SNEAK IN THE HIDDEN
Stevenson reached the home, freshened up and was waiting for his father eagerly. After a while here the door knocked, he went straight to the door with his furious steps. "Here I'm, said Mr. Ryan" , then he entered the house and asked, "Yes son, Are you alright?" Stevenson replied, "I didn't invite you to have this conversation, I want to ask you something, (in a loud tone) he continued, "Are YOU alright, every next day I came to know about your some silly new stuff, You've made my life a complicated riddle, at that time (he looked close to tears). Mr. Ryan sighed heavily and said, "What's the matter, Be clear."
He told him, "I got to know this, You're a Step Father of Terrisa" , Now you tell me " WHAT'S THE MATTER?" Father replied, "Look child, I wanted to tell you all the things but you never wanted to talk, you're always rude with me son." He said, "Did you give me any reason to be polite with you?" Mr.Ryan averted his eyes then he took a deep breathe and spoke to him, "Stevenson, I married Miss.Rosie (Terrisa's Mother) two years back. I know it's hard for you to accept that but after your mother died, my life doesn't stop there..." Stevenson interrupted, "But my life stopped just after her last breathe, (he raised his voice) YOU MONSTER", at that time he fainted.
His father was tensed to see Stevenson fainting all of a sudden. He immediately call the doctor and put him to the bed, tried to make him open his eyes. Within half an hour, Doorbell rang. He stood up and went straight to open the door. "Come in doctor", he said. He took doctor to Steve's room. Doctor examined the child, then he gave him the injection. Afterwards he told Mr.Ryan, "Sir, the child's blood pressure was about to shoot, he's in stress. You've to give him very good care so this handsome will be healthy again. Mr.Ryan said, "I'll take care of him, Surely", he thanked the doctor and dropped him.
After some time, finally boy got to see his room, he slowly opened his eyes and in front of him, child saw his father was sitting. When Mr.Ryan saw his child just opened the eyes then he gently asked, "How are you feeling, Son?" He (With a rude tone and sick voice) replied, "I'll be better if this room can be empty." Father replied, "Look dear, I'm here till you recover and after that u'll have your empty room again." He loudly said, "Go away! Go away! or I'll break everything", at that time (he felt his throat closing up).
Mr Ryan sighed heavily, letting his head drop and gradually he walked out of the house with the disappointment on his face. Stevenson slept again with heavy breathe and tears in his eyes.
"After-all her son", Mr.Ryan told himself while leaving.
When he woke up next morning, saw the bright sun shining. He got out of bed and tried to stand but he felt very heavy that he fall right there. Somehow, he managed to stand again, then hydrated his self and said, "Am i done with life" , meanwhile phone started ringing. Its was of Terrisa's. He picked up and said, "Hi miss furious, Do you want me to puzzle you?" She replied, " You can't act normal, Never. Anyways, our exams are near if you are done with wasting your time, Kindly come to school. That straight four hour studies that we've done a long time ago is not enough for the rest of your life."
He replied, "OK, I'll come and guide you with the exam thing" (He laughed). Terrisa hanged up. Afterwards he tried to freshen up and prepare himself for the school. He with excited steps, leave the home for school. In his way, he was feeling a bit weak. As he reached there, he went straight to the library. There you're Miss.Furious, (with a smile on his face). She replied, "Are you here to study or for the silly conversation." He said, I'm here to study but according to my potential, As i don't wanna be on bed again.", then they both started studying. After 2 hours Terrisa said, "I think it's enough for today, or this time u'll be dead". Then they both walked out of the library, in their way, Stevenson asked her, "Would you mind if I use my brain in questioning you?" She replied, "I guess you have a photographic memory, OK go on with your silly question". He questioned, "What's the matter with my Father?" She interrupted, "I think you better ask your Father." He said, "Look I wanna know the truth, not his stories." Terrisa answered, "If you are really interested then here you go with the drama."
She sighed heavily and started telling him, "OK so very interested Stevenson, My Mother had an affair with your dear father. They both were in love (My mother and your father), they used to meet a lot. One day, I read my Mum's conversation with your father after that I was confirmed that something is wrong, she slowly added(I was broke at that time), My Father (biological father) was unaware of this all. But he noticed some behavioral changes, he was so good, (a tear rolled down her cheek) he tried to understand if something is wrong with my mother. After few days, here the truth revealed, he caught my mother on phone. He was shocked to know all this. At first he panicked, there was a huge fight between them, it was very disturbing. Another day, he talked to my mother very gently as he still wanted to solve and continue. They started talking like everything is sorted and there was peace back in our house. After a week, My mother used to be out almost everyday not for any particular purpose and whenever she's home, never talked with my father. It was like she is no more interested in my father. Everyday there was a new drama in our house (tears welled up, when she was telling that).
She started sobbing, Stevenson rubbed her back and said, "Miss Furious, It's okay we will continue this if you cannot right now". Terrisa replied, "I don't want you to miss the main part of the drama, then she continued, "In the middle of this drama, One day suddenly A guy came to our home (he was gasping) and he said, "Miss Rosie, I want to tell that Your gentle husband is no more, We saw him in an car accident but when we reached there he had already lost enough blood, we rushed him to the hospital but we were late and the Gentle man passed away." Terrisa further said I felt that there was nothing left in my life (she felt her throat closing up).
After sighing she continued, and here comes the another worst news that guy who told us about the accident came home again, and Mum was not at home so he told me the whole thing that he got to know that, A car on purpose hit my Father's car and he also found out the registration plate from which he's confirmed that "Mr.Ryan, (with disappointment on her face), "YOUR DEAR FATHER" is responsible for my (biological) father's death, and with deep breathe she continued, "You know what's the worst part? My mother refused to believe that when i told her, She started saying, "You're believing that because you never liked that Man and all the things which was hurtful enough at that time (sighed heavily) afterwards she said, "that's it."
So did you like my life or should I mention "A DRAMA", did you like that?"
Stevenson replied, "I'm shocked to hear the another drama of my father", but pretty acceptable (with regret on his face), then he added "I feel sorry" She interrupted, "No please, Don't feel sorry, If your father does not then why You?"
She further asked, "So What about your life? Mr. Lame Steve", Terrisa asked. He replied "My life, I want to tell you that there's one thing on which FINALLY we both agree and that is (he grinned and said) ,We both don't like that Man." She questioned, "Is he your stepfather too?" as there is no surprise in that thing.
He answered, "No that's not the thing, there's another case, My Mother (he slowly added), he was about to tell but sniffled between words. Terrisa said, "Its okay, Next time I guess as I've to tolerate you till our exams." He with a smile answered, "So Miss Furious, You can be nice as well."
She rolled her eyes and said, "I guess enough for today otherwise I'll be on bed this time, then she left (with a smile) on her face."
