Echoes of Valor: Legends Unveiled

Reign took a seat at the table, trying to act nonchalant despite the whirlwind of thoughts swirling in his mind. Mia's gaze bore into him, and he could sense her curiosity and perhaps a hint of suspicion.

"So, did you find your swords and armor, it did seem to take you quite a bit to find them," Theron said, breaking the tense silence.

Mia had told him that Reign was coming and that he stayed back because he left his armor and weapons in the room and had to get them.

Reign nodded, grateful for the distraction. "Yeah, thanks to Nayle, they were in the bathroom for some reason, and well, there were other things there as well, so we had to get all of it outside, took a bit of time to do that."

Mia raised an eyebrow, her suspicion growing. "In the bathroom, that's quite odd."

Reign shrugged, trying to appear casual. "Yeah, we must have been really out of it last night."

"Anyway, how are you feeling this morning, Mia, you seemed pretty tired."
