Chapter Forty Seven

Ephraim,his aide and his twelve army went out to start their work in the black market for the day.They had used their magic to disguise and cover up their aura so that no one will recognize them.Their mission is to secretly find out about the witch portion that erase memories.

The portion has been becoming popular in the black market and also among the humans.The same portion was used on the thugs that instigated the fight between Euphorial and the humans back then in her kingdom's market.They are going to find out the witch responsible for it because he is definitely sure that it is not his father in-law but a witchy doing,his father in-law only sells healing portions.

They split into groups when they enter into the main market that deal with portions and magical items after passing through the other stores.

"What are you willing to buy,my baby is getting married soon so i want to sell my portions so that i can have enough time for her wedding" Charles said happily to the new people who came to his shop.

The disguised Ephraim turned to look at his father in-law and he smiled happily because of the remark he made.Damon and the soldiers who were on the other side of the shop also turned towards the man and they immediately recognized him as the soon ro be princess father looking at how happily their prince was smiling at the man.

Ephraim walked towards his father in-law with his disguise intact while his subordinates continue with their mission.

"Can you wrap up everything sellable for me?" Ephraim asked when he got to Charles shop.

"Yes wait a minute for me" Charles said before going inside to pack up the portions he have left.

"Thanks for your patronage" Charles thanked him once he had paid for the portions.Ephraim just smiled at him before leaving his shop to continue with their mission.

The soldiers and Damon who had been pretending like they didn't hear anything smiled at what their prince just did because of what his father in-law said that made him happy.

[Continue with what we are here for] Ephraim commanded his subordinates telepathically and they continue with asking around for the witch who sells the memory erasing portion.They later met with a man who directed them to the witch.

'Hello,what do you want to buy?' The male witch asked them when they got to his shop.

"We are here to buy the memory erasing portions you sell" Damon answered him when he noticed that his prince had started reading the witch mind without him knowing.

'Which grade do you want?' The male witch asked them

"We will like to get the best you have" Ephraim answered once he had finished reading his mind.

The witch gave the portion to Damon after paying him and they left the magical store.

Ephraim gave the healing portions to his soldiers to share among the black market beggars and to keep some for their selves.

Damon and Ephraim returned back to the inn when night comes and his aide followed him to his room to know about what he got from the male witch.

'What did you get from the male witch your highness?' Damon asked him when they got inside his room.

"Alice" Ephraim answered before smoking the tobacco he created.

'Since she was the one you saw that means that she is the one behind the portion' Damon reasoned while Ephraim just nodded at his words.

"We are just going to survey the black market tomorrow for any abnormalities since it is closer to the magical realm" Ephraim informed his aide of what they will be doing tomorrow.

Damon bowed before leaving his room because he also wants to feed.

Ephraim went to sit on the balcony with his coat that has Euphy scent in his hands.He will have to try another method since the one of yesterday didn't work.He will have to start drinking stored blood like his aide and his soldiers because that is the only thing he think would work.He made the tobacco disappear as he bring the coat in his hands closer to his nose and he breathed out in relief after sniffing his Euphy scent.

In the magical realm,Roith looked at his friend holding tightly the coat he had seen on his half sister on the day she went to the market with her sister in-laws through the magical crystal in his room.It seems his friend is now missing his sister.He clenched his hands in anger because he had seen what happened with his two eyes clearly between his mother's apprentice and his so called friend yesterday's night.If it had happened in his house in the vampire kingdom,he wouldn't have been able to see it because of the protective barrier around his house that prevents any witch from seeing what happens in his mansion.

He will never forgive him if he hurt his sister.He stood up on his feat to check up on his mother after he had stop the magic crystal from working.He intends to scold the stupid apprentice later when she comes back to the magical realm.
