While Max was confronting the Senator, Sam drove to Hell's Kitchen Area. Upon arriving, he went to meet Daredevil, reaching Nelson and Murdock's office. He approached the reception and asked to have a meeting with Mr. Murdock, aka Daredevil. The receptionist nodded and instructed him to wait as Mr. Murdock was speaking with another client. Sam nodded in understanding and waited.
After some time, Matt Murdock arrived and introduced himself.
"Hello, I am Matt Murdock," Matt said as he approached Sam. "How can I help you?" he inquired, gesturing for Sam to take a seat.
"Samuel Heats. It's a pleasure to meet you," Sam replied courteously before they both settled into their seats.
"So, how can I help?" Matt Murdock asked.
"Can I ask something?" Sam inquired.
"Please, go on," Murdock said.
"Are you really blind?" Sam asked, despite already knowing the answer.
"My actions may seem unconvincing, but yes, I am," Murdock replied without minding the question.
"Hmm, then how about I give you a pair of eyes in return for a single favor?" Sam proposed.
"I don't understand what you mean," Murdock said calmly, trying to hide any agitation in his voice.
Sam shook his head and said, "Tell me the location of the Hand."
Murdock raised his head and looked at Sam. "What is the Hand?"
"Ah, seeing him look at me in slow motion, I thought he would ask something more serious," Sam inwardly thought as Matt broke the serious atmosphere with just a few words.
"You may have heard of me, the Holy Knight," Sam stated. Matt acknowledged, "Yes, I have heard of you. So, what does the infamous Holy Knight want from me?"
"Didn't I already tell you, Daredevil? I want the location of the Hand," Sam reiterated, prompting Matt to aim his gun at him.
"Fire it, if you believe it can harm me," Sam challenged, causing Daredevil to lower his gun.
"It's true, if you are really the Holy Knight, then it is nothing but a toy to you," Matt acknowledged.
"I don't know much about the Hand myself. I only know they seem to be involved in slave trading," Matt said, clenching his fist. "I have intercepted some of their shipments, but they always find ways to get back those slaves."
"Hmm, will you go there tonight too?" Sam inquired.
Matt nodded, and then Sam said, "I will join you tonight."
"Okay," Matt agreed, and then Sam placed something on the table.
Matt picked it up and sensed it was a box. "What's inside?"
Sam laughed and said, "Didn't I say I will give you eyes? It's in there."
Matt nodded and opened the box, finding a syringe inside.
"A nanite serum," Sam explained about nanobots, and then Matt injected himself. After a few seconds, he felt a tingling sensation near his eyes. Removing his shades, he opened his eyes and looked around.
"I can see!" Matt exclaimed in amazement.
"But why doesn't it feel even slightly uncomfortable?" he mumbled, and Sam explained, "Those nanites are sending signals with low intensity currently as your sight center adapts to it. The intensity will increase."
Matt nodded and then put back his shades. "I would like to keep it a secret."
Sam nodded, and then said, "Would you like to join us?"
"Join who?" Matt asked.
"Our organization fights against extraterrestrial threats, and we are always on the lookout for talents. You meet the criteria, so will you join us?" Sam proposed.
"I would like to know more about your organization," Matt said, and Sam began to explain.
"If what you are saying is right, I don't think I can help you. I only have good senses, not any superhuman strength," Matt bitterly smiled.
"Strength is something we can easily give you. You just have to have the talent to utilize it," Sam shrugged.
"I will need some time to think about it," Matt said, and Sam nodded, promising to return at night.
As Matt watched Sam leave, he returned to his office to learn more about him, feeling a sense of pity that Matt didn't agree directly to join them.

"Hmm, make sure to leave an impression on him tonight," Max instructed Elisa after Sam reported what happened.
"Do you want him to join us?" Elisa asked.
"Yes, if he joins us, we can leave Hell's Kitchen area in his care," Max replied.
Elisa nodded and said, "I will do my best."
Max nodded and ended the call. "Aside from Matt, there is Danny and others too," he thought to himself.
"But Danny is yet to return from Kun Lun," Max realized.
Tap tap.
"Time for Iron Man 2 is coming too," Max observed his screen, which showed Ivan Vanko boarding the plane to New York.
"Should I intercept him?" Max pondered, considering how to legally take care of Justin Hammer, he let it go.
"Loki is currently in his villain phase. I can't even touch him, or who knows if the Loki from the future might sense something and come to fix it," Max thought.
As much as Max wanted to fight those cosmic beings, he couldn't yet utilize Cosmic Energy, the only energy which can harm another cosmic being.
"Even the Forces currently are hard to control," Max mused, recalling his experience with Black Ace, which could control Gravity Force. Within a few seconds of wielding it, his skin started melting, causing him to let it go. "I wonder how much stronger I have to become to wield these cosmic forces," Max mumbled as he looked at his squirming hand, which was regenerating.
Soon, his hand regenerated, and he stored back the Black Ace. Looking out the window, he gazed at the sky and mumbled, "I need more power."
