Mu Corp's New CEO

3.30pm. City S International Airport.

From afar, a private plane with Mu Corp logo can be seen descending on the airport runway and taxing before it came to a complete stop at one of the private hangar. Moments later, the plane's door opened and four men descending the stairs while joking and laughing. A driver in white uniform greeted them and bowed forty-five degree before he opened the back door of the limousin. After they had settled themselves comfortably, he closed the door and got into the driver's seat and drove away.

"To the Mu Corp," one of them instructed.

"Yes, Sir".

"Can't believed that you'll readily assumed the CEO position the moment you coming back to the country."

"True. I even thought he'll stay abroad forever with how he's doing thing."

"Poor Chairman Mu".

"Hey..hey..hey..I'm not that bad okay. I just enjoyed my freedom. It's all because of you," he sulked while pointing towards a man whom leisurely sipping a glass of wine.

The said man just raised his eyebrow.

"It's because you decided to move your headquarter here and your family also moving here. Hmmpphh!", he harrumphed.

"What does it has to do with our decisions?"

"It had everything. Our family were good friends before generations. So, my father thought it was a wise decision to threaten me so I would resumed his position."

"So?" Another man questioned.

"I don't see any connection there." Another quipped.

"There is. When my father heard from his father that they are moving here permanently, that old man asked me to take over his position so that he can spend more time with your father, doing whatever they are planning. I declined. Then your father decided to bragged about your achievements 'my son this..my son that..' which enraged him. Thus he has threatened to disowned me. Hey..it's really unfair. So, overall it was because of you, you.." He exclaimed.

The two men were laughing out loud when he finished blabbering. While the other just smile smugly while patting his chest proudly.

"Hey, you're already 29 years old. It's justified your old man decision. Let him rest, Micheal."

"Right, I agreed with Jason. Maybe you should also give him a grandchild to make him more happy," Calvin jested.

"Uhh..I still loved my single life," Micheal replied.

"You should asked Danial, as he already has a fiancee," he continued.

The three of them turned to look at Danial, who was swirling his wine glass.

"What? I don't have any interest to fathered a child. I'm a busy man."

"Tsk..tsk..tsk..poor Bella. She must be sad if she hear what you have said," Micheal said.

The three of them continued to bantering among themselves, while Danial just quipped here and there. If only they looked out the window for a couple of minutes after the green light, for sure they'll be surprised to see the woman who drove passed them from the opposite direction. How unfortunate.

Fifteen minutes later they arrived at Mu Corp. The driver parked the limousin in front of the lobby and rushed to open the back door. He bowed when they alighted the car. The sight of the four men attracted people around the main lobby. They whispered and asking who they might be.

They saw a man with dark brown and short curly quiff hairstyle took out his phone and called someone,

"I'm here"

and directly disconnected the call. He looked dapper in his navy blue suit. The man next to him sporting a brown suit and looked smart with crew cut hairstyle. The third man with grey hair wore a silver suit and had short blowout haircut with tapered sides. He had a pair of black studded earring on his ears. While the last man with 'king's aura' sporting a low fade haircut in medium style and all black suit.

Few minutes later, they heard the elevator's door opened and rushing footsteps could be heard coming towards the lobby. They saw their vice-CEO and some directors stood straight and bowed at forty-five degree towards the gentlemen.

"Welcome, CEO Mu. I'm very sorry for the lack of the hospitality. We had an urgent meeting just now."

They heard Mr. Liu politely speak to the first man. When they heard how he addressed the man, they felt shocked and quickly bowed and greeted them.

Micheal just waved his hand.

"It's okay. It's not my official day as the CEO. Show us the way," he said with a polite smile.

Mr. Liu quickly walked forward and pushed the open button of the VIP elevator and they all followed after him while the directors riding the employees elevators.
