Chapter 9 Weird day at school IV.

Kaile and Sophia ate their food quietly, their usual banter nowhere to be seen as they listen to the conversation around them.

''Did you also feel frustrated at the Genis scripture? I'm telling you it's clearly just a prank. Hahaha.'' The voice of a young man could be heard.

''I don't think so.'' The reply came, it was also from a young man.

''What do you mean Tom.''

Tom replied to the young man in front of him almost in a whisper, but loud enough for everyone that was listening to hear, at this point the dinner hall became awfully quiet, it was like a disease was spreading, everyone that can enter this dinner hall are genius the world has never seen before, but all of them are repeating the same thing.

That the scripture only angered them and nothing more, other than that mystical glowing name, everything else is just annoying to look at.

But now there is a person that just said otherwise, well he didn't say it specifically but his words can be interpreted that way. 

Tom, the one who said 'I don't think so' was suddenly put on the spot, pressure started to build up but who was he? He was the son of a general, how could he get flustered in a place like this. 

So he straightened his back, he didn't look at anyone in particular as he said this. 

''I Tom Flockmen, didn't feel annoyed when I finished reading the line.'' He declared like it was a divine message from god, an absolute fact that cannot be futed.

''You read the entire line!'' His friend exclaimed in surprise.

Not just him but practically everyone in the dinner hall as well.

''Well what did it say?'' Another person in the dinner hall couldn't help but ask. 

Tom looked around the room with a serious expression, it's clear he's not joking as he said his following words.

''It said @$#!%'' Tom's words sounded completely indecipherable. Nothing but gibberish came out of his mouth.

''What was that?'' His friend said again from across the table.

''@$#!%'' Tom repeated his words again, looking at his friend like he was an idiot, while thinking how could he not understand such a simple sentence.

His friend's face darkened as he shouted.

''Are you playing games with me?'' Other people in the room also feel the same as well, but not everyone.

''How could he even make that noise with his mouth?'' Sophia asked Kaile as they watched the scene from across the room.

''I don't know, but it's clear that the thing is dangerous. Look it's making the guy talk nonsense, what will it do next time, make him sprout golden sun-like wings, like a three legged crow.'' Kaile said in derision.

In the future, Kaile could only shake his head at his own words.

Tom finally couldn't handle it anymore, the stare of the surrounding people were getting uncomfortable, he felt wronged therefore he lashed out.

''I don't understand how you don't understand such a simple thing, it's only a said sentence!''

''Please repeat it.'' His friend said again.

''For the final time.'' Tom said.

''@$#!%'' The same indecipherable noise was heard, this time people were not mad at him. Just confused.

''I still don't understand.'' The friend said while scratching his head.

This time Tom didn't get angry, nobody here at idiots, how could nobody understand such a simple matter, it's clear something is seriously wrong here.

''Well. If you don't understand, I guess you don't, just understand...'' Tom said with a shrug.

''And how can I understand?'' A random person said.

''By reading the Genis scripture, that seems to be the only way.'' Tom said calmly as he stopped talking and ate his food instead.

Seeing Tom unwilling to continue, everyone got the message and stopped focusing on this matter.

Some people went into their minds to try to gain understanding as seen by their furrowed brows, and angry expression's, whereas others just either kept on eating their food or simply left the dinner hall, it looked like they had no intention of messing around with something so terrifying.

They are already rich and are currently living a good life, there's no need to mess around with things they don't understand. 

These were some of the thoughts of people that continued to eat or left like nothing happened to begin with.

Imagine a normal person hearing such indecipherable words, coming out from another normal person's mouth after he just read and understood some text.

You would have to be an adrenaline junkie in order to casually try to understand such a frightening thing.

What if after understanding it, you turn into a frog?

I mean, this guy named Tom is talking words that don't sound like they can come out from a human. 

So becoming a frog isn't something out of the question for these people.

The minds of geniuses can be truly different compared to normal people, to be able to reach such conclusions. 

If it was a normal person, even if they knew it could be dangerous or even if they heard the voice, at most they would think 'oh well it's just because I don't understand it.' but they would completely overlook the fact that a normal person couldn't make a sound like that. 

This is because a normal person, well actually any person seeks to improve themselves, now they have been given something so mystical, a person speaking unintelligible words.

What if after understanding it they can cast magical spells and such?

Under Such temptations, it's understandable the reaction between rich geniuses and normal people were completely different. 

So it's no surprise that in the future, the world changed in such a way that society was toppled over onto its hardtop.
