Brotherhood

Without answering her Henry turned around and left. Leaving the hall dead silent. The kids where thrilled by this development, it was not everyday that they got treated to such a show.

Henry walked back to his dorm in an bad mood, not fare behind him was the guard who grabbed his arm earlier. She was suppose to "escort" him out but it seemed more like she was his bodyguard.

Henry got to his dorm and by this time he had calmed down a bit, he glanced at the girl following him, he was so angry that he almost didn't notice her. He ignored her and just went inside. The girl awoke from her stupor and left.

Henry who had gone back to his room to take a short nap was suddenly woken up by the opening sound of the door. He looked towards the door and saw 3 boys coming in.

The door opened and a montly crew came in, the boys didn't seem to have anything in common. One of the boys Henry had seen before and that was the timid kid who was also late.

"Oh looks like we have a new roommate" A short boy with a muscular physic said. He looked like he kept in shape every now and than. His looks were average with blond hair.

Next to him was a boy who was wearing glasses, he was almost the same height as his friend but was a head taller. The boy was skinny and looked like he never even tried to hit the gym. His looks were somewhat better than his friends by ultimately still average. He had a cold and calm expression and his long black hair added to the tone. Lastly was the timid kid from earlier.

"Your the kid "get you hand off me kid" from this morning right"." Hi, I'm luther" The tall kid moved forward and stretched out his hand.

"Hi I'm Henry" Henry look at the kid smiling at him for a sec and responded with a handshake.

"Good. Behind me is Richard although he my come across as cold and mean please don't take it to heart as he means well and lastly we have Flynn. He's very shy and is very scared of new people but once you get to know him you'll love him." Luther said, the boys behind him nodded as if to great him.

"Now with the formalities out of the way, have you eaten already. The cafeteria is already closing, although It's not much but we have a few packs of noddles if you want some." Luther said. All the dorm rooms had a small kitchen connected to the room and connected to that was a single bathroom.

"Thanks but I'm still full" Henry said, he was still stuffed by the feast he had this morning.

"Let's quickly go take a shower before it gets crowded. You know how it is with Brody" Richard interrupted as he prepared his things.

Each dorm building had it's own public shower that was accessible to those students. This was the 4th dorm building.

"Right I recommend you join us as later things might be difficult"

Luther and the others grabbed their accessories and left, Henry also grabbed his stuff and left soon after.

Henry entered the steamy room and could barely see anything. The fresh air he brought in cleared the room a bit. The room that was filled with laughter and chatter a second ago went deathly quiet.

"Wait who's that?" Someone asked.

"I think I've seen him before" Another person says out loud

"Isn't he the kid from earlier today, you know, the one that got mad at the principal" as soon as that was said the crowd instantly recognized Henry.

"That's right he's our new roommate" Luther spoke up from somewhere in the room.

"Oh his new huh, I guess he was telling the truth earlier" The 20 or so boys greeted Henry with smiles on their faces. Their attitude changed as soon as luther spoke up.

"Anyway as I was saying, Monica definitely likes me, Why else would she do that" a boy shouted out loud

"Ohh shut up, she does that to everyone. She's just being nice, trust me you have a better luck with the guards outside her dorm room" another shout came from the other side of the room. Laughter erupted as the boys chattered.

"So this is camaraderie or maybe brotherhood" Henry thought as he listened in, for some reason he enjoyed this moment. The boys were talking about the events of the days and the whole atmosphere was warm not just because of the steam and hot water. Even Flynn who was usually timid seemed relaxed.

Just as they were finishing up the door opened and everyone turned their heads towards the door. Henry saw a large group of boys enter the bathroom in a grand manner as if to announce their presence.

"It's my turn now dip shits, get your loser asses out" A boy standing at the front of the group said. He was shorter than most of them and Henry felt like he looked familiar to him.

"Who's that" Henry asked, he was quite annoyed by the boy, to Henry the boy seemed arrogant, self centered and entitled. He that they wouldn't get along well.

"That's Brody, he's an arrogant bastard who up until recently was cold and distance. A few days ago he started rounding up people to join his crew. Although he said that he wanted to make our dorm stronger we all know the cause. Some rumors say that he is doing this cause one of the royal family kids asked him to so we don't take him seriously." luther appeared besides Henry and explained.

"He's someone's lap dog" Richard's added

"Let's go guys, we were finishing up anyway" Luther said, everyone's mood was already spoiled as the door was opened and the warm air had left.

As soon as everyone heard luther they all grabbed their last things, he seemed like the leader of the group and everyone listened to his words.

When Brody started "recruiting" people no one wanted to join him but after he scared a few boys into joining him, they went around and started beating up the kids and forcing them to join. When everyone was starting to get scared Luther stood up to defend those who couldn't defend themselves and those who wanted to came to his side.

"Che" Brody looked at the group with disdain. Before he completed his plans Luther came into the picture and created nothing but problem for him. He wanted to beat up luther so badly that he even dreamed about it but he knew that if he started a fight with luther the other boys who joined his side would join the fight. That would draw a lot of attention and that was the last thing he wanted to do.

"One of these days, wait and see. I'll wipe that smug expression off that stupid face" He thought as the group left, he looked at his newest member who was very big and muscular and a smile formed on his face.
