Riku Will Be A Neurosurgeon?

With prior instructions from the department head, a nurse is assisting Riku to wear the surgical gown. He wore the surgical gloves, head cover and mask before going inside the operating room. The patient got encephalitis due to neurological autoimmunity. It greatly affects the brain since the patient has multiple sclerosis. They carefully opened the cranium and it is his first time to see an actual brain from a human.
