Gao Guang got back in the car, and Mike immediately asked, impatient, "How did it go?"
"Not bad, better than I expected, so we're meeting Ronnie tonight."
Pulling out his phone, Gao Guang dialed Ronnie's number and soon, Ronnie picked up the call.
"Hello, it's you."
When Ronnie asked who it was, Gao Guang realized that although he had almost beaten Ronnie to death, he hadn't told him his name, not even a nickname.
"It's me." Gao Guang hoped Ronnie would recognize his voice, and then he continued, "I want to meet with you, right now, is that convenient?"
If Ronnie refused to meet, that would be a problem, and if Ronnie asked Gao Guang to come to him, it would mean Ronnie hadn't grasped reality yet. But Ronnie immediately said, "Convenient, where do you want to meet?"
"Well, Gilson's house is still the best option."
Without any hesitation, Ronnie said, "Okay, I'll be right there, in about half an hour."
