Ruhi descended below the bed, grabbing a towel as she directed her steps towards the bathroom.

Just then, the bathroom door opened, and Aahan stepped out with a towel draped around him.

He had just taken a shower, he approached Ruhi, greeting her with a hearty "Good morning, Biwi ji" and kissed her forehead.

Ruhi retorted, "Don't talk to me, Aahan."

" Are baba, banwa lunga tattoo, ab choti si baat ko kab tak badhaogi" He said holding her in his arms.

" hmm.." Ruhi hummed .

" Now go get ready, we're going out" Aahan said.

Ruhi instantly separated herself from him and " Aahan, how can we go out with the Babies." She said.

" Relax, we're not taking them" Aahan said tucking hair behind her ear.

" Biwi ji, have you forgotten that we live in a joint family" Aahan said.

" No but-" Ruhi was saying but Aahan kept his hand over her mouth.

" I'll go talk to mom , and you go and get ready " Aahan turned her around and made her walk inside the bathroom and closed the door.

He went inside the closet, and got dressed. When he went out of the closet, he heard someone knocking on the door.

He opened the door and saw anurag and Maanav standing outside.

Anurag and Maanav entered his room unabashedly. Anurag said, "Who takes so long to open the door? I feel like I'm losing my life."

Aahan replied, "You're talking as if the supply of oxygen comes from my room only." Anurag retorted, "Yes, what else? You've installed two oxygen cylinders in your room."

" Khabardaar jo mere baccho ko oxygen cylinder kha to, ye nere bacche hai, The Aahan Rajput ke." Aahan asserted.

"Hahaha, bol to aaise rha jaise inko apne garden ke ped se tod kar laaya hai. Mr. Aahan Rajput, they're not only yours but also Ruhi's children. Give her credit too," Anurag sarcastically remarked.

"Alright, enough of your banter, help me," Aahan said, ignoring their remarks.

"What kind of help?" Maanav asked.

"Baccho ko maa ke kamre me lekr jaana hai." Aahan said.

"Any special reason?" Anurag inquired.

"Yes, I'll explain it later," Aahan replied.

After that, he handed Aarav to Anurag and took Ruhaani in his arms. Then, all three went to Aarti Ji's room.

In Aarti ji's room.

" Maa, aaj ke liye bas. Aaj ka pura din mai Ruhi k saath akela bitanna chahta hun." Aahan said.

" Okay but why? You're leaving kids to me. Is there something special " Aarti ji asked.

" haan, maine bhi pucha tha. Anything special?" anurag said.

" I'm going to tell her about our past" Aahan said.

" Really?" Three of them said together.

" Yeah" Aahan said.

" Where are you taking her bhai?" Maanav asked.

" I haven't decided it yet." Aahan said.

" Do one thing, kisi aache se restaurant pe le ja" Anurag said.

" No no, not restaurant, wahan kaise baat karenge dono, kitne log hote wahan" Maanav said.

" Then, beach side. Our private beach" Anurag said.

" Bad idea " Aahan said.

" Aahan beta, meri baat sun, tu use pehle mandir lekr ja. Uske baad decide karlena kahan jaana hai" Aarti ji suggested.

He went to his room and saw that the bathroom door was still closed .

He quickly went inside the closet.

After a while, Ruhi came out of the bathroom and went inside the closet.She saw that Aahan was searching for something between her clothes.

" Aahan, what are you looking for.?" She asked.

" Are wo tumhari yellow saree kahan hai?" He asked.

" Yellow saree... why are you searching for it?" Ruhi asked.

" Choro, you wear this. " Aahan said giving her a yellow anarkali.

" Why are you obsessing over yellow?" she asked frowning.

" Qki tm yellow me bht pyaari lagti ho, meri mulgi" Aahan said pinching her cheeks.

" Aah.. Aahan.. it hurts." Ruhi said caressing her cheeks.

" sorry, now get ready fast..." Aahan said.

" okay " Ruhi said.

Aahan was still standing there, looking at her. And Ruhi was waiting for him to leave.

" What now? Do you want to say something?" Ruhi asked.

" Are you serious Aahan? Get out or else I'm going anywhere with you." Ruhi said getting angry.

" okay okay, I'm going, don't get angry." Aahan said and left the closet room.

Ruhi took off the bathrobe and wore the yellow suit.

She looked at herself in the mirror, observing her perfectly fine figure, she said to herself " Still like before. Koi kahega ki do baccho ki maa hai".

With a smile, she left the closet room.

She saw Aahan standing near the dressing mirror .

Ruhi saw him with suspicious eyes and moved towards him.

Pointing towards the chair, Aahan said, "Please have a seat, ma'am."

Ruhi advanced towards him and sat on the chair.

"Why this special treatment today?" Ruhi asked.

"kisi mahapurush ne kaha hai ki apni biwi ki seva karne se punya ki prapti hoti hai" Aahan replied.

"Oh, I see. Is this great sage by any chance Mr. Aahan Rajput?" Ruhi said, understanding his statement.

" You got it right. 7 croreeeee" Aahan said clapping .

" enough now, sach sach batao kya iradaay hai tumhare, what do you want? " Ruhi said wearing metal bangles.

" Nothing, I just want to spend some quality time with my wife and make her feel special "

Aahan said. He picked up the sindoor box from the table and said, " may I" .

Ruhi nodded, yes.

Aahan looked at her in the mirror , and then put the sindoor in her forehead. Ruhi closed her eyes, feeling his touch.

Aahan removed his hand and Ruhi opened her eyes to look at him.



" Tumhare maang me apne naam ka sindoor lagana mera sobhagya hai Ruhi." Aahan said looking at her eyes.

" Or apne maang me tumhare naam ka sindoor sajana meri khushkismati " Ruhi said .

They kept looking at each other for some moments.

"If you keep looking at me like this, we won't be able to go out today," Aahan said.

Upon hearing Aahan's words, Ruhi started looking around nervously, then she picked up her earrings and started wearing them.

"Are you going out in these t-shirt and trousers?" Ruhi asked.

"No," Aahan replied.

"Then hurry up and get ready, you were the one asking me to," Ruhi said.

"Yeah, right," Aahan said, he moved towards the closet but then stopped, looked at Ruhi, and said, "Keep your hair open, and wear nude pink lipstick," and then he went into the closet.

Hearing his words, Ruhi smiled slightly and then started getting ready.

As Aahan had said, she kept her hair open, wore nude pink lipstick on her lips, kohl in her eyes, and a small bindi on her forehead.

Ruhi was fully ready, she looked at herself in the mirror and then removed her own gaze. At that moment, Aahan also came out of the closet wearing a white chikankari kurta.

"koi meri bhi nazar utaar le, mai bhi kuch kam nahi lag raha," Aahan said mockingly.

Ruhi went to him and applied kohl behind Aahan's ears.

"Not too much, but you're looking good," Ruhi said.

" Itni feeki tareef" Aahan said with a sad face.

" nazar lag jygi Aahan" Ruhi said.

" Baatein banana to koi tumse seekhe" Aahan said.

" Ab chale, we're getting late na" Ruhi said.

In the main hall, everyone was sitting their, talking to each other, more like waiting for Aahan and Ruhi.

They came down the stairs and reached everyone. They sought blessings from each elder one by one.

After that, Aahan looked at his grandfather and said, " daadu, I'm taking Ruhi out, we'll be back by tonight."

Responding to him, dada ji said, "Thik hai beta, jao maze karo , or ek dusre ka dhyan rakhna"

Then, Aarti said, "Yes, don't worry about the kids, we'll take care of them."

"Okay mom, if the kids cry too much, you can call us, we'll come back immediately," Ruhi said.

Responding to her, Aahan's dad said, "Ruhi, dear, your mom has raised three kids, so don't worry at all. You both go and have fun."

Aahan went behind her and sat in the driver's seat.

"Ye kiss aap pe udhaar raha biwi ji, puri keemat mai jald hi wasoolunga" Aahan said. Then he started the car and drove away from the mansion.
