The prince had the afternoon to relax. He was not back in the kingdom where he would have a fencing or sword lesson.
Here in the city he had all the time in the world to be by himself and finger things out. He had a lot on his mind that troubled him, on one hand was the older male who he was getting more and more attracted to.
And on the other hand was the mysterious man that he met by the pool. The man freaked him out and the worst part was that he showed his werewolf side to the man.
He wasn't sure if that was a mistake he would live to pay for in the future. The way them man behaved with him and his attitude was worrying. Despite finding out his identity, the male was not willing to distance himself bit rather her closer.
His demon was also getting tense thinking about this. It hated that man from how close the man had gotten to them. Only Ivan had that right and the stupid man only irritated him in touching him.
"I wonder who he is?" Ty asked out loud.
He had a feeling that he had not seen the last of the man yet. That his story with the mysterious man similar to his and Ivan's had only just started. And he was not in control to stop either of the two.
"What are you doing here by yourself?" a female voice questioned him. He turned around only to close his eyes from having come face to face with a naked woman.
Before he could ask what was going on, he felt the woman take his jacket from him.
"I am dressed now," the woman let out to him. Tyrone glanced at her to make sure she was telling the truth. He sighed in relief when he saw her in his jacket. Her body was covered and that was good enough for him.
"Were you out for a run?" he asked her.
"Roxy and yes, I Wolfed out a little to get some fresh air," she let out to him. "Why are you out here?"
"Thinking," Ty said.
She interrupted his train of thought by showing up. He leaned back on his seat with his eyes to the clouds. That little conversation had already exhausted him.
Being the king's lover, she had come to know the prince well from him. He sat down next to the prince hoping to have a chat with him.
Her relationship with the king was getting serious and he even planned to propose to her. That meant that soon their relationship will increase and having a good start wasn't bad.
She was going to be the new queen anf his stepmother. This was a great opportunity for her to get to know jim better.
"How do you find the city so far?" she asked nervously.
"It's fine," he responded.
"I hope you don't miss too much of home. We will return there soon when everything goes back to normal," she told.
Tyrone didbr respond to that, he took a deep calming breath to free his mind from worry. He frowned and turned his head to stare at the woman next to him.
At that moment Roxy had also turned around to look at him and there eyes met. Roxy gave him a weak smile which only increased his frown.
"Why do you have my father's scent on you?" the prince asked getting straight to the point.
Roxy gulped anxiously. She was not expecting that to come up or for the prince to link her with the king so fast. It was foolish of her not yo take a bath before returning from the woods.
She couldn't admit that she had gone for a run with the king and things got a little heated between them as the reason. So she played with her fingers trying to think of what to say.
Seeing her taking so much time to decide on the answer, the prince's furtowed brows deepened. He could think of many reasons that she would smell like his father but only one explained why she would go pale on hearing the question.
"Are you in an intimate relationship with my father?" he asked in an icy cold voice while standing from his seat.
His demon reflected his mood, it growled at the idea of the woman before them replacing their mother.
Roxane stood up from her seat to meet his gaze, sweat trickled down her back seeing how the prince had put the pieces together so soon. She had no idea what to say or do in that instant.
"Are you or are you not?" the prince repeated the question. This time stepping a little closer to her. His scary voice and aura made her a little scared.
"T...the th..thin..." she fell short of breath on how tense she was. The prince was not very pleased with her reply. It was not what he wanted to hear.
No one can be like his mother and that meant that no one can take what belonged to her. Not him anf definitely not his father.
"Are you deaf or did you not hear the question that I asked you," he questioned to her. He grabbed her and grabbed her arm, he tightened his hold on her that he was sure it would leave a mark.
"Prince!" Massir uttered rushing to them. He took Roxane out of the prince's hand and stood before to act as her shield.
He had not expected to walk in to such a tense situation and definitely didn't expect the prince to be in such an angry mood. He had cons looking for him to ask him about the person he was with in his room but found him with the soon to be queen of Xeris.
He just couldn't find a reason to explain what could have led to that situation.
"Stay out of this Massir," his demon uttered in a deep scary hoarse voice.
Roxy said her goodbyes to him and walked away.
