The King

Being King of the Gods was definitely not something I had thought would ever be a title I'd hold. Sure I was powerful, sure I knew exactly how to direct people in a way that was efficient, and sure I was technically already a 'Lord' but something I wasn't was responsible. Yes, I can admit it. I'm not a responsible guy, far from it really. 

I'm impulsive, prone to violence (when it comes to being insulted), and I liked being able to do whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. The thought of having to manage a whole kingdom made me want to disappear to my pocket dimension. Yet there I was, surrounded by the Olympians and their children looking to me for answers. 

"Hera… we need to have a serious discussion." 

"O- of course my Lo-" 

"Please don't call me that. Hera, WHAT THE FUCK!" 

I heard a few demigods snicker, Hestia began to lead demigods out of the throne room while the other Olympians either wandered off or lingered where they thought I couldn't see them. 

"I'm as shocked as you are Blake, I don't know why the Fates named you King." 

"Really?" 

"I swear, I-"

I sighed cutting her off, "I'll be back, I need to think."

Not waiting for a reply I teleported to my Pocket Dimension and stormed up the steps to my home. Selene greeted me with a kiss before noticing my foul mood. 

"What's wrong? Did something stupid and highly unusual happen?" 

I shot her a glare, "They made me King." 

"What?" Lena and Selene both responded at the same time. 

"The Fates appeared and proclaimed me as their king. I have no idea what the hell is going on and I'm pretty sure that some fuckery is at play." 

"Fuckery!" Cheered Luna and Aurora. 

I gulped, Selene glared at me, Lena hid a snicker behind her hand. The twins giggled as they ran circles around me while chanting the new word they had learned. I smiled placatingly at Selene who rolled her eyes. 

"So what now? We can just leave or stay here. You've kept your end of the bargain in dealing with their situation, you made no further promises." 

"That's just it, I don't think I can. Even now I feel this pull towards Olympus. I'm thinking the Fates have somehow bound me to their cause by naming me king."

"We were mere vampires before we met you, before that we weren't quite familiar with Greek mythology so Selene and I are near useless in this case. At least for information that is." 

I looked at Lena, then to Selene. A smirk grew on my face as an idea popped up in my head. 

"If I'm going to be king… then I'll need a queen." 

Selene looked at me puzzled before her eyes widened in realization. 

"Oh no, definitely not. You are not dragging me into this." 

"Too late love, you're already my life mate. Plus, what better place to have our wedding than the literal manifestation of heaven." 

"Blake, we don't know these people." 

"Exactly, I don't trust them yet and knowing them they'll probably arrange a marriage so that one of them is Queen and somehow influences me."

"Blake I don't know anything when it comes to ruling." 

"Not a problem, we'll go with what you do best." 

"What? Killing things?" 

"Sure, that and making sure that people don't step out of line." 

"How? I'm still just a hybrid. Powerful yes, but these are literally deities Blake." 

"Simple, I'm pretty sure I can make you two into goddesses." 

"You're including me in this?" Asked Lena. 

"Why not? You came with me on the hopes of rekindling a romance, what better place to start than by my side." 

Lena blushed, a striking contrast to her pale skin. Selene sighed as she accepted her fate. 

"Fine, what do we need to do?" 

I clicked opened my system and looked at my stats. It had been a long while since I last saw them. The changes were not too surprising to say the least.

Corvinus Bloodline:(Patriarch)

As a direct descendant of Alexander Corvinus, the founding father of immortality. Having consumed the purest of immortal blood from Alexander Corvinus you have risen to the head of the bloodline. Your blood, willingly given, can be used to create hybrids and enhance the strength of those who consume small amounts of it. 

Corvinus Strain Hybrid: (Pureblood) 

Being descended from Alexander Corvinus your blood has adapted to the werewolf and vampire viruses making you the perfect Hybrid of both species. You can still access your wolf forms due to your bloodline. You have also unlocked the racial traits of a vampire. Being a hybrid of both species you lack the weaknesses of either. Silver will no longer have any effect on you nor will sunlight ever burn you. As a pureblood hybrid you can turn others by feeding them your blood.

True Immortal: (Divine Essence)

You have ascended to the ranks of divinity. You are no longer bound by mortal necessity. You can not be damaged by anything except for divine means. Should you 'die' you will reform after a set amount of time. The more people worship you the stronger you become

Moon's Lover: 

Perk rewarded for reaching 100 affection with Selene. You gain a 200% boost to all stats under the light of the moon. Player also gains experience 50% faster in the same conditions. 

Limitless:

Through your efforts you have broken through your limits. For each level gained you get a permanent boost in your six basic stats. 

Divine Form:

All beings with divinity in their blood have access to a divine form. Their forms mirror that of their title, mortals who gaze at your unsuppressed divine form will turn to ash. Divine Form also allows you to shift your size at will, your max size is determined by your current divinity.

Magic: (HP Edition)

You can now cast spells from the Harry Potter universe. You are only limited to the spells you know, casting an unknown spell will cause a random effect to happen. Spells are as strong as however much MP you put behind each spell. Spells cast with wands are more precise and accurate. Wandlessly cast spells while powerful are less accurate and consume more MP.

Way of the Wolf (Sword Fighting Style)

A fighting style taught to the Witchers in Kaer Morhen. This sword fighting style utilizes acrobatics and unconventional stances that allow the fighter to face multiple opponents at once.

Mist Manipulation:

As a divine being you stand out in the mortal realm, using the mist you can hide in plain sight tricking mortals into seeing something they can comprehend. This perk does not affect Clear-Sighted Mortal or other Divine Beings. Perk is automatically applied when actively in the mortal world. 

Thunder God: (Domain)

As the god of thunder you have complete control over thunder and all its aspects. The Master Bolt will now respond to your call. 

Lord of the Sky: (Domain)

As the chief ruler of the sky you have complete control over the sky and the winds. You can smite those who trespass in your domain should you see fit.

Lord of Time: (Domain) 

As the god of time you have the ability to command the flow of time. No longer limited by your MP you can freely use your power to bend the fabric of time to your will. 

(There will still be consequences to changes in the past)

Lord of the Void: (Domain)

You have absorbed the very essence of the void becoming its sole ruler. You can travel through its space unrestricted and should you choose to, you can trap beings in the void. Beings trapped in the void can not escape unless you release them. (Warning: divine beings can still use their powers even if they can not escape.)

Divine Gift: (Monarch Ability)

As the King of the Gods you have the ability to gift divinity to other beings that you find worthy of godhood. Other gods and goddesses can also add their own gift to the one you are turning into a divine. What can be given can also be taken away. You or any other divine of equal standing can strip the divinity away from an individual should you deem it necessary. 

Skills:

Observe: (Active) Lvl. Max

While activated Player can discern basic information about the targeted object or creature. 

World Maker: (Active) Lvl. Max

Due to your new status as Demonlord of the Void you can now create pocket dimensions that you alone control. Your ability to enter dungeons has been absorbed into this skill and you can still access all previously available dungeons.

Divine Aura: (Active) Lvl. Max 

Due to divine status, skill has evolved to match the player's new status. Lesser beings will cower before you, you can restrain this ability should you choose to but lesser beings will still be wary of you. 

Void Step: (Active) Lvl. Max

While active, Player is rendered invisible to the naked eye. Player can travel through the void to cover large distances. The void will construct a shadow world so that the player can navigate through the emptiness. Player can also mask their presence completely by shrouding themselves with the void. 

Et tu? Brute?: (Passive) Lvl. Max

Player deals 100% more damage with daggers and short swords. Bonus 200% damage to stabs into the targets back. 

Divine Light: (Active) Lvl. Max

Your divinity has granted you the ability to project your power. Your power can destroy or heal depending on your intent. All healing spells have been absorbed into new skills. 

(Cost: 150,000 MP per sec)

Wind Control: (Active) Lvl. Max

Your domain is the sky and everything within your domain is yours to command. You can shape the air with mere thoughts, bending the unseen breeze to your will. 

(Cost: 1,000 MP per sec)

Smite: (Active) Lvl. Max

You are a god, you can smite those below you with divine power. You can also raze entire areas with your wrath. 

(Current AoE: 1000M)(Cost: 50,000 MP) 

(Singular Attack: 10,000 MP)

Dead Thrall: (Active) Lvl. Max

Resurrects a dead body as an undead companion. So long as the body is intact enough it can be brought back to life. 

(Cost: 100,000 per body) 

Blood Feast: (Active) Lvl. Max

Your blood enters the target's body and causes the target to explode. Chances of target exploding get lower with depending on their DEX stat. 

(Cost: 30,000 per cast) 

Aviator: (Active) Lvl. 25 (0%)

You can pilot most common aircrafts and not crash. Your level determines the success of aerial maneuvers you attempt. Each level reflects the success rate of a maneuver by 1%. 

(Current success rate: 25%) 

Teleportation: (Active) Lvl. Max 

Being the champion of two gods you have gained the ability to transport yourself to a location that you have accessed before. Flame Travel and Mist Travel have been combined, you can still choose to travel using flames or mist should you will it. 

(Cost: 200,000 MP 10,000 per passenger)

Subjugation: (Active) Lvl. 1 (0%)

Due to the amount of enemies you have defeated you have gained the ability to bend a target's will to that of your own. The target is compelled to obey your every command. WARNING: Will not work on targets of higher levels than you.

(Cost: Varies on Target Level. The stronger they are the more MP it will take.) 

Skill: Resurrection Lvl. 36 (70%)

You hold life and death in your hands, you have been granted the ability to resurrect the dead. You are only limited to resurrecting those that have been dead for less than a day. Each level extends your limits.
