Chapter 7: Helping Aunty

So, after a few weeks of training to learn attributes, I finally finished learning all five of them.

Just like other times, I learned a few new things too.

There seems to be a specific way that chakra needs to flow in specific direction and through specific chakra veins to make the nature change in it. Atleast that's how it is in my case.

Earth attribute chakra is made by flowing the chakra from veins closer to the bones or skeletal system. The more contact with bones the better.

Water attribute chakra needs chakra to flow from veins closer to the blood vessels or cardiovascular system. The more contact with blood the better.

Fire attribute chakra needs it to flow from veins that are coiled in the muscles. That's where heat is created by twitching them rapidly.

Wind attribute chakra needs it to flow from veins closer to respiratory system or lungs. Same as water and earth, contact with the air inside the lungs is recommended as much as possible.

Lightning attribute chakra needs it to flow from veins closer or passing through the spinal cord or rather the nerves in the nervous system. The more contact, the better.

I have finished training in learning them a week ago. This past week, all I did aside from chakra control training, physical training and spending time with family, is training how to make the process of chakra nature change as fluid as possible.

I need it to reach the point where I can use any nature attribute whenever I want.

I may end up creating my own Kekkei Genkai from them. Heck! I can even create Kekkei Tōta like Tsuchi-kage's atomic disintegration jutsu or whatever it's name was.

But all that for later. I rather want to focus on the adaptability feature of my chakra. Just think about it. I can learn nature change so easily just because it can adapt to the surrounding energy, then what about quirk energy?

Exactly! Just as you're thinking! I can imitate quirks using my chakra as a substitute. Their application can be much more versatile in my case! Because I have control over the base energy of it itself!

The problem is, right now, it's out of my control. It adapts according to my will but at it's own pace. So I can just give it goal but I don't have authority to control the process.

It also requires quite a lot of time to adapt.

But hey, I've got [Quick Learner] with me! As long as it's something that can be learnt, I can and will learn it.

I've been noticing how after I trained nature change through using available elements in surrounding nature, the miniscule amount of nature's energy that I absorbed seemed to awaken some sort of hunger inside of my body. Not the food related one, but rather nature's energy related.

My body is constantly absorbing energy from the nature, nurturing itself while it mixes with chakra. My chakra also seems to be changing in quality. I assume at some point, the base chakra of mine itself will be as strong as senjutsu chakra of sage mode. Blessing is called blessing for a reason, I guess.

Vacation time is coming to it's end, so I need to enjoy this place as much as possible. I've got the second chance at life, I'm not gonna compromise it so much for power that I even forget about why I wanted that power in the first place.

By the way, I got my growth spurt finally! My height increased a lot these past few weeks!

Now that we're done with that part where I tell you of my progress, there's the conversation between my aunty and me that happened later. She initiated it by the way.

[ Tokiton: Gyakuji no Jutsu ]

"Ne ne, Haru-chan, I've got a question for you."

Aunty asked me in her usual cheery nature. Usual around only me and mom ofcourse.

"What? Am I in trouble?" I asked because of some embarassing experiences of past pranks she played on me.

"No, nothing of that sort. I wanted to ask, do you have the same limits as your father? About how he needed to understand the nature of any energy in order to use it?" She asked.

"Sorta? Not as much as he had but I still need to be able to feel that energy before I can control it." That wasn't a lie. You guys are witness of it.

" So, you can feel spiritual energy that I can see?" she asked, this time, with curiosity in both her expression and voice.

"Around me and others yes, but I can only control that's around me and that too only inside of my body. But why are you asking?" I replied.

"Ever since I awakened my quirk, I could see this energy around me and all the living beings. I never wanted to be involved in hectic life of a pro hero from the beginning. So I never sought after getting enough strength or control over my quirk. But constantly seeing something around you but not being able to do anything about it, that got me frustrated a lot. I tried to learn how to use it. But it never showed even a slight movement. Along the time, I got over it. But yesterday when I saw you using it, my curiosity that I buried under my age, came back. It's weak, but it's still there." Aunty replied.

She seems to be having a feeling of nostalgia. I decided that it's better to let her enjoy that feeling for a little bit and didn't talk. Just kept looking at her with a smile on my face.

This got me thinking though. She can see spiritual part of the chakra. Is it possible for her to awaken chakra? I don't think though. Kagura Heart Eye was trained enough by me to the point where I can scan anything that is in the range of it. If not then I can do that by touching the object of observation. Her body isn't suited to create chakra. But is it possible for her to move her spiritual energy with will?

I can do that because of the blessing and chakra. But what about her? I doubt she didn't try everything. The last thing she's lacking is creative thinking or intelligence. No way in the world would I even think that she didn't try everything she can. Hell! Imma just ask her myself!

"Do you want to try learning it now?" I asked.

"I would if I could. But it just isn't possible. I did every single thing to learn how to use it, it never worked." she replied with the same bitter-sweet expression on her face.

'She definitely wants to learn it, but she has lost her will to control it. That isn't the only thing though. She had that will before, yet she failed to control it. There's definitely some other way to do it. Wait! The Energy Redirecting Seal! How could I forget that one!'

I thought and couldn't help but let excited expression creep up my face, which aunty seemed to have noticed.

"What? Did you figure something out?" She asked with some hopeful expression in her voice.

"Yep! I sure did! If you can't do it yourself, we'll use out side source. My seals or 'inscriptions' as you like to call them, can help to train you to use it and also while you're training to do so, it can act as proxy to do some cool moves.

The only problem is, you don't seem to have much spiritual energy inside of you to squander it in training. It may even cause some adverse effect on you.

So there's a seal that I call Energy Redirecting Seal. As it's name suggests, it redirects any energy into a specific direction.

So what I'm going to do here is make some trigger seal, that will help you in triggering and somewhat controlling the operation of specific seals, then an Energy Drain Seal will be needed to modify in order to drain or rather absorb the and only spiritual energy that you expel out of your body over time and then store it in Energy Storage Seal.

This Seal will be connected with Redirecting Seal that can be redirected toward whichever part of your body you need it to be.

Once it's there, you can use trigger to use the seal that I'll modify to create a technique that relies of your spiritual energy. I can make it on a full sleeve glove, so it'll be safe to not get damaged by your own concentrated energy.

I'm expecting it to have some sort of mental damage attribute to it.

I wonder how you are even following my thoughts when I'm geeking out so much?"

I saw how focused she was, listening to every single word I'm saying. She had a smile on her face. She was genuinely happy about it.

"I didn't under stand a word of what you said." She said, causing me to frown a little. But I saw that she was going to say something more, so I decided to let her say it.

"However, all I get from that is that my Haru-chan is trying to fulfill my childhood dream!"

By the end of what she said she unexpectedly grabbed me and gave me a tight hug. That made me squeal a little because of the air that escaped from my lungs.

'So embarassing!' I thought in my head.

"Haru-chan is so cute! Tell me, you're doing this because you love me the most, aren't you? Say yes!" She said.

I know it's meant to be a joke but I'm not going to ruin her mood but I can sense Mom just outside the door. She came when I was rambling on about how I am gonna use the seals. Her body twitched a little when aunty asked me if I love her the most.

'I'm darn sure she knows mom's there!' I thought.

"You're the best AUNTY after all." I said laughing while giving the word aunty a little bit of emphasis. She definitely noticed it but I decided to do something that will offset the imbalance here. I kissed her on her cheek. Face Cheek ofcourse.

"I wonder where mom is anyway." I said to make sure mom listens to it and enters the room and changes the awkward atmosphere that's about to be built up here.

As if answering to my prayers, she did enter the room.

"Ara, what's this? You aunt and nephew seem to be having a good bonding time, I see." She can closer to me and sat right next to me and quickly took me in her embrace.

'Damn this little body! Not for long! Soon! Soon I'll be free from getting dragged in like a cuddle doll like this. I like it but I have to make sure to keep making sure of what I say around them, which now that I think, will hardly change. Growth spurt is not gonna help. Well, sh*t!' I thought.

Hmm... I need to make something that can be used as self defense for my mom. She doesn't need it right now, considering her value to the government, she's being protected in every single way possible, but I never trusted them enough. It's too easy to corrupt it.

I can make the same glove I'm going to create for aunty, but instead of draining energy from her body, it will drain nature's energy surrounding her. I don't know how she's gonna use trigger without any chakra or energy but I will figure that out later. One step at a time.

"What got you thinking so serious, Haru-chan?" Mom asked.

"I'm thinking about how I'm gonna get the icecream for dessert tonight." I said with a straight face, because that's exactly what I was thinking at that moment when she asked me the question.

Well that got some laughs out of them. Feeling good.
