Chapter 056 You Can Wake Up With Laughter Even In Your Dreams!

Agatha had been completely drained of her power and was banished to the multiverse.

With her weakened state, remaining in the multiverse was incredibly dangerous. She risked being devoured by some evil god, along with her soul and body.

Of course, Luo Bai didn't care about this.

After all, she had invaded Kamar-Taj uninvited and had been seen by many mages. If she wasn't punished, how could anyone take Luo Bai seriously in the magical community?

Her exile was inevitable, but Luo Bai couldn't deny that her intrusion brought him many benefits.

Agatha was one of the most powerful witches on Earth. Her knowledge of witchcraft was something Luo Bai had never encountered before, and now that he had absorbed it, it would be of great use.

After spending some time digesting the knowledge he'd acquired, Luo Bai closed the mirror dimension.

As soon as he did, Wong and Mordo hurried over.

"Supreme Sorcerer, where is Agatha the Witch?" Wong asked, looking concerned.

Luo Bai smiled, reassuring them. "I banished her to the multiverse. There's a good chance she won't return, so there's no need to worry."

Hearing this, both Wong and Mordo's eyes widened in shock.

Agatha had been practicing witchcraft and studying magic for centuries, possibly even longer. Luo Bai was undoubtedly talented, but how long had he been practicing magic compared to Agatha? And yet he had defeated her and exiled her?

It was like a novice beating a mini-boss on their first try.

No wonder Wong and Mordo were so shocked. Their mouths opened as if they wanted to ask countless questions, but out of respect for Luo Bai's position as Supreme Sorcerer, they hesitated to speak.

Finally, after a moment of silence, Mordo said, "Since the Supreme Sorcerer has dealt with it, I'll return to leading the apprentices in their training. I'll leave everything under your supervision."

Luo Bai nodded, "Go ahead, I'll be watching."

With that, Mordo moved off to continue leading the apprentices, and Luo Bai walked over to supervise the training.

Wong quickly followed, standing by Luo Bai's side. After five minutes of silence, Wong couldn't contain himself anymore.

"Supreme Sorcerer... I heard that Agatha is one of the most powerful witches on Earth. She's studied witchcraft for centuries..." Wong trailed off, unsure how to finish.

But Luo Bai understood the implication.

"Are you wondering how I defeated her?" he asked.

Wong, feeling reassured, finally let his curiosity spill out. "Yes! She's been practicing for centuries, and yet you defeated her so easily?"

Luo Bai shrugged, seemingly helpless. "I'm highly talented. I learned her witchcraft just by watching her use it once."

Wong suddenly understood.

Imagine facing someone who could learn all your spells after seeing them just once—and then use those same spells to attack you.

The more you fought, the stronger that person became.

It would be nearly impossible to win.

Realizing this, Wong couldn't help but ask, "Are you really that talented? You can learn spells just by watching them?"

Luo Bai looked surprised by the question and replied, "Of course. How else do you think I became the Supreme Sorcerer? I thought the Ancient One told you about my talent."

"..."

Wong fell silent.

He knew Luo Bai was talented, but he had never realized the extent of that talent. Learning spells after just one glance? It seemed impossible.

Well then, Wong thought. I'm convinced.

"It would be great if I had that kind of talent," Wong muttered to himself, imagining how much he could achieve if he did.

Luo Bai smiled but kept his thoughts to himself.

If you want talent like mine, you'd need to be as lucky as me, he thought, amused. I'm favored by the goddess of luck.

Of course, these were just his private musings. Instead of saying them out loud, Luo Bai turned his attention back to supervising the training session.

As they watched, Luo Bai's phone suddenly vibrated. Curious, he pulled it out and checked.

It was a text from Tony Stark.

The message said Stark had completed the latest upgrade to his suit, the MK7, and asked if Luo Bai could come over to review it for improvements.

Luo Bai couldn't help but feel impressed as he read the message.

Stark really is a genius, he thought. Luo Bai had only given him some general direction and suggestions, yet Stark had already created a fully upgraded MK7 suit.

Luo Bai replied, "Alright, see you at the villa tonight."

Today, Luo Bai's goal was simple: to make sure all the mages at Kamar-Taj knew and respected him.

After spending the morning supervising the training, he spent the afternoon receiving several visiting mages from abroad.

These mages were admirers of the Ancient One. While they hadn't trained directly at Kamar-Taj, they had received help from the Ancient One in the past.

Though they didn't know much about Luo Bai initially, once they heard about how he banished Agatha, they couldn't help but show him their respect.

Especially after discussing magic and witchcraft with him, these mages became even more in awe of his talent.

Luo Bai wasn't just talented; his understanding of magic and the multiverse was far beyond theirs. After exchanging insights, they left as his admirers.

By the time the last mage had departed, Luo Bai finally had a moment to relax.

"Phew, I'm finally done for the day," he said, stretching. "I didn't expect being the Supreme Sorcerer to be this exhausting."

Wong, who had been standing nearby, quickly chimed in. "You've only just taken the position, so it'll settle down soon. Supreme Sorcerer, if you're tired, you should take a rest."

Luo Bai shook his head. "Not yet. I have some matters to attend to in New York."

Wong didn't ask further. "If you have to go, don't worry. Mordo is in charge here, and if anything happens, I'll contact you immediately."

Luo Bai nodded, preparing to open a portal to New York. But before he left, he remembered something.

"Wong, do you know who's currently overseeing the protection of the temple?"

"Yes," Wong answered.

"Good. If there aren't too many issues, I'd like you to take over the library as well."

"The library?" Wong asked, puzzled by the sudden request, but he agreed. "Alright, I'll manage the library too."

As Wong prepared to leave, Luo Bai called out, "And Wong, if you notice anything unusual, don't act on your own. Come directly to me."

His tone was more of a warning than a suggestion, as if he expected trouble to arise from the library soon.

Wong understood the seriousness of his words and responded with determination, "I'll remember your words, Supreme Sorcerer. If anything happens, I'll report to you immediately. You can count on me!"

Feeling reassured, Luo Bai opened a portal and teleported to New York.
