It’s not kidnapping it’s surprise adoption

"So what's with the whole he's adopted thing" Tony asked with a grin on his face.

The Avengers (plus Loki) were sitting in a circle on the floor of the living room. Thor sighed and Loki rolled his eyes.

Loki turned to Thor and said "You had to tell them didn't you?"

Thor chuckled merrily. Loki rolled his eyes again and turned back to the rest of the Avengers.

"I was kidnapped more or less" Loki said, noticeably bitter.

Thor looked somewhat offended "It's not kidnapping! More like…. Surprise adoption!"

Loki looked at Thor incredulously as Tony started to snicker. Nat shook her head as Tony started laughing louder. Loki crossed his arms in an attempt to not stab Thor. Bruce sighed, he was not dealing with Thor and Loki's squabble this time. Steve was staring in between the two brothers, ready to break apart any fights (Wasn't the first time he'd done it).

"Thor," Loki said.

Thor looked at his brother hopefully.

"You. Imbecile." Loki said, hitting Thor with a nearby pillow with each word.

Tony started laughing even harder and Clint started snickering. Thor was trying to keep a smile at bay. His brother looked happier than he had been in a while. Loki even cracked a smile as he shoved Thor.

"I'm glad your happy brother".
