Journey Of The Crimson Demon.

What dark essence lies within Insanity's core? From whence does evil's infernal power emerge? What nefarious depths birth the essence of good? Where doth power's diabolical might find its source? What secrets lurk within the elixir of immortality? And who, in the realms of the infernal, holds dominion over these enigmatic truths? ………………………… Such inquiries, woven within the fabric of our existence, are the very threads that set individuals apart, each distinct in their perceptions and interpretations. ________________________ Arkan, a weathered soul hailing from earthly realms, finds rebirth in a realm of fantasy and wonder. Devoid of innate cultivation aptitude and bereft of fortuitous aids such as celestial systems, ancient mentors within enchanted rings(Grandpas if you may), or divine techniques of godlike stature, how may Arkan ascend to the zenith of cultivation and surpass even its lofty confines? _________________________ Note:- Although no cheats, plot armor will be present. How can anyone reach the peak without any plot armor, because if that were to be the case then everyone would be at the top.  And yes, I will use simple English in the novel, and unlike my previous novels this one has an editor. Yeah I know he is my friend but he is a professional with English Honors and some other degree, I forgot. And maybe, well we changed 1 or 2 chapters to a bit shakspear English, why? We were just having fun. Don't worry, I have removed the very difficult words and given out an explanation and a meaning for those so called easy words.(This paragraph is not edited, my friend asked for extra party for this one. So yeah. No editing from here on. Have a heatstroke while reading this.) Mc will get some op items but not so op that it gives him invincibility. Mc is extremely ruthless.(Not in the starting chapters.) Those who have read my novel [God's Era: An Error System] will find this novel darker than the other.  The novel is slow paced. But it's immortal novel, so it's fast as well. I don't really know what I am trying to say but yeah, it's both fast paced and slow paced. Depends on the situation. No Romance(Maybe, but not really but maybe) Thank you. ______________________________ (For further inquiries please visit my Review, I will answer all questions within a day or 2 at most.)

[10] Bloody Ascendance: Breaking Limits and Seizing Power!!!

Chapter 10:- Bloody Ascendance: Breaking Limits and Seizing Power!!!

Another three months had passed, and Arkan had broken through to Rank 2, Stage 1. He had been living in the Blood Demon Sect for five months and had just achieved Rank 2, Stage 1. Arkan's cultivation speed was a bit slower compared to the average disciples. On average, it took disciples about six to seven months to reach Rank 3, Stage 1. Arkan still didn't know how long it would take him to break through to Rank 3, Stage 1.

However, now that Arkan had reached Rank 2, Stage 1, he had many new ways to obtain more blood. He could rob those at Rank 1, Stage 1. Additionally, since he had become Rank 2, Stage 1, he could consume 20 liters of blood at once and cultivate twice a day. This meant that if he had enough blood, he could achieve Rank 3, Stage 1 in about a month.

Arkan stood up from under the shade of the tree and walked towards the resource hall. "How much blood do I have in my blood bank?" Arkan asked the disciple in front of him.

"You have 220 liters of human blood, but you can only use 210 liters. You need to keep 10 liters of human blood as a guarantee that you will continue to use the blood bank," the disciple replied.

Arkan nodded and said, "Very well, then give me 80 liters of blood."

The disciple nodded and handed Arkan eight bottles, each containing 10 liters of blood. Arkan stored them in his storage ring, which he had bought a few days ago for the cost of 50 liters of human blood. Normally, a storage ring would not be sold so cheaply, even if it was of the lowest quality. However, the disciple who sold it to him needed blood urgently, so Arkan took advantage of the situation.

Arkan concentrated on the storage ring and found it almost full. Truth be told, he really wanted to store all of his blood collection with him, but reality dictated otherwise.

Arkan arrived at his assigned house and took out two bottles, each containing 10 liters of blood. He drank both bottles until he was full. Then, he licked the spirit stone a few times and started to control the blood inside him.

A month passed in this manner. Currently, Arkan was beating a bunch of newbies, trying to snatch their blood collections. "What did you say? I didn't quite hear it. You see, I am a bit deaf in my left ear," Arkan said while breaking another kid's arms.

"I said I will give it to you! Please spare me," the kid cried out while begging.

"Yeah, that's right. I always knew you were a good kid. Now come with me," Arkan pulled the kid towards the resource hall. He turned back and saw around 40 kids. "You all too, follow me."

All the kids nodded and slowly walked towards the resource hall.

"So, how much did I get from those kids?" asked Arkan while seeing the kids he brought leaving with dejected looks.

The disciple checked his logs and answered, "You obtained 125 liters of human blood."

Arkan nodded and asked for another 80 liters of blood. The disciple nodded and handed Arkan eight bottles, each containing 10 liters of human blood. Arkan waved his hand, and all eight bottles were stored in the storage ring at once. Using a storage ring didn't require Qi; it required a strong will. So even a mortal could use storage rings with enough willpower.

Another month passed, and Arkan made another breakthrough. Now he was a Rank 3, Stage 1 cultivator. Arkan had complete control over his whole body as he desired. To reach the peak of Stage 1, he had to be able to transform his entire being into a blood cocoon and then reverse the transformation back to human form after absorbing the cocoon.

Arkan ran towards the resource hall and withdrew another 80 liters of blood. He sat in the lotus position, drank until his stomach was full, and licked the spirit stone a couple of times to complete his circulation. After a day, Arkan realized that he could now consume 50 liters of blood in one go and could cultivate three times a day.

Arkan nodded and ran towards his house. His goal was the Rank 2, Stage 1 cultivator who had bullied him earlier. "Hello, motherf***ers. Nice to meet you all. Now, will all of you obediently come with me to the resource hall, or shall I flex some of my prowess?" Arkan asked with a very sincere smile on his face.

The nine kids all looked toward Arkan, astonished to see that he had achieved Rank 3, Stage 1. After some persuasive talk with Arkan, all nine kids decided to follow him.

"Hey, how much were those nine kids worth?" Arkan asked once again, just so he could hear those sweet numbers once more.

"The Rank 2, Stage 1 kid alone had 995 liters of human blood in his blood bank, and the other eight had a total of 280 liters of human blood," the disciple answered with clear annoyance in his voice.

Arkan chuckled and took three bottles, each containing 50 liters of blood, in his arm, and stored 80 liters of human blood in the storage ring. Arkan found a shady spot around the corner and sat down to cultivate.

Another month passed, and Arkan had been in the Blood Demon Sect for eight months. He had diligently cultivated during the past month, and his hard work had paid off. He had finally reached the peak of Stage 1—the Limit Stage. Arkan's entire being appeared as though blood would leak out at any moment. His hair and eyes had already turned dark crimson, a sign of reaching the peak of Stage 1.

Now, only four months remained until his deadline, and he still had to enter Stage 2. Arkan rushed to the resource hall and arrived in front of counter number 4.

"Sir, I have reached the peak of Stage 1 and need the Stage 2 scroll of the Blood Demon Technique," Arkan requested eagerly.
