Chapter 13: Scouting The Enemies
"Ah, Young Kazuki," Allmight said as he put his hand on Kazuki's shoulder. "You did an amazing job, if it weren't for you Eraser Head would have been in a critical condition."
"I just did what a hero should do," Kazuki responded.
"Right, a hero." Allmight nodded his head. "I have to go now, rest well Young Kazuki," Allmight said and left.
Kazuki entered the ward, and although he left to call his parents, it was a facade. He was listening at the side. "Since I'm all better now, can I go home?" Kazuki asked Aizawa who nodded in response. Kazuki wore his clothes. "Rest well sensei." Kazuki left the ward.
"Kazuki!" Kirishima called out.
"Why aren't you all leaving?" Kazuki asked.
"Oh well...We waited for you, are you alright Kazuki?" Midoriya asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine. Recovery girl healed all my wounds." Kazuki replied. "Anyways I'll go home now." Kazuki waved goodbye.
The others followed him.
"Let's go home Kazuki!" Kirishima shouted.
News quickly spread of the attack on UA's training facility.
Furui watched the news. "C-Call Kazuki now!" Furui shouted and immediately opened his phone.
Akane who watched the news was also worried for her, son.
"Hey Dad. I was planning to call you, but you called me first." Kazuki said.
"K-Kazuki are you alright?" Furui asked worriedly. "I heard the news, is everything alright? Some students in the hero course were attacked, were you one of those students?"
Kazuki stayed silent for a moment and answered. "Yes, but it's fine I'm alright. Allmight came just in time to save everyone."
"I'm glad." Akane heaved a sigh of relief.
After talking with his family. Kazuki started getting ready for school.
"But man, Kazuki was great," Rikido said. "He pushed back that monster villain."
"Everyone, morning homeroom is about to start! Stop talking and take your seats!" Iida shouted.
"We're already in our seats you're the only one who's not," Kaminari responded.
"Tch." IIda sat at his seat trembling with anger.
"Tsuyu, who's gonna teach homeroom today?" Mina asked Tsuyu.
"Well, Mr. Aizawa is supposed to be in the hospital recovering from his injuries," Tsuyu said.
Creak.
The door opened.
"Morning." Aizawa with his face covered with bandages walked inside.
"Sensei you back so soon?" Everyone exclaimed in Unison.
"So you're alright sensei?" Iida asked raising his right hand.
The door opened once again. Kazuki entered the classroom and sat in his seat.
Aizawa stood at the center. "My well-being isn't important. More importantly, the fight is not over yet."
"Fight?" Bakugo asked.
"Don't tell me.." Midoriya had a worried expression on his face.
"The villains again?" Mineta asked trembling.
"The UA sports festival is drawing near," Aizawa said.
"That's a super normal school event!" Everyone exclaimed in excitement.
"The sports festival!" Everyone shouted in unison.
"Is it okay to have a sports festival so soon after the villains snuck inside?" Jiro asked.
"What if they attack us again or something?" Ojiro added.
"Security will be strengthened to five times that of previous years. Above all our sports festival is a huge chance. It's not an event canceled because of a few villains." Aizawa said.
"Our sports festival is one of Japan's events. For Japan what has taken the place of those Olympics is the UA's sports festival." Aizawa added.
"Of, course all the heroes around the country will be watching." Momo clenched her fist. "For scouting purposes."
Aizawa finished explaining and left the classroom.
"Oh dear, what'll I do? I stand out just by standing still." Aoyama said.
"You're lucky Shoji, your brawns stand out on their own." Kaminari said to Shoji.
"Everyone I'm gonna do my best!" Uraraka shouted aloud, her eyes blazing.
"Yeah!" Everyone replied.
Kazuki sat with Ojiro. The two of them had gotten closer.
"Kazuki, why did you want to become a hero?" Ojiro asked eating his lunch.
"Hmm? No particular reason just wanted to be one." Kazuki replied nonchalantly. "Why did you ask though?"
"Oh, I was just curious. Everyone has different reasons why they want to become a hero." Ojiro rubbed the back of his head and continued eating. "I'm sure you'll do great Kazuki, you're really strong."
Kazuki smiled. "You're strong too."

Thinking of the many opponents he would face, Kazuki raised a smile. 'This'll be fun.'
After eating lunch. Ojiro and Kazuki started to walk back into their classroom.
Meanwhile in Class 1 - A.
Numerous students from other courses gathered in front of the door. They were all chatting with one another.
"What business do you have with Class A?" Iida asked.
"We can't get out!" Mineta shouted holding his bag. "What'd you come here for anyways?"
"Scouting out the enemy, small fry," Bakugo replied to Mineta's shouts. "Were the ones who made it out of the villain's attack." Bakugo walked closer to the door. "They probably wanna check us out before the sports festival."
"There's no point in doing stuff like that," Bakugo said in front of the other students. "Out of my way, Extras."
"Stop calling people extras just because you don't know them!" Iida said to Bakugo due to his remarks.
"I came to see what the famous Class A was like. But you seem pretty arrogant. Are all the students in the hero course like this?" A boy with purple hair said as he stood in front of the crowd. "Seeing something like this makes me disillusioned."
He rubbed the back of his neck. "There are quite people who enrolled in general studies or other courses because they didn't make it into the hero course." He added. "The school has left those of us a chance depending on the results in the sports festival they'll consider our transfer to the hero course."
He added. "And it seems they may also transfer people out." His eyes darted at each one of Class A's students. "Scouting the enemy? I, at least came to say that even if you're in the hero course if you get too carried away, I'll sweep your feet out from under you."
"Are you done?" Kazuki said, the other students glanced at him standing on the side. "Move, I need to get my bag." He said.
