Lenna's family

Dreb's POV

I was about to go to Crystal when suddenly I received a call from Lenna.

"hello? What's wrong?"

"I invited my parents here to go her rin Manila."

"okay,"

"please go home now, I'm not feeling well."i ended the call and text Crystal I had an emergency.

I got home and saw Lenna on the sofa. She's hot as fire, I carry her to her room and handed some medicine for her.

Morning came and she was finally okay. She called her family and I gave them plane tickets to attend our wedding.

"thank you for everything Dreb" Lenna hugged me and smiled at me.

"you're welcome"

I fixed myself and said my goodbye to Lenna and went to the mall. I was at the mall when I saw some children outside my mall.

They were homeless children and it touched me. My heart aches when I saw them. I pity them, they looked so dirty and I think they're smelly. I smiled and walked towards them.

"hey, kid? Are you hungry?" I asked one of them and he just nodded.

"come here all of you, I will buy some foods to you" they all gathered and follow me inside the mall.

Were inside the mall, and everybody looking at them. They were five of them, they were amazed on how huge is the mall. They looking corner by corner and they were smiling.

I brought them first to my office and told my nanny to take them a bath and I looked some clothes for them. After that, I pay and went back to my house. I give the clothes to my nanny and she give it to the children.

They were all dressed up and I was so happy to see them smiled. It puts a very wide smile on their faces and it makes me so happy.

Were outside my office and I brought them to a restaurant and gave them food.

"you can eat now" they looked at me and started to eat. They were like as wild as an animals. I think they were very hungry. After they eat, I pay the bill for them and they thank me.

"thank you sir," one of them said and I smiled.

"your welcome, and by the way here" I handed a some amount of bill and gave it to them.

Tgey said their goodbye, they waved at me and happily walked away.

I went back to my office and saw some people looking at me. "what's the matter?" I asked my assistant.

"they were just stunned and amazed on what did you do to that children. I'm so happy for you boss, you're so kind and gentlemen. I know you're wife will be happy to be with a guy like you" she said happily and I remember  Lenna's family are now at the airport. I hurriedly pick up my phone and saw Lenna missed calls. It was a 30 missed call. I called her but no one is answering.

I went home hurriedly and saw a white van in front of the gate. I hit my head and feel stupid and useless. I went out the car and went inside the house.

Lenna is now busy cooking some food while her family is in the living room. I was at the door and I walked towarss them to greet them.

"good morning sir, good morning mam. I'm Dandreb Mendoza. Lenna's fiancé" I introduced myself to them politely but her mother gave me so much a weird and serious look.

"How irresponsible you are, you know we have been waited for you over how many hours. And-"

"mom" Lenna stopped her

Lenna walked towards me and smile. "sorry my mom doesn't know that you have so much work to do."

"it's okay, I'm gonna go to my room now" I leave them and called my nanny to came here in the house.

I finished taking a bath and went downstairs. I was at the living room and while Lenna's parents are on the garden. I helped my nanny to cook some food and take them to the garden.

I put the food on the table, as I put it Lenna's mom look at me fiercely. "are you rich?" she suddenly asked me that.

"mom" Lenna shouted to stop her mom.

"it's okay Lenna, and yes mam, I could say that I'm rich. I have a mall here in Manila. My mall is one of the famous mall here" she smiled at me but she still looks so fierce.

"then, that's good to hear. You know what, Lenna has no job. And you can give anything to her"

"I can give her anything she want"

"then it's good then. You can marry her. Next month is the wedding right?"

"yes mam"

"you can call me mom now"

"okay mom" I faked my smile and I just wander I have a bad feeling about her mom. Her father died, her mother and 1 sister and 1 brother is here.

The three of them will stayed at my house until the wedding is done. After that, they will go back to their home.

It's 8pm now, and we are resting now. Me and Lenna share one bed, Lenna's room was being used by her family.

Lenna was laying on the bed and I was at the bathroom. I finished taking a bath and went straight to bed. I looked at Lenna, she is now sleeping.

I slowly go towards her and kissed dher forehead. "good night" I said and slowly close my eyes and sleep.

When I woke up, I suddenly hear a loud voice came from the living room. I get up and noticed the door is open, so that cause me to hear the voices.

"mom! Stop it" rush to get up and went downstairs.

"what's going on here?" I asked them and Lenna looked away.

"Lenna? What's the matter?" I asked her as I was beside her.

"She did not gave me money, I have to stay here without no money? Is that what you want Lenna? You took us here so you should gave us some" Lenna's mom said and I just sighed.

"here" I handed a 30,000 to her mom. Her mom took it while getting angry at Lenna. She went out the house. I looked at Lenna and tears fell out from her eyes.

"I'm sorry about my mom Dreb. I shouldn't let them stay here"

"that's okay" I hugged her and patted her back.

"Lenna, could you please stop your drama?" one of her sister said to her.

Lenna stop crying and faced them, "what do you want now ?"

"money of course"

"here,  don't do like that again. Especially you're at my house" I said to her but she just ignore me.

She walked out and leave the house. "I'm really sorry Dreb, they had to do that" I looks embarrassed but I just smiled at her for her to be relieved.

"that's fine, I can give all you want. And I'm gonna just let this flop because this is soon to be my family too. After the wedding, we can Lived happily together here. Just the two of us"

"yes I know that and I would be happy"

I smiled at her and said goodbye and I will go to my mall. I had a feeling her mom would go there and used my name.

I arrived at my office when suddenly my assistant came to me.

"Sir, we have problem"

"what is it?"

"there's a girl, who said you told her to get what she wants. She used your name and hand some photos that you were her sisters fiancé"

"let me talk to her"

I was on my office when Lenna's sister enter. She even make a smirked at looked at me. She sit down in a improper way and she looks angry.

"what do you want now? I gave you money already. Why are you making such scenes here in my mall?"

"because I want to get anything inside your mall. I want it all and if you don't gave it to me. Will bring Lenna back to our home" she even treathen me but actually I'm not worried.

"If you do that, just do it. Just stay away from here" I said and call my guards to not let her in in my mall.

I have a feeling Lenna's family will get me into troubles. I can't imagine I put myself in this kind of situation.

I think my heads aching while thinking about Lenna's family. I was so stress right now, I have them money but why did she want more?

It's 6pm and I was about to go home when suddenly I received a call from Crystal.

"Crystal?"

"let's talk about Mellisa"

"I know, I'm sorry I forget about it. I just have some some matters to do."

"that's okay, let's meet up"

I went to the address she sent me. I was there at the place and I get off the car.

I saw a house in a very dark place. "just come here inside" she texted me and I went inside.

I was inside the house and saw Crystal I hugged her because I missed her. She was like an older sister with me.

"how are you?" she asked me as I let go of the hug.

"I'm okay, and I have something to tell you" I said and took a deep breath and looked at her eyes.

"what is it?"

"Andrea's alive"

She was so shocked and her eyes were in tears.

"where is she?"
