"I would like this letter to be delivered in a day" requested Alfraed, entrusting the item to male staff.
"Certainly Mr. Logick, we will ensure the document arrives at the specified destination tomorrow" replied the staff who had been trained to remember the names of customers and received the envelope gently, he never forgot to provide a pleasant smile at all times.
For the staff, it was effortless to remember Alfraed because this particular customer just used their service not too long ago. And, he would never forget the two contrasting lovable kittens on the customer's shoulders. Furthermore, Alfraed was the rumored giant slayer, those making a living in the service industry like him would surely be able to identify him anytime.
