chapter 6 I’m getting out!

You probably thought I would be out of here by now. Well, no. I'm trapped here. There are invisible walls around me that won't let me out until I finish the book.

Why can't we just do the five-day thing like in books where I sum it all up quickly? But no, this is real life and I have to take my time. I hate this.

Okay, let's do this.

First page: The Riast Kingdom is a middle faction where all are welcome, but by no means does that make it a good kingdom. It has multiple houses that compete with each other. Houses are like army factions with different rules and beliefs. As long as it doesn't harm the kingdom, everything is permitted. The whole kingdom is the size of the entire USA. I know, right? So big.

For you, that was just a little bit of information, but for me, I had to read all the small details about what happens when a house collapses, how many houses have small groups, and so much more. You know what? You're so lucky. I hate whoever is reading this.

Let's continue. The Riast Kingdom has four pillars—the best of the best. They are said to be able to reach the sky with one hand. However, it's hard to say for sure since no one has seen them fight. If they did, it would cause a lot of problems for everyone, so it's a last resort.

All right, time out. It's been five days. Yes, all that info took five days to read. You should be glad you're not here.

16 days later

I'm back. I was—well, you know what, I'm not talking about it. So let's continue.

There are six powers that can be used.

First, there's light magic. This can be used by anyone if you believe hard enough in whatever god you want. There's more to it, but you don't need to know all the details right now, so let's keep moving.

Next, you have alchemy. This is where you use plants and other herbs to give your blood mythical abilities. It depends on you. Like the last one, there's more to it, but you don't need to know everything, so keep going.

Then, there's traditional magic. Not much to say about this one. There are different ways to use it, but it's all fundamentally the same. Don't worry about it too much, but good luck finding someone to teach you. I'm not stopping for you, so keep moving.

Next is blood ability. You should know what I'm talking about. If you don't, it's basically a unique power that you can pass down to your descendants.

Then, there's astral energy. This is what this place relies on. I'll get to it later.

The last one is hard work. If you put your heart into it, anything can be done. But keep in mind, you have to check if anyone else agrees with you.
