hongjoong grabbed the knob and twisted it, revealing the portal behind the door. it was pretty looking, it resembled water a lot, but it was purple coloured. wooyoung reached for the portal with his hand, feeling the weird substance coat his hand. he scrunched his nose and took the hand out of the portal.
"it feels weird to the touch." wooyoung chuckled. "but I like it." he added.
"well then, should we go?" hongjoong smiled, slowly walking inside the portal, his body disappearing into thin air. wooyoung panicked a little as he saw the blue haired male disappear completely, looking around the hallway for him.
yeosang was the next one to step in the portal, smiling before he, too, disappeared. now it was just seonghwa and wooyoung left. seonghwa was ready to leave, but wooyoung stopped him by grabbing his sleeve, pulling seonghwa towards him a little.
"what is it?" seonghwa looked at wooyoung, a little puzzled because wooyoung seemed to be a little scared. "you're scared of this but flying a spaceship is no problem?" he chuckled. wooyoung whined and pursed his lips together. "let's go together, then." he suggested. wooyoung nodded slowly, seemingly relieved. seonghwa put his hand on wooyoung's shoulder to make him look at him."let's go together." he repeated.
"Okay." wooyoung nodded. the two of them stepped into the portal, and nothing happened. then, suddenly, they were surrounded by chatter and bright lights. wooyoung was pulled into a hug by someone, probably yeosang, who was relieved that they made it through.
wooyoung widened his eyes, surprised that yeosang would hug him without wooyoung asking for it, but he smiled nonetheless. "yeosangie, you're squeezing me." he coughed and was released by yeosang immediately after.
"sorry about that..." yeosang scratched his neck in embarrassment. "but now that we're at the capital, why don't you take a look at there?" yeosang pointed ahead.
wooyoung looked through the window and was absolutely taken aback by the scenery in front of him. it was very similar from a movie scene or something and it only made wooyoung more excited about cera.
it seemed like they were in a big, bustling city. people of all races, shapes and sizes were walking around, doing their own things and going about their lives.
"that's the hq, the big ass building right there." hongjoong pointed at the big skyscraper in the middle of the town square. "it's where I work." he added with a smile.
"it's also the home of the royal family, so not everyone is welcome there." seonghwa reminded hongjoong with a smile, to which hongjoong nodded.
