Games Inspire Violence! Pffffffft As if! Ask anyone who plays multiple games, "What's the Main Common Theme In All games?" I guarantee 80% will say survival! Many, an outlet to vent frustration! Some explosions! What would happen if a you (a gamer) went to another world and you had the option to choose: Two character forms, one for Day & Night\ All their abilities and powers\ Combinable abilities, both passive & aggressive\ At Least two with the max of 4 weapons to carry with ease, plus all their effects, per D/N Character\ as well as a stackable inventory, with maxed spaces per character combined is your inventory possibility capacity. Which two would you choose to use as your next life? Without knowing where you were going & or the safety mode of the planet? Do you believe that the characters you make in any and all games are alive? That from their perspective is a world where you make the choices for your characters Fate! Ever think Fate was a place? Instead of an event with the powers higher than God's? What would happen if Fate fell into Chaos and you were summoned with only one chance to become op without system assistance? Would you bring Doom to All? Or would you Save and Rule the Life that wants to Survive?

Chapter 1Fate Changing

There were phenomenal events that would make missing people who disappeared at the same time re-appeared at different times.

Some would be different in a good way, either with really stronger bodies. The ability to shift into different unknown type animals. Some could use Magic or become fully Elementals. The unfortunate ones appeared on the brink of Death, mangled beyond recognition or in pieces yet still breathing.

The events that brought them back were also accompanied by small hordes of Monsters. The events were strips of darkness that would appear in the oddest of places in different sizes which would leak different sizes of monsters.

The cities had to adapt after the initial disappearances that had plunged the world into chaos as people would disappear and monsters appeared in their places.

Many cities burned and a lot of citizens died, yet those who had played many games were the ones who survived the initial attack... if they hadn't been taken.

After someone had killed a monster did they find that their bodies glowed white and it turned into a random item, some of which were useful, some had positive effects, and most were not useful except to eat or use as material that none could craft.

Other gamers followed suit and soon made bases that acted like Independent Guilds like companies or Adventure Guilds open to Freelancers.

Yet those who soon returned with powers and abilities became classed as B, A, or S Ranked as they trained different people who they preferred to help them get closer to their ranks.

What happened to those who had disappeared? Why did some not return?

A few of the S Ranked Returners always looked towards the sky at night at a specific Star System outline that many hadn't even noticed had appeared as the 13th Star Sign in the shape of the Star of David or as some gamers would recognize, if they looked, as the outline of a Ghost Shell from the ancient game of Destiny.

Did you believe in fate? Or Strings of Destiny that are cared for by Three Sisters who weave fates for a lot of people who can't cut the strings of God's!?

What would happen if the Three Sisters were under attack and something else took their place?

Within a large cavern full of multiple different strings hanging from a high ceiling always moving and dancing in the wind from a fire pit in the center of the cavern did two bloodied mangled bodies lay. One was wrinkled and skinny with little meat on her body, the other one once had a good figure which many would say would be in her 30s.

A child's sobbing could be heard from time to time as heavy footsteps could be heard thudding throughout the cave with no direction to indicate where they came from.

The illusion of a seven year old flickered amongst the threads that went against the flow of the others while many became soaked in blood as a large figure passed by them.

The Child ran quietly while gasping for breath as she had blood splattered on her face. Jumping as high as she could she would grab handfuls of Fate Strings and send them up to the ceiling behind the God Strings to save as many as she could. She fell back down with soft thuds as she ran again as claws appeared right where she was just a second ago making deep grooves in the bedrock floor.

While she kept on as much as she could, she did not pay attention to where she was heading towards.

A large workbench covered thick in blood is where she had landed.

She became even more scared as she slid in the blood and launched off the workbench into a pile of yarn still yet to be touched by the hands of the Three Sisters.

The youngest one touches them first to start the life, her second sister helps them grow and find their purpose, while the eldest watches their lives and helps when she deems it necessary to end their life to start a new life elsewhere in the cavern.

The youngest now under a pile of fully wrapped endless strings that softly glowed and whispered,

'What am I?'

Only she could hear the whispers, and she was too scared to reply.

Faint screams could faintly be heard from afar as the monster cut as many strings as it could in a flurry of rage as he couldn't find the child hidden. Piles of stings fell upon the floor growing higher and higher as the cavern soon had torn stings hanging not that far from the ceiling as you could now see across the large cavern with only large piles of broken strings now mixed on the floor making it difficult as the humanoid with claws stood in the middle with the two girls whose bodies were very slowly healing.

It grabbed the middle aged female by the head and put it mouth close to her ear as he said menacingly,

"I will defile you once you are healed and will tear you open when you do not respond to me on WHERE IS YOUR SISTER HIDING!" It growled loudly as it left the eldest one still on the floor for it will take her a really long time to heal enough to look like a person.

He stormed out of their cavern with the second in his hands as her consciousness kept failing as the last thing she saw before falling into deep sleep was a small pair of Fate Eyes, filled with fear, underneath her workbench.

She passed out with a faint smile as the light in her eyes dimmed as she granted the youngest her ownership of Fate, so this bastard would not be able to get back in, once he passed past the hidden Arc Door in the tunnel way before the entrance.

The youngest eyes became Golden with different hues around her Irises like cats as she watched her second sister being carried away as they had locked eyes for a split second.

Tears flowed from her eyes as she had her hands covering her mouth to not make a sound. After the monster had left the entrance to the cavern and was in the tunnel to the surface, a loud crashing sound sounded as the cavern shook as it disconnected from the tunnel and teleported further away from the Breach location.

Once the dark tunnel lit up with light like a fire did the youngest let her lungs loose.

She screamed and cried and let it all out, to where it echoed loudly in the cavern and down the fiery hall to where Dwarves hammered away and mined and artisans crafting, all paused as they heard the most saddened sound ever.

With the stopping of the sound of the Hammer's music did the pounding of feet replaced the rhythm, as Dwarven men and sons from all around their cave system beneath their City on the Mountain, towards the pained cries from deep beneath.

Bursting into a Large cavern with a small fire in the middle surrounded by mountains of fallen strings did the Dwarfs rush into as they headed to the fire to see a mutilated female slowly healing as it was in pain as it tried to breathe and move at the pounding sounds of friends.

The eldest opened her eyes just a bit enough for the Dwarfs to see endless yellow eyes as she tried to muster strength to move. As more rushed in, all for the pained cries of help, did the experienced Dwarfs started to spread out digging through the torn and bloodied dead strings, with their hands did the younger dwarves also helped with removing the darkened strings that the older Dwarfs tossed aside and carried it out of the entrance out to the lava pit and tossed them into the liquid fire then turned around and made an effective system of removing the dark string.

Two of the strongest Artisan's had made a makeshift mat out of the longer strings and gently got the older sister on it and got two of the faster ones to bring her up to the heart of the city.

The cries that were so loud had slowly lessened as sobbing that had soon become quiet did the Dwarfs try and hurry in fear for the worst to clear this Cavern of Fate to find the other Two.

Getting tired from the strong release of emotion, the youngest, unaware of the attempts of help, stopped making sounds.

With the whispers of the balls of endless yarns, 'what am I', did she finally respond extremely quietly.

"You're unbreakable! You're Unkillable! You will be empowered by what you know each life cycle! Your mission is to find me! I'm scared. please... help... me... ''

As she drifted off to deep sleep did the multiple balls of endless yarns start to glow as it had been a while and the life and already started in different worlds, but once she has finished speaking did they disappear from their starting worlds with an option to change according to their knowledge, and amongst one of the balls closest to the youngest chest do we have a human girl in her early twenties who's playing a game on a console and with a screen in front of her.

As a guild leader she's changing the base to a hot springs mountain.

The Guild Ship had three rows of seating with a large basin where a tree was growing, supported by flowing energy in the water that was held in place by a faint but strong force field.

Her character was was in body white tights with a fabric like skirt, that had a one side split, with different layers of color and design, and a cat helmet that matches the half vest that cups the side of her bust with two baby tigers one on each shoulder, and a small butterfly was hovering just above her head.

She was adding helpful notes to the Bulletin board for new recruits. Checking on the large Tree in the middle before doing a last check on her messages.

Logging out, she started up a different game to check on her character and to see if any friends were also online. The character had a light blue glow that outlined all of the edges and had flowing wired spirals all over the entire outfit lighting up different shades of red with blue in the armor in different bright and dark hues.

It had a dome like reflective helmet visor, with a long sleeve jacket with no hood that was long enough to be almost touching the floor. A glowing band with a Spade was on one arm and fabric like armored gloves were under the sleeves of the jacket that ended just past the elbows. Dark red armored skin, tight tights, and female combat boots. A bow could be seen in one hand and a gun could barely be seen on its back while its other hand was open with a small device floating above the palm.

The small floating device was a two twin diamond interlocking shaped object that would spread out all its pieces, not far just enough to unlock it's armor, which spun it backside opposite than the front around a circular core before relocking itself as if it was a cooling automatic motion.

Changing tabs did she look to see if any of her friends or clan members were on to co-op run with, seeing all the names were gray did she log off and stretched backwards.

Getting up she headed to the bathroom to start bathing because it's been a while since she moved. Flipping the light switch on in the bathroom only to find the light didn't turn on.

Knowing the layout already she walked straight into the tub and turned the hot water on. Stripping and fumbling at the sink to find her hairbrush did she hear a thud that sounded just right. Using her foot she pawed around the sound and stepped on the bristles, keeping her foot on it as she bent down and grabbed it with her hand.

Doing a semi quick brush on the crows nest of hair did she get rid of the dead hair out of her way as warm steam slowly filled the room to indicate that the water was just right.

Changing the water flow from the faucet to the shower, she finally got in and started to wash. Unbeknownst to her was the mist that became thick on the ceiling had become thick enough to spark a current from the light bulb that wasn't quite fully in, in its socket.

After the initial current flicker did it register that something needed a constant current to turn on. The light flickered as small currents flowed outwards amongst the mist and jumped from water to water as it made its way along the flow, until it got above the shower, where the mist was thicker and more constant.

The lightbulb exploded from the non constant flow of electricity, added extra shocking power along the constant current as the bathtub lit up like a Christmas tree, as the power in the entire five story building went out as she was burnt into ashes that washed down the drain, every electronic in the room were fried beyond recovery.

As if the one who was living there had just vanished with only broken glass on the floor of the bathroom and the water still running as the only indicator that someone was still there.

Be Careful What You Wish For: A Zombie Apocalypse

I see dead people. But hey, it’s the zombie apocalypse, everyone is seeing dead people, including a blind girl. It’s not like I am that special. For a while, I thought I was going to be Cinderella, complete with the cruel stepfamily and the little mice for helpers. But instead of mice, I got demons from hell with a taste for chaos. Then again, there is nothing wrong with a little chaos in the middle of the apocalypse. It’s what makes life worth living. Unfortunately for others, they don’t quite see it that way. You see, I have a gift. One that isn’t exactly mine, but I can use it however I see fit. My gift is granting wishes. I'm a genie without a bottle, but it would be nice if people appreciated me more. All the humans ask for is the same thing… more food here, shelter there, kill these people, torture those. And I do it all, for a small price. I don’t ask for money or food, I can get that on my own. No, I want favors, souls, something that means everything for the other person. And they give it to me. Their momentary desire worth their long term happiness. But by the time they discover that, I’m long gone, already moved on to my next… client. I know I look young, starvation and abuse will do that to a girl. Humans tell me that I shouldn’t be wandering out there alone. Some try to help me… most don’t. But whoever said I was by myself? Just because others couldn’t see them didn’t mean my demons ever left. I still hear their voices in my head, whispering words of encouragement and love. For them, I’d do anything. Kill anyone. Destroy anything. After all, life is just a game, right? Those still alive at the end of the day were the lucky ones. Those who died were not. Everything is just a game of chance, all a human has to do is roll the dice. My only word of advice is to be careful what you wish for… you just might get it. My name is Hattie, welcome to my world. Would you like a cup of tea?

Eve of the Doomsday

Eve Ziffer always believed that one day her nano-machines would save humanity. It needed to be saved—from pollution, from the climate change, from the wars. Yet in the end, her research instead turned out to be the thing that pushed it into the very abyss. After surviving an attack and waking up from a six-years long coma that followed, Eve opens her eyes to see the world changed beyond recognition. Walking corpses roam the streets, and humans fight them with swords and superpowers. Now Eve is the only person able to finish her own work and fix the nano-machines that brought this devastation. Whether the last vestiges of mankind would disappear, or would the human race rise like a phoenix from the ashes—all lies in hands of Eve and the people she will meet along the way. They will fight and they will scheme and they will talk, because human vices are adversaries as bad as the zombies; and trials of friendship and love can be as perilous as any battle. ===================== Victor leaned towards her face, burning her with his glare. “No.” “I’m doing this for myself, for you and for science. Any single one of these reasons is enough to keep disagreeing with you.” Victor’s eyes dropped to her lips. ‘There is more than a single way to dominate a person…’ Before he could even try to stop himself, he dived in, pressing his lips on hers. His hand grabbed the back of Eve’s head, another fell on Eve’s thin waist and followed the alluring lines of her figure to her hip. His body was burning with inner fire. Eve was too shocked to think. She never expected for this standoff to end like it did. Victor kissed her as if he wanted to eat her. His bites stung, but his lips soothed. The heat of his hand burned her skin even through clothes. Then Eve finally regained her sanity. She drove her knee into Victor’s groin. He gasped and bended in pain, letting Eve go. Before he could resist, she continued the combo with a strike to the back of his head and a submission hold on his arm. “What are you doing?! I should’ve listened to Xia better. Men really are worse than dogs! How did I miss the moment when your brain had turned into mush, Victor?” “I didn’t think that I would need to spell it out, but there can be no romantic interactions in work time, and no romantic relations between researchers and test subjects. More than that, I’m not interested!” ==================== [Status: completed] Warning!
