Everything went smoothly on Alex III's side, with him being immortal. Nobody dared to rebel or oppose his rule. 

With the Mountains and Rivers Alliance, his power was unlimited.

At first, most countries only obeyed him because he had the supply of UD under his control, but as time passed, everyone got used to him being the king of all. 

Alex III, for his part, didn't interfere with other countries much. There was no point. With him being immortal, the only thing left to do was wait for this world to become real.

Alex III knew this world and the star world were dream worlds. He knew it from the dream fog. 

He had plans about people with abilities, too. 

They were in the plan's third phase and were mainly helpful in accelerating the realization of the world. 

He ordered all countries to look for people with abilities everywhere. 

After lots of investigation, 927 people were found to have abilities. 

All abilities only work if people believe in them. 

Alex III already checked with the dream fog. Those abilities no longer work on him, even if he believes them. 

It's because he is protected by the belief of 80% of the population of two worlds. Well, now it's closer to 100%; no one doubts he is a vampire anymore. 

All of the people with abilities were placed in luxurious homes. 

Alex III isn't planning on imprisoning them. 

In the first place, imprisoning all those people with abilities is difficult. Killing them is out of the question; he needs their contribution to realize the world faster. 

Therefore, it's best if they could reach some agreement.

Jeff was a refugee from the Candle dynasty. 

After barely running away and taking refuge in the North Sea Kingdom, Alex III ordered people like him, who have abilities, to be gathered. 

He could have avoided them, but he obediently went there just to find an opportunity to kill Alex III.

Other nations thought of Candle's dynasty as people with mental problems. They nearly worshipped candles. 

But, Jeff had similar contempt for other countries. How could they not be loyal to the great Candle? It was their loss. 

Soon, he reached a vast hall. 

It was massive, able to accommodate thousands of people. 

Dimly lit with candles, Jeff gritted his teeth. 

They were disrespecting candles.

Soon, Alex III came in and went to sit on his throne, which was in a high place, lit by many huge, gorgeous, and bright candles. 

Jeff gritted his teeth, nearly breaking them. Drops of tears came out of his eyes. 

Those giant candles were looted from the candle palace, most likely the life candles of Candle's council members. Those candles are sacred; they should not be disrespected like this. 

After a few seconds, everyone quieted down and looked toward Alex III. 

A vampire servant called, "All bow down to his majesty Alex III."

Everyone bowed. 

Jeff also bowed. It would be too conspicuous if, among all these people, he doesn't bow. 

Alex III cleared his throat and started talking. "Welcome all! It is a great honor for anyone to meet me, Alex III! For you guys, who were poor and uneducated people, it's an even bigger honor. As a payback, you can join Alex Kingdom and start helping us! We will protect you, help you live here in peace." 

"People with abilities like you are rare. Let me tell you a story. One day, I saw a beggar on the streets. He looked poor, but he was richer than most people he was begging from. He was a member of the beggar gang. The same person gained an ability. If people believe him to be poor, they would die."

 "The man joined us in the Alex Kingdom and contributed a lot to the war effort against those evil Candle Dynasty."

Jeff was quite aware of the war between the two countries. He was sure nothing like that happened in the war. 

Alex III made all that stuff up! 

"What did I expect from a demon?" Jeff shook his head. 

He looked around and found someone he knew. It was a girl who could change people's eye color as long as they believed her. 

Her ability did not have that much potential, but it was still an ability. 

"Hi," he said hello to the girl. 

"Hmm… oh Jeff, how are you!" the girl, Julia, said. 

"Let's go somewhere Alex III can see us!" Jeff said with concealed killing intent. 

Julia said with concern, "Jeff, are you alright? I know you are from Candle Dynasty, so ..." 

"I'm fine," he said with a warm smile. 

Julia nodded with doubt. 

They moved as close as they could. 

At this time, Jeff shouted and gave a big bow. He said, "Your Majesty! Look, I'm going to perform my supernatural ability!" 

Alex III looked at Jeff with interest. 

The vampire guards were ready to take action, but as Alex didn't order them, they didn't take any action. 

Jeff smiled wickedly and waved his right hand. 

Julia, near him, screamed and, a moment later, froze to death. 

She didn't have any time to react. 

She completely believed in Jeff's ability, so she couldn't resist. 

Alex III looked doubtful. 

The vampire guards all looked with wide eyes. They didn't know the abilities of these people were real. Alex III kept them in the dark. 

With one more wave of his hand, the two vampire guards were frozen. However, vampires are different from humans. 

They broke the ice and, with 30% of the speed of sound, hit Jeff in the head. He dropped to the ground, groaning in pain; his plan failed! 

Alex III sighed and said, "Kill him!" 

His vampire guard was about to kill him, but another person with an ability came out and waved his hand. 

He was another refugee from the Candle Dynasty. His ability was Telekinesis. 

With his mind, he stopped the two vampire guards. 

However, vampire guards are strong. He could only stop them for a moment; the next moment, blood came from his nose, ears, and eyes, and he fainted. 

The vampire guards were about to complete their task when another person with ability came out. 

She was also from the former Candle Dynasty. 

"How many people from the former Candle Empire are here?" Alex III, who was annoyed, thought. 

Not completely destroying a sworn enemy had its issues; nothing like this would have happened if he had killed them all.

She was a girl with green hair. 

In this world, the natural green hair color doesn't exist. Hair color ranged from black to white. 

Some with golden and red hair also existed. 

But no one had blue or green hair.

 The new emperors of the Purple Empire all have black hair.

The girl closed her eyes, and the two vampire guards disappeared.

Jeff stood up, looked at Alex III, and waved his hand. 

Alex III smiled bitterly. 

Out of nearly 1200 people here, none came to his help. 

He wasn't popular. 

As for normal guards, he didn't bring any. After all, against people with strange abilities, normal guards are useless. 

Alex III felt a terrible coldness striking him. Soon, a thick layer of ice covered him. However, no coldness penetrated his body. 

Even though he believed in Jeff's ability, he was protected by the belief of more than 80% of the population of both worlds. 

He stretched, and all the ice covering him broke apart. 

The girl closed her eyes and used her mysterious power. 

Alex III felt a force trying to break his body apart. 

"I see! This ability can send me to other sub-worlds, but because I am protected, it couldn't send me," he thought. 

Alex III closed his eyes, and the next moment, three objects appeared in his hand. 

There were three heads. 

Jack and the other two people dropped to the ground and started twitching. They lost their heads! 

Alex III smiled and said, "Anyone else?" while pointing at the heads.
