Chapter 5 — Eternal Contract.

"Don't fret, you're now in good hands," her reassuring words pulled me out of my thoughts.

I nodded, but then heard lots of rough footsteps from behind. Turning my head, I saw dozens of shuukis running towards us.

"That's a lot of them," I wondered if she would be able to easily kill them while protecting me. Then I realized that she was looking at me. "What is it?" I asked.

"You're really interesting. For having just experienced the Mato Disaster, you act so calmly."

Kyouka was quite stunned from the strength I showed earlier. Not to mention, I look extremely handsome. Clearly not an ordinary man. Though, it didn't affect her mind that much.

"Will panicking help me survive? No, right?"

"You're right," she smirked for some reason.

Kyouka went to one of the dying shuukis under my curious gaze. She touched the shuuki, causing it to shine brightly with a collar and chains appearing around the neck.

'An enslaving ability? So dangerous.'

Kyouka mounted the shuuki, and turned her head to me, "Get on."

I nodded hurriedly before climbing aboard the shuuki's back, sitting behind her.

"Excuse me," I said before hugging her from behind, my large hands feeling comfortable with her soft and warm body. I felt her flinch a bit. But I need to hold her or else I'll fall off.

Anyways, riding this shuuki felt comfortable because I'm quite experienced at horse riding.

Kyouka ordered her Shuuki to run. We ran to reach a safe location. Along the way, Kyouka used her katana to cut off the shuukis blocking our path.

"To the left!" I warned her.

A 3 meter shuuki appeared to our left and threw its huge fist.

Kyouka ordered her enslaved Shuuki to turn right, but because it was injured previously, it had a slower reaction.

Facing the imminent danger, Kyouka grabbed hold of me and leaped forward to dodge. My heavy weight seemed like nothing for her immense strength.

I then saw her enslaved shuuki being instantly killed by the large shuuki.

After we landed on the ground, the horde of shuukis immediately began to attack us from every direction. Kyouka quickly took out a talisman and stabbed it into the ground with her katana.

A yellow barrier formed around us for protection.

"We're safe for now. I've placed a barrier."

"But it can't last that long," I said while watching the barrier slowly show cracks from the onslaught of the shuukis.

Damn, this current situation is very dangerous!

Kyouka didn't seem to have any more brilliant ideas. I also thought of any solutions, but what? Even with my powerful body, I can't possibly defeat them all at once.

I felt that feat is kinda possible, but I don't want to risk my healthy life yet. I don't exactly know the limit of my current body.

Is there no other way?

If I only have a powerful weapon like her katana..

"Hey, what's your name?" Kyouka suddenly asked.

I turned to look into her eyes. Those are the eyes of someone very strong.

"Yuuki Wakura," I replied.

"Yuuki, I have a way to get out of her, but you have to help me."

"Alright."

Hearing my fast answer, she showed a surprised expression.

"You agreed so quickly?" she asked in surprise.

"Well, I trust you. Besides, I don't want to die here yet. Not until I found my sister."

Her eyes widened when she heard that I trusted her. And from my words, she felt that I have a hidden story.

She then smiled. Honestly, I was blown away upon seeing it.

"What should I do?" I suddenly asked.

I saw the cracks in the barrier getting larger and larger, only a while until it completely breaks.

"Be my Slave, Yuuki," she said as her gloves flew away into the sky after taking it off.

She held her hand to me, but my mind is currently fixated on her words.

"My enslaving power is to bring out the potential power of the living beings I enslave. If you become strong, you can get out of here alive with me."

Kyouka explained her peach power when she saw my confused expression.

"Can I become strong? I'm only a slightly stronger human and have no powerful hidden power."

I mean, I have two supernatural abilities, but they are useless in battle. Aside from those, I'm only left with my strong body.

"When I say living things, that includes humans. I will awaken the latent power within you. Your own potential."

I see. So she can make me strong if I became her slave.

"What's your answer, Yuuki?" she inquired again, holding out her hand gracefully to my face.

"I…"

I've decided. After all, my intentions are clear from the start.

"I'll do it, but I don't want to be called as a mere slave. I want to be your knight. A slave knight!"

Kyouka didn't really understand what I meant. That's good. I don't want her to know.

I lowered my knee on the ground and held her fair slender hand. I know what I need to do.

Raising it, I softly kissed the back of her hand.

This fine scene reflected upon my calm and elegant demeanour.

Right after that, a brilliant light invaded my body as chains appeared. The light became corporeal and transformed into a silhouette of a dragon.

And my [Sense] activated for the very time in my life. It mixed with the slave power injected to me, forming a link to its source, Kyouka. The slave power transformed into a mysterious contract formed between us

From her, I received talent.

And from me, she received power.

The flow of time halted.

Kyouka felt an overflowing amount of vigor flowing into her body. It transformed her physical body to gain more power, speed, and stamina.

She felt surprised. This had never happened before to her!

Upon receiving my power, her red eyes turned black like mine.

Like Kyouka, I felt my body evolving uncontrollably to become a terrifying monster.

My immeasurable potential showed signs of Awakening. However, my potential seemed infinite, the power activating proved too weak, causing only a part of my potential to be awakened.

I felt my mind becoming clear and faster, as well as my senses becoming very acute and sharp.

My already dense body started to grow larger and larger, flooding my veins with tyrannical strength.

After the brilliant light faded and scalding smoke spread, I unconsciously let out an earth-shaking roar.

Kyouka stood still, clearly surprised to see my changes.

I can now clearly see what my body currently looks like. My sixth sense expanded like a domain, allowing me to see everything from high above like a crow.

My body transformed to gain a more shuuki-like build. A slave collar wrapped around my neck with silver chains. I have a mouth filled with razor-sharp canines and a round yet blunt head with four elongated plates extending backward. It has two pairs of horns that curve upward.

For my thick skin, dozens and dozens of white scales covered it. My body stood about two meters tall with my spine slouched forward like a ferocious hungry predator. I also have a large and broad inverted triangular chest that looks like a silver chest armor with a blue diamond-like protrusion in the middle. My squared waist(stomacharea) looked very lean and covered entirely with black chainmail. The waistline was also covered with leather straps. Ancient silver greaves covered the entirety of my legs except for the bottom feet that revealed the sharp claws. On the other hand, my large and long arms were completely bare, showing the bulging muscles that exploded with tyrannical strength. But on the wrist, thick silver chains wrapped around it. I also have a long muscular tail that felt strange to move around.

Also, blue tribal markings extended across my five limbs, making me look ancient and mystical compared to other monsters. An extremely large and heavy greatsword was sheathed horizontally on the back of my waist. It was not sharp at all, but fully blunt and rough.

My appearance now definitely didn't look like a human, but like a monster. A terrifying monster.

This is my Awakened Form, Slave Knight.

A result of Kyouka's power.

At the same time, I also shared some of this form's power to Kyouka, making her even more powerful. And from her, I received her talent to wield weapons. Although her supernatural ability was the slave ability, her talent to wield weapon also reached the supernatural degree. Otherwise, how would she be able to develop a sword art capable of killing the shuukis?

"I didn't expect your strength to increase to this extent!" Kyouka exclaimed with sparkling eyes. "And unexpectedly, you can also increase my power!" She was beyond excited. After all, it temporarily increased her own power. It was like having another peach ability.

Before we can even celebrate, the barrier finally shattered.

Kyouka got on my large back, as I dove straight into the horde of shuuki. My speed is extremely fast.

I unsheathed the greatsword resembling a giant club. The chains on my left wrist wrapped around the handle as I lifted it up with my bulging muscles. It was extremely heavy.

But I swung it.

As I swung the sword, I felt different while wielding it. With Kyouka's talent, the sword seemed like an extension of my body. I now truly felt what it meant to become one with the sword. Body and sword as one.

SWOOSH!

BANG!

BANG!

The gigantic sword repeatedly smashed toward the shuukis. It was accompanied by chaotic gales that sent them flying while exploding into pieces.

"Strong!" Kyouka showed an amazed expression.

She then sensed a shuuki attacking sneakily behind us, but before she could warn me about it, I was already moving ahead of her.

I swiftly turned around, using my right hand and claws like a knife to pierce the chest of the sneaky shuuki.

The shuuki fell to its knees with a large hole left in its chest.

Splash!

I waved my right hand to my side to remove the blood staining it.

'His reaction is fast! I also see his battle experience being good…' Kyouka mentally commented.

The remaining shuukis left from the horde became vigilant. As if some kind of survival instinct, they started to merge with each other to become a muscular fifteen meter tall shuuki.

I don't feel much threat from it.

"Destroy it, Yuuki!"

Roaar!!

As a response, I let out a beastly growl and leaped from a high hill. It was too huge, so I climbed a nearby hill and jumped up.

The chains on my right wrist unwrapped. I threw the other pointy end of the chain towards the eye of Shuuki below me, piercing its eyeballs deeply.

The shuuki roared, but I showed no mercy.

I pulled the chain, causing my body to jerk downward toward the shuuki, my greatsword stabbing down while falling. (Like spiderman or assassin creed)

BOOM!

My greatsword stabbed the shuuki while falling from above. Its body split into two as I fell to the ground.

Bam!

The split body of the shuuki fell on my both sides.

I stood on the ground covered with blood before transforming back my normal human form.

I felt a sense of weakness washing over my body. But I still have lots of energy. Besides, with every breath, I recover slightly with the absorption of the lifeforce.

I then widened my eyes as I felt a change with my [Record]. I put it in the back of my head for now.

"You surprised me, Yuuki. To think you have that much power," Kyouka smiled as she extended her hand. "Do you want to continue being my slave?"

"I'm glad to help, but I'll think about your offer later," I said as I laughed awkwardly.

"Sure, but there's still one more thing you should know about my power."

"What is it?" I asked, but soon widened my eyes.

I wasn't prepared for what she was going to do next.

Kyouka grabbed my head and caught me with a kiss on the lips.

Yes, a kiss.

I narrowed my eyes as I felt her soft, moist lips.

Such a situation was dreamed by many men.

And yet, I quickly pushed her back.

"Why did you suddenly kiss me!?" I huffed furiously. "Don't you know that this is blatant sexual harrasment? Taking advantage of me like that, you pervert…!"

I know that she saved my life, but I didn't have the obligation to pay her with my body!

I admit she's a beauty, but to think she's such a pervert!

Kyouka turned speechlessly. Soon, her face fumed with anger too.

"I never wanted to do it with you, damn pervert! And why don't you like receiving a kiss from me? It's such an honor to a man like you!" Kyouka didn't know why she said those words, but she just felt pissed.

"How presumptuous. Who said I liked some random beauty kissing me without receiving my consent? That's a crime!"

I can't believe that my second kiss was stolen like that. As for my first kiss? Well, it already belonged to Aoba.

Kyouka's face turned very angry. She pointed her katana at me.

"Stop saying nonsense anymore! As I said, I didn't want to kiss you! My body just moved on its own as a compensation for my ability!"

Kyouka Uzen was sweating heavily while having a bright red face. She gritted her teeth while restraining herself.

"Even I myself didn't think it would turn out like this," she said shakily, then she neared me, "Usually, the Shuuki are enough to be fed with pork."

"What do you mean by that?"

"I mean, the reward depends on the slave's latent desires."

We felt time stopping as our lips met.

I kissed her gently and my tongue soon invaded her mouth aggressively. I moved intensely without mercy to cut down every disobedience from her body.

"Nghh…!" Kyouka released soft moans from deep within her throat.

Her body made me feel very excited, her moaning voice bringing shivers down my spine.

I slowly felt my control slipping away from my grasp.

"...!" Kyouka tingled, feeling my firm body leaning on her closely, as my arms wrapped around her so indecently. Our bodies rubbed with each other, not wanting to let go.

Kyouka wanted to resist me, but she felt powerless under the constant invasion of my tongue that moved with powerful dexterity. Inwardly, she didn't want to do such an indecent act in such an open place like Mato, but her listless body won't listen. I pulled her in gently, claiming her tongue once again, hungry and intense, until it made her knees give in. Kyouka felt again the familiar rush of helplessness, her burning body, her limping knees, all from the intensive invasion and violation I did to her mouth.
