! ~

~Well... This isn't the first ones they brought me nor the first ones they've collected so far... By the way, where did your group go? ~

~They went to get the other's since we've had a thief problem when we sleep. ~

Looking back at the [Edible] page she saw that it had separately stacked and labeled them.

[Rainberry x47] A tear drop shaped berry, different colors indicate different flavors. Effect: Rehydrates

[Rowa x22] Tastes like a mango. Effect: Bio Antibiotics.

[Rashatox x90] A larger soft fluffy odd shaped kiwi. Effect: Bone & Muscle Regeneration Strengthening

[Mirage Apple x247] A Magical apple that will restore missing nutrients from the one that eats it. Alchemy Ingredients of the highest caliber.

[Paopu x374] A pink skinned Star shaped fruit, different colors indicate different flavors. Effect: Resistance to Magic.

[Wumpa x1,729] Looks like a multi-colored large apple. Effect: Life Regeneration within five minutes of Death. Prolongs Self Health Regeneration.

~So from the least to the most they have collected some Rowa, Rainberry, Rashatox, Mirage Apples, Paopu, and a Wumpa? ~

She listed without telling how many of each she had, which she was surprised by how much they had gathered within Two Days.

Taking a look at his facial expressions as she listed each to see which ones were of use, she didn't expect that all of them were of value.

~So... Are any of them harmful? ~ She asked as she put the rest into her inventory which increased the fruits Rowa and Rainberry both up to 55.

~No! They are the most sought after ones!~

His distorted face was cute... wtf.. Shaking her head to dismiss the thought, forgetting that the connection was still active saw his face turn red as he turned away and started to explore beneath.

~I'll be back! ~ He disappeared in a hole in the floor as the distance disconnected them.

~Master?~ The white tiger brushed against her to distract her. ~Can we get names too? ~ Sounding sad as it asks.

Bringing her attention to them did she realize she never gave them names nor was there an option to name them. Patting the white tigers head did she think of what to call them.

Looking at the black tiger, "You'll be Yanga! And you will be Yina!" She spoke to the white tiger as a screen popped up startling all three briefly.

~What's Dis? ~ Yanga asked as he lifted his head from his paws to look at his Master.

"It means you can hide a lot of stuff and give it to me from far away! So if you think I'll like it or need it you can put it in your own separate inventories and no one can steal it!"

~Ah! Ok so we can run and steal things from bigger things without having to pause to gather them! ~ Yina said excitedly.

"What do you mean by STEAL?" Razimaru interrogated Yina.

[Completed! You Now Have Remote Access To Yina & Yanga Inventory]

~Umm... So... I may have taken some of the pink stars from a settlement... ~ Yina confessed while going into a submissive position with her ears flat against her head.

"How Much Was Some?" Razimaru questioned loudly with her arms crossed in Yinas direction not noticing a large figure climbing up from one of the holes in the floors who decided to not interfere.

While making whimpering barks it tried and plead its case as Yanga went back to sleep as it did nothing wrong.

~The place was Empty! Like the Ruins we always explored! Just... that there were plies of food in a corner...~ Not looking at her Master's face she continued, ~I only took what would fit in the bag that Shadurel helped with... ~

With the mention of Shadurel helping in the theft did she yell extremely loudly which startled the being who was behind her by a few feet.

"SHADUREL! GET YOUR BOGAN FRONT AND CENTER!"

Thuds and scrapping could be heard from above as Shadurel made his way quickly down and landed clumsily In Front of his Master.

Not being able to speak while in Dragon form, he looks at her with confusion. Yina whimpers a 'sorry' and he gets even more confused while looking between the tigers and his Master who seems to be mad at something.

Shadurel detected something and whipped his head in the direction of the entrance which made Razimaru also look and realized that multiple faces dared not to enter and just pleadingly looked at her.

" Sigh! I'll Deal With You At Sunrise!" She growled.

Thinking it was time to intervene.

[Telepathy Detected]

*sighing heavily*

" Move!" She commanded as both the tigers and Shadurel got up and moved to a far corner to hide from the wrath of their Master.

~Yes?~ she asked for the link.

~Are you calmed down now? ~ A male voice sounded concerned.

Taking a look behind her, she finally notices how close he actually was. ~Damn I miss my [Radar] ~

~What is [Radar]? But before that may they come in? ~ He asked as he moved closer and beckoned towards the eyes in the dark.

~ Yes they can come in. Why did you ask and why did they wait?~ She asked as she tilted her head in question.

He motions them forward and they start to file in and make room on the other side away from where the unknown creatures she was scolding were at.

~They say that the Ruler of Light was angry and wished not to bring your wrath upon them for interrupting... Why were you mad? ~

~I've been passed out for a few days and nights with nothing to eat nor the ability to move. They decided to scout around for food and play and I was just now told what the two of them had done! ~ Razimaru replied while nodding her head in her pets direction. ~If I had known they were here I wouldn't have scolded them so publicly! ~

~Ah!~ He responded as he turned towards his people's direction as she assumed he was talking to them on a different 'Pathway'.

~They ask, what did the animals do to receive your wrath? ~

~One stole food from some abandoned ruins with the help of the Dragon in its' other form. ~ Razimaru said pointing to her pets.

He turned his head and was probably telling them why I was upset. They kept turning to each other as if they were discussing something while looking at my tigers with multiple shaking of their heads in a 'no' motion.

~They do not recognize any of their fur or paw type marks... What Ruin did they go to? ~

"Coi!" She commanded which startled the new people as the large beasts came forward then sat before her with their ears down.

"Where did you Steal from?" She spoke, ignoring the multiple 'wtfs' from the group as they 'conversed' with their leader on what the sound was.

Yina perked her ears up and made soft barking whimpers, ~It was atop a mountain! You could see above the trees! I was going to bring you there if you didn't wake back up again! When we got there it was Day cuz Shadurel had hands! We left and there were new marble statues around the corner and we did this thing again! ~ Yina replied while pointing a paw at Shadurel.

Looking at Shadurel she saw him nodding his head in agreement.

[Initializing Telepathy]

~So they said it was at the top of a high mountain above the tree canopy, where when it became night did white stone statues appeared. ~

The Leader became stiff at that, he glanced at the stone scales in one corner with his face looking paler.

[Child Telepathy Detected]

~Who Are You? ~ Razimaru asked, looking past the stunned leader.

A child similar to the leader came forward with its hands together In Front of it and a small bow forward.

~I have no name! But I'm Leader's youngest sibling! ~ It replied quickly before staying still and silent.

~What do you want to say? ~

Fidgeting it replied, ~The white stone... Ruin? That place used to be our home! We left because people would either disappear forever or wake up with odd wounds on them with no traces of monsters on the ground... Is it true we turn to stone when we sleep?~ It asked tilting its head while shrinking a little.

~Yes, it's true. My Pet found and dragged your Leader me in his Statue state and I watched him become like he is now. The reason for the large pieces of complete stone is probably because he stayed really still laying down.~ Pointing to the detailed stone scalea in the corner.

~S-so if we... turn to dark stone... then what turns to white stone? They were also present when we would wake up with unknown injuries... ~ The child replied by rubbing its arms to get rid of goosebumps.

~So there's a city where there's two types of beings who turn to stone opposite of each other? ~

~When we're awake... yes? ~ It shrugged looking at its Leader who seemed to have somewhat composed himself.
