'Why hasn't Pepper come back yet? What's holding her up?'

Meanwhile some moments ago in the Stark Tower industry was a passed out Pepper Potts lying in Tony's office still intact with everything but the drive Tony gave her, she couldn't remember why she was lying here but she knows what she saw and even without the drive, she knew she had to take action and so she ran out.

Obadiah Stane has made his decision to buy more time and that was what he did, he was now in the sector 16 of the company factory where the weapons and other tech were made.

Alongside him was the Yinsen with clutches aiding him in movement as he stood there looking at the humongous prototype of the mark 1 when Obi came running in.

"Is it ready"

"The suit has been ready but there is a slight hiccup" a scientist said to Stane

"What hiccup?"

"The test run for the solar gem has proved to be working but not efficient, the arc reactor you got seems to be able to power a suit but not this suit as it is not advanced enough to optimize power, at best it would power the suit for 30 mins and at full capacity 10 minutes"

"No no no, I can't have that look, I did what you asked for a got the exact power source Tony used, I God damn broke into his house to get it while he was out and now you're telling me it can't power the suit?. Look I did all I did in hopes that the results would be more positive enough to counter the methods not the other way around"

"Sir if given more time, we could likely make it as small as the one Tony Stark has in his apartment"

"I don't have time!!!"

Meanwhile a moment ago when Tony left his apartment, Obadiah Stane had already set up someone to raid his mansion in search for the arc reactor, he had no choice, in process of doing this he made Jarvis recognize the intruder by giving him a pass into his mansion, recognizing the intruder as obi instead.

Obi then asked

"What about the solar gem? Yinsen I didn't bring you here to do sight see, what about the solar gem?"

Ho Yinsen then turned back and said to Obadiah Stane

"If you mean incorporating the solar gem you brought from the black market into the arc reactor then I wouldn't advise it"

"Will it be enough to power the suit"

"Theoretically yes, but the consequences ranges from the chances of overheating and malfunctioning the suit to explosion and mutation of both you and the suit"

"What are the chances?"

"50/50"

"I am a business man Yinsen and I've lived my life on risks, taking one more wouldn't hurt"

"Aside from that you would need to apply the Horton cells on yourself before entering the suit to be on the safer side"
