Magic Swordsman In One Piece (D&D)

Two unfortunate boys, one from Earth and one from one piece. One of them wants vengeance the other wants justice. With the help of an omnipotent being, they become one. Let us see if their unfortunate lives are going to turn for the better or if it is going to be a life of misery and hardship. A/n: in this fan-fic, I am going to change people's age to fit my story. So it is going to be a bit of an AU. The system is not going the have an ego. The Sword Saint is a D&D magus subclass, and it is NOT a cultivation class. I am not going to follow D&D rules and class spells, Mc's class was inspired by D&D, but I can go beyond D&D rules and get spells from different classes or create other spells. I can only guarantee one chapter a week. Mc is not going to be a straw hat and not going to take a straw hat as a companion. Disclaimer: I don't own One Piece; it belongs to its respective author.

CHAPTER 39

Lex leaped into the air and pretended to attack Pearl. Seeing this, Pearl brought his shields close to his face, but instead of attacking, Lex used his staff as a vaulting pole, jumped over Pearl, and placed a dropkick in the middle of Hustle's face. Receiving the blow, Hustle flew toward the ship's wall and broke through the wall, fainting in the rubble.

Pearl took advantage of the gap and set his shields on fire, firing large pearls that had flames on them toward Lex. Lex was able to dodge a few of them thanks to his feline dexterity, but he couldn't avoid them all, taking several hits. The hitting pearls created scorched spots on his fur.

Because of Pearl's shield, Lex had a hard time beating him. In attack wise other than the exploding pearls, every other form of his attack was too slow, and Lex had no problem dodging them, but his defense and stamina were high. Lex had hit him on the face with his iron staff multiple times, and he still didn't go down. Now all of his shields were on fire, and he started to attack him like a maniac.

Lex didn't like using this ability because using it consumed much stamina. He started using his electric power, and he was able to imbue his hands with electricity; it wasn't as high as Kreegan's Shocking Grasp, but it was more powerful than Jolt. He imbued his hands with electricity and struck Pearl right on the chest.

"Hahah, you still didn't learn your lesson? Your weak attacks can't get past my invincible shield. Hahaha... zazaazazzzzz"

Pearl's laughter was interrupted because the moment Lex's attack hit Pearl's iron shield, the electricity traveled through the steel staff and passed to Pearl's steel shield. Pearl suddenly began to stagger from the electricity flowing through his body, but he gritted his teeth and stayed on his feet.

He charged at Lex with his flaming shields, but Lex was faster than him and easily got out of the way and landed his staff on the back of his head. This time he ate the voltage right into his brain. Smoke started to come out of Pearl's mouth. His eyes turned white then he passed out or, more likely, he died.

At the same time, Kreegan was having a hard time beating Don Krieg. He was not a level 4 for nothing. He was worthy of his Foul Play nickname. His body was full of hidden weapons and poison. His spearmanship was good too. People didn't call spear the king of weapons for no reason. Kreegan had a hard time coming close to him because the fcking spear exploded every time he made contact with its head.

Strength-wise, he was as powerful as him, and Kreegan was a bit faster, but Krieg was able to keep him at bay thanks to his spear. Kreegan opened the distance between them and used one of his fastest attacks.

"Nigiri: Hirameki (flash)"

He dashed at Krieg and was just about to cut his left arm, but Krieg swung his spear around his neck and attacked Kreegan's head. He knew he couldn't dodge this attack, and he tried to give flesh to take bone. Seeing that Krieg was going for his head, Kreegan pulled his swords to use them for defense, but at this second, his shield spell ran out of time.

It was unfortunate, but Kreegan had no chance but to grind his teeth and take the hit. As soon as the sword and spear touched each other, Kreegan was caught in a massive explosion and flew backward. There was a large slit on top of his left eye, and blood was constantly running into his eye. The explosion had caused burns all over his body too.

Seeing this, Krieg started to attack Kreegan from the left side. He was ruthless and powerful and started to push Kreegan back. Kreegan's mind wandered momentarily to Kuina, Zoro, and Old Man as he got hit by these blows. The Don Krieg he knew was not this powerful; the weak Luffy even beat him.

But then he remembered he beat Krieg when he was older, and he was injured from constant fighting against the Marines. What Luffy fought was definitely not this Don Krieg. He was not a broken and lifeless husk. He was full of power and confidence, and a ruthless mind fueled all of this. He only attacked his left side most of the time, but when he got used to his attack, he would change patterns to throw him off.

He wasn't unbeatable like Smoker was, but he was powerful. Maybe as powerful as a Lieutenant Commander rank people in the Marines. Kreegan's eyes shone with an unnatural light. He started to smile creepily. Seeing this, Don Krieg hesitated for a second, and at this moment, Kreegan again used Nigiri: Hirameki (flash).

This time he was targeting his torso and also spending one of his arcane pools to use Perfect Strike, boosting his attack. This blow had not pierced Don Krieg's armor but had made deep dents in the steel armor. The blow obviously hurt Don Krieg, but Kreegan's eyes were gleaming with an ice-blue aura. He was mumbling something.

"Not gonna lose, not gonna lose, not gonna lose..."

He was moving at unnatural angles. His attacks were coming from all over the place. Krieg swung his spear with all his might and tried to open the distance between them. Kreegan, who took the blow and flew backward, suddenly regained consciousness, and his eyes focused again.

His whole body was crying in pain, and he felt like someone had tried to grab him by the arms and legs and then stretch him. He stared at Krieg and, for the first time, saw fear in his eyes. He thought, what the hall was going on? Krieg stood defensive rather than attacking. Kreegan realized he just passed out and was fighting like that. He stabbed Yubashiri into the ground and slapped himself hard.

Seeing this, Krieg was thoroughly confused. Realizing this, Kreegan charged toward him at full speed and threw Ichinami at Krieg within 3 meters of him. Not expecting this, Krieg deflected the sword in a panic, and when he succeeded, he thought that Kreegan was without a sword and laughed slyly, but Kreegan summoned Yubashiri, who was stuck to the ground at this moment, and to his amazement, not understanding how this could happen, he got slashed deeply on his left leg.

Swinging his spear towards the ground, Krieg lashed out for life, causing both of them to fly backward as the spear exploded, but at this moment, Kreegan was not going to give Krieg any time to respite. Summoning Ichinami into his hand, Kreegan raised both swords over his right shoulder and slashed with all his might.

"Perfect Strike, Nanajuni Pound Ho (72 Pound Phoenix)"

A spiraling compressed air rushed toward Kreegan and slashed him in his chest. He was pushed back more, but this time too, his armor protected him. Kreegan threw Yubashiri at him. Krieg deflected the sword, and this time, he was ready for a slash; but Kreegan was not there. From the side comes a spiraling sword energy.

"Perfect Strike, Sanjuroku Pound Ho (36 Pound Phoenix)"

the flying sword attack hit Krieg at his waist and threw him to the ground. Kreegan summoned his sword back and used Nanajuni Pound Ho (72 Pound Phoenix)again; his body was screaming in pain. 72-pound phoenix was a hard technique to pull consecutively.

Seeing this, Don Krieg grabbed the lying Gin and used him as a shield, this time escaping the blow. The armor might protect him from the slash, but the force still hit him like a hammer. More than one of his ribs must have been broken. He was having difficulty breathing.

Gin screamed in pain, and Don Krieg threw him at Kreegan like a sack of potatoes. Kreegan couldn't get out of the way in time, and Gin fell on him. He was trying to throw Gin to the ground when a great pain pierced his right shoulder. A hidden sword coming out of Krieg's right gauntlet stabbed Gin through his back and managed to land a hit on Kreegan's right shoulder.
