Chapter 30 : Xuan Family

"Interesting," murmured the head of the Xuan family upon hearing the guard who had reported that Yuan possessed his daughter Wu Han's token. "You summoned my daughter here."

Xuan Chao, the current patriarch of the Xuan Family, ordered a servant, who quickly went to carry out the order.

The Xuan Family's patriarch didn't wait too long, and usually, the maid with Xuan Wu Han, who had obviously just woken up, was still hugging her pillow.

"What is it, Dad?" Wu Han asked in obvious annoyance because it was her father who had woken her up from her sweet dream.

The palace garden was well taken care of, with many kinds of flowers, all neat and vibrant, indicating the great care they were given.

Soon, Yuan and Xiao Hua arrived at the main hall, where they were to be met by the Patriarch of the Xuan Family.

If someone else were in Yuan and Xiao Hua's place, they would have been nervous and wanted to run away as soon as possible. However, the two of them were extremely calm and confident.

"Nice to meet you, Patriarch Xuan. My name is Yuan," Yuan introduced himself and bowed respectfully towards Xuan Chao.

Yuan didn't mind paying respects to XuanChao, who showed him respect.

Xiao Hua remained silent and stood beside Yuan, her presence commanding respect from Xuan Chao, who understood that the strong held authority in this world.

Xuan Chao quickly directed Yuan and Xiao Hua to a luxurious circular table and sat down at it.

"The cultivator Yuan possesses great cultivation prowess," Xuan Chao remarked with a smile, sensing Yuan's impressive cultivation base. "May I know your age, Young Master Yuan?"

"I turned 18 some time ago," Yuan replied nonchalantly, not realizing that his age astonished Xuan Chao.

Yuan, unaware of Xuan Chao's thoughts, asked with a raised eyebrow, "Are you okay?"

At that moment, the hall door opened, and a stunning girl with black hair, black eyes, milky white skin, cherry red lips, and an attractive figure entered.

"Cultivator Yuan," Xuan Wu Han said, her lips adorned with a sweet smile.

"Miss Xuan, it's been a while," Yuan said, offering a light smile in return.

"I would love to hear," Xuan Wu Han replied eagerly, her curiosity piqued by Yuan's astonishing advancement.

Observing Xuan Wu Han's enthusiasm, Yuan smiled and began recounting his adventures of battling spirit beasts.

Not only Xuan Wu Han, but even her father, Xuan Chao, listened attentively to Yuan's tales, captivated by his words and intrigued by his exceptional talent.
