A universe has been destroyed. Although another entangled universe has not been affected, the destructive force will eventually cause this universe to be destroyed over time if left unchecked.
The only difference is that it will take longer, leading to various catastrophic events within the universe.
The Watcher, who has been trying every possible means to resolve the situation with these two doomed universes, understands this. He is even more shocked by the terrifying power of the stranger.
It is a power that makes him tremble with fear.
This is no ordinary divine power; it might already be equivalent to the five great creator gods.
Creator gods, multiverse.
At this level, it cannot be described with words; it is a concept, an ultimate end.
Death, Annihilation, Eternity, Galactus, etc.
Each represents an ultimate end, a concept, a rule.
Bi Xiao already possesses such equivalent power, which means he is approaching the ultimate end of a certain power. Yet, such a being should not be unknown. If the Watcher had any doubts before, he is now almost certain of Bi Xiao's identity.
Bi Xiao is at the center of a major event in the main universe that should not have occurred.
The Watcher could hardly believe it, because how many years have passed since that major event? Back then, Bi Xiao, though powerful, was merely at the level of a Celestial. Now, what level is he at?
He has reached the pinnacle of a single universe, about to step into the multiverse, a presence that even the Watcher must respect.
This leap spans nearly two major levels, something beyond human capability.
Within a few years, from a mere Celestial, he is about to step into the multiverse. For the Watcher, who has silently observed the multiverse for countless years, he has never seen such an anomaly.
Others might have experienced a sudden surge in power through life-and-death experiences or extraordinary coincidences.
Regardless, it would result in a major event. But as for this one?
He has remained silent after the Hell's Gate event and the massacre in Heaven, keeping a low profile. After observing, the Watcher didn't pay much attention. Now, a magnificent transformation is about to enter the multiverse.
The Watcher can't figure out how Bi Xiao achieved this.
It leaves him inexplicably horrified.
As a Watcher of the multiverse, recording silently, and even correcting and repairing distorted major events, he is at a loss as to how to observe and correct this.
Fortunately, it seems neither dimensional evil gods nor other troublemakers have noticed the slightly entangled universes and come to "help" correct them.
Bi Xiao destroyed the universe, but the Watcher didn't think much of it because he knows that destruction also means creation.
The Watcher can't restart the universe, but Bi Xiao can. Even if Bi Xiao doesn't do it, it will slowly be created over time, though much more slowly.
This is insignificant to the Watcher, as long as that damned zombie virus can be resolved. The time taken is entirely acceptable.
"Next, is it the second universe?"
Seeing Bi Xiao disappear, the Watcher turns his attention to the second universe. The first and second universes are entangled because they have repeatedly experienced zombie virus outbreaks and destruction. He knows that if it is not stopped, the virus will spread beyond these two universes.
It might even infect the multiverse.
Therefore, the Watcher has entangled the two universes completely, creating a cycle of destruction, restart, infection, destruction, and restart.
However, this cycle had not yet begun when Bi Xiao appeared.
He can feel Bi Xiao's destruction of the universe, which is entirely different from the universe's self-destruction. The cycle, even after restarting from destruction, would still lead to re-infection by the zombie virus and eventual destruction.
Bi Xiao's destruction is different. He completely destroys the universe and its timeline that was supposed to continue the cycle.
The timeline will no longer follow the previous path. The universe remains the same, Earth remains the same, the people remain the same, but the direction is entirely different.
Meanwhile, in the second universe.
The zombie virus has already broken out on Earth. Mr. Fantastic, Reed Richards of the Fantastic Four, accidentally discovers a fragmented distress signal from another dimension. Overcome with curiosity, he creates a time machine and travels to that universe.
The Fantastic Four have internal debates but ultimately unite. Under Reed's insistence, the four of them travel to that universe.
Upon arrival, Reed realizes his mistake.
This Earth is ravaged by an unimaginable zombie crisis. The virus spreads, turning the entire world into zombies, including former allies, superheroes, and supervillains. The appearance of the Fantastic Four with their fresh flesh attracts all the zombies.
The Fantastic Four fight back but suffer heavy losses. The Human Torch, Johnny, is devoured on the spot, and even the Thing is bitten. With Reed and the Invisible Woman fighting back, the remaining three return to their universe via the time machine.
(The Thing) was immediately imprisoned upon return. Reed, filled with regret, hopes to cure the zombified Thing with a serum he developed.
During his research, Reed discovers that the zombie virus seems to be another form of evolutionary advancement. He begins to believe that this evolution might be the most suitable path.
Thus, he releases the Thing, allowing it to bite him and transform into a zombie, beginning to attack others, spreading the zombie virus.
New York, America, and Earth gradually fall.
Countless superheroes struggle against the horde of zombies. Zombies, devoid of reason, crave flesh, eating their loved ones, causing widespread disaster.
Of course, numerous heroes fight valiantly to protect the public and resist.
However, the margin for error is too low; one bite turns you into a zombie.
