A night with my buddies

Dreb's POV

"where is she?" Crystal asked me while looking at me seriously.

"I think she had an amnesia, she even not know me. And the worst part is, she's with someone else" I was sad while standing in front of Crystal.

"let explain to her. Come on"

"but, I'm getting married with another woman." she look so shocked at can't believe what I'm saying.

"i don't know the two of you have gone through a lot. I'm sorry for not being there for the both of you"

"it's okay Crystal, the important thing right now is, she's alive."

"yeah, that's good. By the way, I found her mom and her brother."

"where are they?"

"As I left the house of Andrea and sell it. I used the money to hired some men's and bodyguards. I have also build an agency, a secret service agency. With that money, I have been through a lot until I found Mellisa. I track her all calls and and locate her location"i just nodded and continue listening to Crystal.

"I was about to enter that warehouse when suddenly it blew up"

"what happened? What happened to them?"

"that's my mission for now. Me and my men's are locating Mellisa. We didn't found a body or what. So we have guts, her brother and her mother are still alive. I think she will use to Andrea to get all she wanted to get"

"we have to find her, and protect Andrea no matter what."

"I take care of that. Just prepare for your wedding first. I will take care and explain everything to Andrea"

I smiled and sighed. "Okay, thank you for the information. Call me if something happened"

"I will, take care and don't let anyone know about this place" I nodded and went inside the car.

Before I start the engine I looked again at the house. Its a remote control house, the house went underground for safety purposes.

I looked again and it's empty, it's just look like a ground right now.

I started the engine and start driving. I was driving when Lenna called.

"Lenna? What's up?"

"let's talk, I will wait for you in the house"

"okay, I'm on my way there"

I get nervous when she called and o faster to drive. I arrived at the house and went inside. I saw them sitting on the living, their eyes are just looking at me in a fierce way.

"what's going on here?"

"why did you do that to my sister Dreb?"

"what are you talking about?"

"you insulted her in your own mall? I thought you love me? I thought you will liked them?" Lenna is so angry at me right now.

"you don't understand Lenna."

"what really happened then?"

"she's making a scene there. She's using my name to get all the stuff she wanted. She even block mail a sales lady. I can't let that happen especially they are my future family. I can't even hold that"

"but that doesn't mean that you have to insult her."

"you see Mr. Rich man? We will do anything we wanted to do."

"if that's what you want? Then go ahead do whatever you want but not here in my house." I walked away and went to my room.

"Dreb" Lenna shouted but I continued to go in my room.

"what just happened?" I asked myself. I lay my head on the headboard on my bed and look at the windows.

I took a very deep breath and took my phone out my pocket. I searched for Andrea's number and call her.

"the number you have dialed is either unattended or out of coverage area.toot"

She's not answering or maybe she got a new number. I have no one to talk to but myself alone.

I decided to call Aly and finally someone I can talk to.

"Aly?"

"bro? Long time? How are you doing?"

"I'm not fine"i said in a low tone.

" let's drink? "

" okay, I will be there. Call Davis for me"

"okay" I ended the call and went off to my bed. I got my jacket and went downstairs.

Lenna was still in the living room and was sitting. I looked at her but I did not say a thing.

"where are you going Dreb?"

I stopped walking and put my jacket on and walked again.

I started the engine and drive.

I arrived at the bar where Aly texted me. I enter and saw a lot of crowd here. I saw Aly sitting on a corner while he's on a phone call.

I walked towards him, "Aly"

"bro" he stood up and hugged me.

I smiled as I sit down. "so what's wrong?" he asked me and I looked at him.

"let's drink first."

"okay, take it easy, Davis is not here yet"

"Bro's" Davis shout at us and waved to us. He walked towards our seat and sit down.

We order our drinks, I just drinks some champagne.

We started drinking, after so many drinks. I feel dizzy and I think I'm now drunk.

"I can't take this anymore. I feel exhausted and I will get married soon to another woman." I started to tear and I can feel my heartbeat so fast.

"that's okay bro, we're here for you." Aly and Davis patted my back as I lean  my head on the table.

I suddenly felt asleep and didn't notice it was dawn when I was awake. I saw Aly and Davis on my side and still sleeping.

"bro?"

"uhmm?" Aly answered while he was sleeping.

"Let's go home"

"I called Andrea, don't worry she's here to pick us up"

"okay" that's all I answered and fell asleep again.

"they're here mam" I heard someone said and I started to opened my eyes but all I can see is a blur woman infornt of me.

Someone take us to the car and I didn't know what happened next.

I just feel my head is so wet right now I don't know but I slowly opened my eyes and saw Andrea wiped my head with a wet towel.

"Andrea?" she suddenly stop up but I hold her hands.

"let go of me"

I pulled her towards me and kissed her. She slapped me so hard and walk away from me.

I hold at my cheeks because it was so painful.

I went outside and saw Aly and Davis on the kitchen eating. Andrea is also there but she didn't talk to me and just ignore me.

"good morning bro" Aly and Davis said and waved at me.

I sat down and start eating the soup that made by Andrea.  I was eating when suddenly Aly and Davis speak.

"you recognize us right?" Davis asked her but she just shook her head.

"no, I didn't recognize you but I know Mr. Mendoza because of business. And I saw you three there and you all are so drunk. I help you out. That's all"

"by the way Andrea, let's go together at Dreb's wedding" I almost choke up when I heard it.

"Congratulations Mr. Mendoza, I'll try, I have some trip to US I want to visit my friend there"

"aw that's awful, we want to see you there"  Aly and Davis pouted at Andrea. She laughed and it makes me laugh too.

She looked at me and the wide smile fade in her lips.

"I'll try guys, and leave if your done eating. I'll go to work" she was about to leave when I hold her wrist.

"wait,"

"uhmm?"

"I'm sorry"

"sorry for what?"

"for everything"

"I don't get you Mr. Mendoza just leave if the three of you are done here. And tell my driver to drive you home." she said and leave.

"what's that about bro?"

"she has an amnesia, I can't get her back because I will be married soon. And of course she's happy with her man"

"aww, that's okay bro. Just be happy with Lenna."

"but I think her family is too much for me. I can't handle them. I gave everything they wanted but it's not enough for them"

"just be careful on every move of her family. Because maybe someday you'll loose everything because of them" Aly gave me reminder. I just nodded and continue to eat.

When we finished eating, we leave her house and went to our own houses. I hugged them both as we parted our ways. It's a very long time since I saw them. I really missed our old days together.

I was outside my house but before I enter I sighed and took a deep breath.

I was inside the house and saw Lenna was on the sofa sleeping. I looked at her and walked towards her. I touch some of her hair and that cause her to wake up.

"Dreb? Where did you sleep last night?"

"I was with Aly and Davis"

"who are them?"

"they're my friends. You'll meet them soon, I invited them to our wedding" I answered weakly while have a poker face.

"you okay?"

"you know that I'm not. I just go take a shower" I went to my room and take a bath before going to the mall.
