24. Can I train with him?

"I Will be away for a few days," Alex said while he was at the dining table having breakfast with Lillie. "Are you okay with that?" he asked.

"Hmm," Lillie hummed. "How many days?" she asked.

"Seven days, I will be gone for seven days after that I will return," Alex explained, he then put more food on Lillie's plate making her glare at him.

"I will return to school today," Lillie informed. "I have been absent for a week now I don't want to risk my grades by staying in the house for no reason," Lillie said putting down her fork and taking a glass of milk from the table, and drinking it.

"Are you sure you don't want to stay a bit longer and rest?" Alexander asked worriedly.

"I am sure." Lillie said and picked up her fork once more, "I am fine and not hurt, the incident happened a week ago, I can go back to school. Besides, didn't you say I could and you would protect me." Lillie said surprising herself with the last part.
