" Not even a day in, and you're giving me a lap pillow." I stated as I laid my head on Scathachs lap as Shiro slept on my stomach.

Scathachs chuckled as she brushed my hair.

" You do realize we said that as a joke to get a reaction out of you." She spoke as she took out her phone, displaying a few photos.

" Tell me this is a joke?" asked with a blank face as I looked myself that looked dead inside.

Scathach chuckled as she pocketed her phone.

" Artoria and Nero have their own set of photos as well. Besides, we could survive without your affection." Scathach explained as she kissed my forehead.

" That means I could take off the cat ears, right?" I asked with hope only for it to be crushed.

" Nope!" Scathacg responded with a dark smile.

" No way." I cried out.

Scathach and I were outside spending time together.

" Sigh." I sighed as I stared at the clouds.

" What's wrong?" Scathach put both of her hands on my cheek.

" Just thinking if I should introduce Nero and Artoria to my parents now." I spoke.

scathach pondered for a while.

" That's not a bad idea. We should ask Artoria and Nero." Scathach nodded as she planted another kiss on my forehead.

" Artoria is helping Irisviel, and Nero is enjoying the world has to offer." I responded.

Scathach nodded.

" Not only that, but Canon is about to start." I spoke as I got up from Scathachs lap.

" It should be a week from now." She spoke as she stood up along with me.

I nodded as we both started walking back home.

" Glad that we were given a break. It's nice." Scathach spoke.

I nodded as we both went back home.

we were greeted with Yuriko, who seemed tired after finishing a mission.

" Yuto..." Yuriko tried to greet me but was trying hard not to laugh from my cat ears.

" I'm gonna train." I stomped my way to the backyard to start training.

Scathachs chuckled as she sat next to Mother as they began to chat.

" Come on, Shiro."

" Meow!"

Shiro followed.

A few minutes later, as I was creating bee sword techniques, I saw Shiro walking away.

" Hm?" I decided to follow Shiro as he jumped over the fence and towards the center of Konoha.

Sneaking behind Shiro as I peeked behind a lamp post.

" Why, hello, Shiro." An old woman greeted as she walked by Shiro.

" Meow." Shirk responded as he rubbed his head on her leg before continuing.

the old lady waved at Shiro before continuing her path.

I saw Shiro walking into the market as he passed many people who greeted him.

I was hiding among the crowd as I watched Shiro.

For the whole day, I observed Shiro.

" Sigh, what am I doing with my life?" I asked myself as I followed Shiro back home.

" I could say the same thing." I heard Kakashi behind me as he read his book.

" I could say the same to you, weren't you watching me observe Shiro." I shot back.

Kakashi stayed silent before answering.

" I don't know what you are talking about?" He replied.

I rolled my eyes as I sat on the edge.

" You seem better." Kakashi spoke.

" Better?" I looked at Kakashi in confusion.

Kakashi nodded.

" You looked like you were forcing yourself, but now, it seems more genuine." Kakashi explained as he put his book away.

" I see." I replied.

" So? why are you here?" I asked Kakashi.

" Hmm, well, I am becoming an instructor for another team." Kakashi answered.

" Why is that?" I asked.

" Well, the Hokage was impressed at how I taught you and Scathach, especially you. So he wants me to teach another squad of Genin." Kakashi finished as he looked dead inside.

I chuckled.

" So that means you'll suffer more." I replied, picturing the future team 7.

" Oh, yeah, the Hokage said that you and Scathach would be participating in the Chu I exam this year." Kakashi spoke as he laid down next to the edge.

" Sigh. finally, Damn old man, I guess 17 S-rank mission were enough this time. " I said as I leaned back.

Kakashi chuckled.

" So, found a lover yet." I suddenly spoke.

Kakshi raised an eyebrow before getting up.

" I'm going home." He left.

" Don't break your back, old man." I waved him off as he deadpanned.

" I'm not old." He argued

" Not yet." I countered with a smile.

His eyebrow twitched before he left.

I stayed on the rooftop as I watched the Konohas lively atmosphere.

" Why are you here?" Scathach appeared.

" The city needs me." I spoke in a dark voice.

" Sigh."

" I can't save the city without my cape." I continued.

" Please stop." Scathach chopped my head as she walked up to me.

" Dinners ready, Mother in law asked me to fetch you." She turned around to leave as I followed her.

" Mother in law?? Gasp!!" I covered my mouth.

Scathach rolled her eyes.

" Stop being so dramatic." She spoke.

I chucked as we both entered the dimensional house by teleportation.

I then hurriedly ran over to Artoria and Nero, who were drinking tea.

" Guys! want to meet my family!? " I shouted with a smile.

Artoria raised an eyebrow.

" Didn't we agree to meet them in a few years."

" Umu!" Nero agreed.

" Change of plans! It's best to meet them now." I spoke as I grabbed both of their hands as they had no choice but to follow me.

" To another world!!" Nero cheered as we both passed the door and to the other Dimensional house in Konoha.

I then teleported us in front of the house and using illusion so no one would see us.

Scathach was already used to it as she opened the door.

Artoria and Nero leaned on the wall as they held their mouths.

Artoria started bagning her fist on my shoulder as she tried not to hurl.

I chuckled as I injected life force into them as their nausea stopped, and they felt better in a few seconds.

" Ugh. Two space travels in a row. " Artoria spoke as she glared at me.

Nero nodded with a dark face.

" U..mu."

" Ckme on, let's enter. " I grabbed both of their hands.

" I brought him home, Mother in law." She smiled

" Wash your hands, you two. Dinner is ready. And these tow must be the ones you were talking about?" Mother smiled brightly as she greeted Artoria and Nero.

Scathach nodded.

" Mother in law??" Father tilted his head as he looked at me.

I shrugged and shook my head.

" Don't ask me, I'm not the expert. "

" Didn't you help me in asking your mother out." He pointed out.

Everyone looked at my father.

" He did?" Artoria and Scathach asked at the same time.

" Yeah. though it was funny." Mother smiled as she remembered the small boy holding a sign towards Hiroshi.

Father laughed as they both told the story in their own points of view.

" Meow." Shiro jumped onto my legs as I stroked his fur and listened in.

Scathach enjoyed the story as she looked at me.

We both held hands under the table.

Artoria sat next to me as she slowly grabbed my hand and clasped them together.

I'm sure Father and Mother noticed but didn't mind as they looked at each other with knowing smiles.

Nero had Shiro on her lap as she ate mother's food.

' Home. Surrounded by loved ones who always think of you.' Those words popped into my mind as I watched them with a happy smile.

' From here on out, I'll do my best to make you all happy and safe. I guess you could say it's my ninja way.' I chuckled.

Scathach glanced at me.

" What's so funny?"

" This." I stood up as I got everyone's attention.

" Mother. Father. Thank you for adopting me." I shed tears of happiness.

" Scathach. Artoria. And Nero. Thank you for choosing to love me."

My parents stood as they hugged me along with the rest of the girls.

" Of course, son." Mother and Father replied as I cried on their shoulders.

The girls smiled as they watched.

Though it would've been a touching scene if I wasn't wearing cat ears.
